Staff were very Good. I liked the Location.

Breakfast was good, Location was amazing.

No Lift, Little expensive, AC was not cooling, No Tea or Coffee. At least a Kettle should be there.

Breakfast was enjoyable - the staff in F&B is good; Reception was also efficient and customer friendly

the swimming pool was filled with garbage - its just an eyesore the approach to the hotel is dangerous with no foot path or safe path to walk up from the main road

Extremely friendly staff. Great hotel.

Hotel staff were fantastic. They couldn't do enough to help us. They ordered us taxis every day and were very friendly whenever we saw them. Facilities were great and hotel is in a lovely spot with views across the park and gorge to Mount Ararat beyond. There's a supermarket 2mins walk away that's always open and restaurants nearby. Hotel is quite close to the genocide museum and it is easy to get into the centre of Yerevan by taxi or metro which is about 15mins walk away.

Excellent location, tasty breakfast every day with different fruits and vegetables

The pool size is perfect, water is clean, but it would be better to extend pool working hours during summer and open it for guests at 10 (not at 11) and close it at 8 (now its closed at 7 which is too early). Thank you

Feeling looked after

The helpfulness of staff. Limited use of English but worked really hard to understand. Ordered taxis as needed. Could not do enough to help. Kind and helpful. Rooms were a lovely size , comfy beds, fridge, close to places to eat and supermarket.

Proximity to city centre means taxis or metro needed. Very reasonable cost though and does mean you get a better 'Armenian ' feel. Was a little tricky to grab a breakfast when we had to leave early for a tour. Hot drinks were made for us though which was lovely and thoughtful.

i do not recommend this hotel to stay even for one day, as soon as we checked out we went downstairs to reception and wh

they were stole our belongings from over room, they did not have security camera in our floor and it was the worst experience i ever had in any hotel around the world

they stool 800$ and id card simcard and wallet from our room and the manager from the hotel did not let us call the police even thou they came to our room and checked our door’s lock was broken

A very bad human enregy, nice albeit old facilities

Extremely misleading photos. The hotel is old, the staff is grumpy, quite the opposite of what you'd expect when booking this hotel. The views from the hotel are nice, water pressure is good, internet is so-so. Like everywhere in Armenia basically. The day staff is a bit better. Overall i can't wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

There is a constant impression that someone is looking at everything that you're doing.

Relaxing weekend

The place gives enough privacy and suitable for long stays. Unique property hidden in the beautiful garden erecting atop Hrazdan Gorge. The views are amazing. Just a few km away from the city center. It's still quiet at nights with the highway traffic 1km away. A large supermarket and outdoor cafe are at 2-3 min walk from the hotel.

Feels like family run hotel. They are just enjoying doing their best to look after garden & property, so they didn't even think to monetize on extra services- no drinks in the room minibar, no tea/coffee at the lobby and the restaurant wasn't fanctioning on site in early May.

Good place to rest and\or have part time work remotely

Great service, pretty nice overall scenery even though the season was far from touristic.

Internet connection and furniture not really fits to remote workplace. Only good if you don't need to work full time and have reserve internet connection.

The beautiful view to Hazdan river and Ararat. Nice personal, tasty breakfast from local products.

The wi-fi was quite unstable and not so fast. The window opens to a noisy street.

Very good stay!

I got a very spacious room with a nice balcony. Very nice hotel. Very good staff. They gave me an electric kettle on special request which was very helpful. They even arranged an external heater for me as I felt cold inside the room. The location suited me a lot as I had to go to Karen Demirchyan Sports complex everyday which is easily walkable. Supermarket is super close (within 3-4 min walk) and so is a pizza place. It is a little away from main Yerevan, but Yerevan is very small and affordable and one can easily get to the center in taxi in a short time (approx 10 min) at a very reasonable price. Overall a nice experience and I must mention the name of Hasmik, the lovely lady who prepares the food (breakfast and lunch if you pre-order), she is very nice and tries to meet your food needs as per your taste! Also Sona, the lady from admin in the reception was very helpful. There is no safe box in the room to keep your valuables but the staff is good and reliable, so your valuables are safe inside the room even without it!

Good stay, friendly staff, easy access to supermarkets, ATM and money exchange and restaurants.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. They made sure they did their best to make our stay comfortable. We had to cut down our trip and fly back to the United Arab Emirates quickly and therefore had to cut down on our original reservation dates. Despite this, the staff did their best to accommodate the changes and we really appreciate what they did.
