Perosnale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Hall molto accogliente con bar ben servito. Colazione ottima con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pulizia eccellente. Posizione super centrale.

Great value and stay in Brussels!

This is definitely the nicest Motel One I have been to - the lobby was quite posh and there were a lot of people enjoying beverages in the bar/lobby area. The breakfast was good and while initially seemed a little bit expensive, at around 16 euros, Brussels is very expensive so we would have easily spent as much for 2 people outside the hotel and when we needed to head out of town, it was great to eat at the hotel. The staff was also very kind to help me get fully cooked hardboiled eggs as opposed to soft boiled given I am pregnant :)

The rooms at Motel One's are typically quite small, but for us as a couple and a small dog, it was perfectly fine for a long weekend stay! We also really appreciated being able to bring our small pet :) Our room faced the street and the sound from the tram was pretty loud but I had earplugs and that helped. Overall it wasn't horrible but if you're a really light sleeper it might be tough to get past.

Very pleasant stay for a visit to Brussels.

Nice new renovation. Very clean. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was very close to train station and walkable to attractions.

Need to put drinking glasses in room.

Good stay, will come again

For me, the quality of the trip is given by the people I meet and the services they provide. In the past I often stayed at expensive hotels where I was completely put off by the impolite and cold manner of the employees, but this was not the case of Motel One. Everyone was very nice here- reception, bar staff. Everything went smooth and irreproachable. Politeness and gallantry NEVER GO OUT OF STYLE, and an institution's value relies on its staff. I never choose the same hotel for my travels, but next time I'm in Brussels I shall book Motel One once more. Other bonuses: great location.

I did not like the fact that the bathroom smelled quite bad at night (sewer smell) Lack of refrigerator in the room Relatively small room size, but quite acceptable

Would choose this option again - good points outweigh minor negatives.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient reception staff. Pleasant clean and comfortable room. Good shower and well-equipped bathroom. Good location for walking to tourist areas.

Location a little bit noisy with traffic outside. No tea/coffee making equipment in room. Room a bit on the small side.

Camera pulita, ampia doccia. Posizione centrale.

Appunto sulla colazione, per quanto buona e varia ,il latte c era solo freddo, per poterlo avere caldo bisognava rivolgersi al bar al piano superiore.

L’établissement est très bien situé, les chambres présentent un équipement neuf et moderne et sont très propres. Tout est très bien insonorisé.

La surface des chambres est limitée très bien pour un court passage.

Localização muito boa, podendo ir a pé para o centro da cidade e aos principais pontos turístico. Hotel novo e excelente decoração. Gostei bastante da carta de cerveja que tem no proprio hotel.

Quarto é pequeno, mas os outros pontos compensam.

Good location, very clean rooms.

No glass to drink tap water, no coffee machine. We booked different hotel on last day before fly and to compare they served in room Belgium chocolates, coffee machine, bottle of water. Will be good this hotel be more clients oriented in little marketing things.

Aan te raden voor weekendje Brussel!

De moderne uitstraling hotel, daarnaast waren wij ook erg tevreden over de hygiene. Locatie is ook Top, met 5 min lopen zit je in centrum Brussel! Ook is de parkeergarage om de hoek.

Kamers lijken groter op de foto's, dit is verder geen probleem geweest.

Not the room we booked

The hotel was nice

We did not receive the room that we booked, we were supposed to have a view of the cathedral and we got one with a building in front, not much to see. There were no drinking glasses, we've had them at all the 3 star hotels. No tea, coffee machine, nothing. On the balcony in the gravel there were a lot of cigarette buds, there was no furniture, the picture from the booking showed a lounge chair. Horrific. Because of the theft, i couldn’t sleep at all. Spent the whole night at the police station. Finding out that t

The location. The staff told us that it was safe to park our car at the parking lot at the back of the hotel. There was an entrance to the hotel. However while parked, all of our belongings were stolen from the car. I recently found out that a police officer has been killed in that area few months ago!!!!

It was average at best!

The location is perfect! Very close to train and tramp station and walking distance to shops

No kettle, water in the Rooms Water is not free (they won’t even give tap water) King superior room is really tiny! Literally bed and wall! Only one elevator for such a big hotel so you have to walk down several corridors to get down from 5th floor!

Really nice!

The common areas of the Motel One were really pleasing to the eye, modern and really clean. Staff was also very friendly and kindly answered any questions we had. Check in and check out went smooth and fast :)

Value for money.

The location is pretty good, rooms are comfortable but small.

Staff could have been more friendly. Some construction work is going on at the entrance but not at all problem with that.
