Pleasant stay for 2 nights maximum

Proximity to the beach, main streets, and the bus station. We appreciated the possibility to leave out bags for a day, and the garden was a lovely bonus.

The beds were not comfortable, the size of the room, very bad share of the windows, doors, furniture.

Super easy access to train station (2 minute walk), lots of tapas options and really clean room.

Great location. Parking for 10 euros a day.

No aircon only a fan. Shower pressure meant that the shower fell down from the wall when it was stopped.

Great value for money and a brilliant location to reach everywhere in Tossa

Small and compact room, but the beds were very comfortable & the shower was brilliant.

I would not recommend this Hostel/Hotel. Been travelling for 6 weeks in Spain and this was the worst Hostel/Hote

The hotel was central and close to bus station it had a nice garden at the side.

The street was noisy as it leads to the beach. Bed and pillows extremely hard and uncomfortable. No facilities for making tea coffee apart from buying breakfast ! No aircon No soap provided.

Good value for money

The room was basic but very clean and with a good enough bed. The property is within walking distance from the city centre. Overall, good value for money. They have parking at the back of the building for 5 euros per day. There's also another paid parking opposite the hotel on the main road. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Exceptional

Lovely little hotel just out of the old town. The rooms were lovely and clean with everything you need, and even a private balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome the whole time. Plus for the price it is really great value and though it's not right in the centre, it is such a small town that you are still only 5 minutes walk to the beach and most restaurants and shops!

It's a shame they didn't have a kitchen for guests, that would have made the stay perfect, but they did let us use whatever utensils we needed and the kettle and toaster to make a little something.

Spacious room with nice balcony!

We loved the balcony and location of the hostel. It was close to everything. The room was spacious and had a good ceiling fan!

The shower/bathtub was a little small. There is no elevator, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Disappointing

It's cleaned

I made a réservation for three days. I was told I had to change room the day after (the property has no elevator), or to pay a little bit more to have a room with balcony. I choosed that one. It was hot, no hot water, no wifi. On the 4th floor without elevator. Orrible

A centric accommodation with friendly hosts

This is a very centric location in Tossa. 3 mins to the bus terminal, 6-7 mins to the main beach and very close to the center, castle and old town, basically to everything! The hotel has a lovely garden and a nice breakfast. Our room was very functional and cleaning service was provided every day. The staff was very friendly, especially the host Telm helped us a lot to navigate around Tossa. His recommendations both about the restaurants and boat tours were spot on. He also allowed us to borrow umbrellas for the beach and recommended some museums and historical sites to visit. Thank you very much for your help and hospitality!

The basic room has a fan but not an air conditioner. It might get pretty hot in July, especially in the bathroom. Standard rooms are a little small but functional with many things arranged.

A nice place in Spain which is comparable to Monterosso al Mare in Cinqueterre (Italy)

The owners/managers are very nice and very helpful. They gave good recommendations what to do and where to go for hikes. Arriving from France with quite a few good bottles of Burgundy wine in the car, I was scared they would suffer in the boot from the heat. One of the owners/managers came with a big box and we put all the wine in there and he carried the box with the bottles into their cool cellar for safe-keeping. Thanks again! Finally a recommendation for dinner: instead of going to the old town try the restaurants in the new town, just at the big avenue perpendicular to the street where the Hostal Cruz is located. The restaurants in this avenue have very good food and are not overcrowded.

The location, right in the center, 10 minuts from the main beach and all the main attractions. Private Parking available Upon request at extra cost which was super useful as it gets really tricky to park outdide. The breakfast was simple but good.

The room was really basic and old styled, no aircon nor fan offered, only two tiny showergel in the toilet.

It is really loud (poorly soudproofed), they should disinfect the breakfast tables when people leaving due to Corona

Very friendly staff and dog friendly hotel

Super, super friendly staff and the location is good as it is only 5 minutes from the old town and beach. Dog friendly hotel. Very affordable.

Could have had a bit more toilet paper and soap for two people :).

Exceptional

The guys at the reception were extremely helpful and nice to us, hard to feel like that in many hostels/hotels but they made it, very attentive to our needs, they recommended places to see and where to eat in Tossa and even they kept our things in the reception after our check out so we could enjoyed another day in beautiful Tossa del Mar, awesome feeling to have warm staff where you stay. The room has a nice terrace and big bed.

Great value for money

The Staff was super nice. The location is great if you are traveling by bus because this hotel is a 2 mins walk from the bus stop. Also, the rooms have nice and cozy balconies

The wifi signal was weak The washroom could have had been a little bigger with more accessories.
