Awesome location and room was nice size and very comfortable!
Their staff was nice, but the evening staff could not speak any English and did not want to have to communicate. Also, we saw there was a communication issue with two couples on breakfast reservations and they would not serve them. Was very Strange.

Location was fantastic.
Pretty noisy in the very early morning.

Literally the most central location to everything ! very comfy - I was surprised they even managed to squeeze in a lift in such a compact location.
a better drinks menu at the bar. some cocktails maybe!

Good bed. Good aside room. Good location.
Very LOUD hotel. Could hear the neighbours through the walls. Could hear every door slam. Could hear people walking in the hall way. Could hear the noisy pub down below our room. Did not get very good sleep.

The location of the hotel.
Unfriendly and totally not caring staff. The acoustic insulation of the rooms is completely absent: you can literally hear every word of any kind of conversation or any noise in the room next-door.

Extra for the breakfast, it was OK. Cozy room, og kozy hotel, the location was perfect, 2 min away from Marienplatz, and 30 seconds til
Not good isolated between the rooms, could hear the snoring from the room next door

The location was excellent - right on the market and near Marienplatz. Lady on check in very helpful
Thin walls. Could hear almost every word from people in next room. Men on reception eating, on phone and outside talking. Didn’t know when bar closed. Facilities not up to expected standard - no tea and coffee, poor toiletries

We enjoyed that the location of the flat was close to the middle of town and easy to get to.
I was MOST excited about our stay in Hallstatt. My husband and I finally took our honeymoon after marrying two years ago during COVID. I was very upset at the experience we had due to the fact that the listing is flat out deceiving. The pictures you see as you are booking are pictures of TWO separate flats combined. The beautiful photos with a view are apparently showcasing the “upper level” flat, yet this information is not disclosed.
I was very careful to select the room with the “Lake and City/Town View,” as this seemed to match the photos with a gorgeous view overlooking the water as well as the town village. We had no lake view outside of a sliver in the entryway window, and the tiny window next to the toilet, which was frosted and had to be opened to look out. See photo for “lake view.”
When I called the host explaining this was not the room I booked for our honeymoon (I literally thought they gave me the wrong place on accident), she told me I needed to go back and re-check my booking. I told her there was no way this was the place I booked. Instead of being compassionate, she continued to reiterate that I needed to re-check my booking. I tried to explain that re-checking my booking does not make the listing any less deceiving. The room was so dark and beds so uncomfortable that we ended up checking out a day early. Finding another last minute hotel in another city was expensive after a splurge on this place. Photos included are what you ACTUALLY get when you book one of the rooms.
There was no follow-up or call back from the host to check on our experience. I have never written a negative review, and I am sad to say this experience was very disappointing. Definitely not worth the 1k+ we spent.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, with Viktulalien Food markets right at doorstep. Marienplatz around the corner. Rooms are small but comfortable, my bathroom was tiny. Kids next door had large bathroom so depends on what room you get. Friendly staff, would stay again.
no common area/bar to sit in

location was amazing. Right in the old part of Munich next to the Glockenspiel and Virtual Market & close to all the Christmas markets. Beds were very comfortable.

Good location in the heart of the old town. Room was very clean and bathroom was of good standard.
The room was much smaller than expected and lacked amenities. Unable to make a tea or coffee for example and no room service available. Breakfast choice very limited and over priced. One of the twin beds was broken and made a loud noise every time I moved in bed which woke me up continuously every night. Certainly expected a lot more for our money considering the price paid.

The staff was amazing, breakfast ok and the surroundings beautiful.
The room was for sure not worth the money especially the smell on first floor rooms was terrible.

Great location next to the market square and close to the underground station. Staff very helpful and a special mention for Alin at reception who was really friendly and helpful, thank you! I will be back!

Location right next to Old Town. The bed and shower were great.
the location if you like it quiet (we were fine), and the breakfast was just ok. prefer to pay a bit more and have buffet style. Difficult to find on Google maps as it’s tucked away, but we still loved it.

Great central location. Modern, if minimalist and clean and comfy. Elevator for mobility impaired. Paid for location. Be prepared fir 7am wake up calls for the church bells every morning 😄
Staff were efficient, perhaps could have been more welcoming. Some noise due to proximity to the market but bearable.
