Très beau jardin. Nous n’avons pas peux profiter du jardin ni du restaurant et non plus le stationnement, il y avait un événement à l’hôtel.

It was a beautiful structure and the view!!! and closeness to all amenities was handy.
Staff uniforms were a bit stiff. No need to be placing napkins on customers, it’s outdated. Food was delicious but bacon should not be added to monk fish. Menu should be stated clearly. A little bit more cleaning detail to the rooms. Toilet and bedsheets had stains.

The dining area and lobby areas are very nice.
The gardens need upkeep, more wait staff is needed for busy times.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was really delicious and the setting and location were beautiful.
Ours was a late booking and our room was small and a little dark at the back of the property.

The staff were very kind and attentive but sadly the dinner at the restaurant was disappointing, especially the vegetarian lasagne which was filled with cous cous and a few sparse vegetables. We also got two plates of steamed vegetables to share even though there were 3 of us and our dishes said they would come with sides of chips / sweet potato fries - so the meal wasn’t filling and felt cheap. Other elements of the meal also made it feel like cut backs were being made

The staff were lovely and friendly and really efficient. The food was absolutely amazing. The room and bathroom were great, the bed was very comfortable. We had an amazing time, thank you so much.
The towels were a little small. Our room overlooked the smoking area and there were some very loud smokers!

Very cozy place. The restaurant was delicious, but extremely expensive.
The customer service was great.
The beds were uncomfortable. The tv was tiny. If you leave a light on at night a bunch of gnats fill the room. Harmless but annoying.

Did not have breakfast
Service was quite poor. As with most places in Ireland at the moment the hotel appeared to be severely understaffed.

We loved everything about this adorable hotel! Our room was clean and really comfortable. The bar was wonderful. And above all, the people we encountered were amazing! From John and his son (who was the very capable bartender), to the lively and full-of-fantastic information, Ciaran, we had such a great experience. We wished that we had more time there to try to restaurant, which we have heard is really good. We have already recommended the hotel to fellow travelers, and we can't wait to return!

Lovely garden.
Staff friendly and cosy atmosphere in bar.
Rooms had a musty smell. Disappointing fruit and yogurt selection at breakfast. Poor carpet state. Surprised to see curtains on bathroom door. Someone leaving out bins in am woke us up. Twee signs- ? American market may have enjoyed years ago.

Staff is very friendly here. Room was quite comfortable and quiet.
I arrived late and left early the following day.
Unfortunately the property was expecting a water outage due to planned regional restrictions but did not bother to give advance warning at the time of booking or offer a chance to claim a refund and look for alternative accommodation. I was not even warned about the outage when checking in, just woke up to find no running water.
I was offered a sincere apology but still charged full price for the experience which I would have certainly not chosen had I known in advance.
The locally renowned restaurant in the hotel doesn't offer room service for guests and tables are difficult to come by.
Breakfast is not great either. A generic buffet of musli, weetabix and the usual hotel style breakfast with optional inedible eggs to order.
