Lake Erie Vistas 4699 Lake Rd E. across from Indian Creek Campground Unit #307 is a newly owned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Lake Erie Vista. It features beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is free WIFI and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has king bed, a 42' flat screen TV and a bath with a six-head spa shower. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with huge walk-in closet and a flat screen TV. Third bedroom has full bed and twin. The Guest Bath has jetted soaking tub & shower. The living room and dining room offer incredible views of the lake. The dining table seats will seat 8 and there are 3 bar stools at the island. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa. This location and building amenities are loaded and amazing, you will have trouble deciding what to do: Look at the fabulous sunsets from the deck? Fish from the pier with a license? Build a sandcastle on the beach? Launch a small sailboat or kayak from the beach? Drive five minutes to the marina to launch a bigger boat? Swim in the indoor pool? Swim in Lake Erie? Work out on the fitness equipment in foyer? Dine at a local restaurant? Get doughnuts or ice cream on the Strip during summer season? Visit a local winery? Bike on the nearby bike trails? Play miniature golf, go rock climbing, bumper boating, or visit the arcade nearby? There is private covered balcony with breathtaking sunsets. . We had a wonderful stay! Our original unit had a leaky air conditioning unit so we were moved to a different one that was excellent!!

The location was great and plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. Property manager is easy to get ahold of handles everything wonderfully. The only downfall is it could have been a little cleaner, 90% of the outlets dont work(plugins fall out), and the upstairs neighbors would run and jump all hours of the night(which i get was out of their hands but bring ear plugs or be prepared to not sleep) it sounds like elephants above us.

This unit was very spacious, there was 6 in our family, and it was very comfortable. The views from the balcony are great, it's right in the center of the building overlooking the water, it was so relaxing to sit and listen to the waves. Communication with the owner was good, check in and check out was seamless. The pool was a nice size and clean, perfect for the kids. We ran into some cleanliness issues. Upon arrival there was sand in all of the beds, the floors hadn’t been cleaned very well, tub hadn't been cleaned and some trash was still in the bathroom can. Also, the water in the master bathroom shower would not get past lukewarm which was a disappointment, this was not a problem with the sink or other shower. There is a nice window with 2 chairs to sit and look out from inside the unit but one of the chairs was broke. Overall this is a great spot with great views, some of the items are not uncommon given wear and tear of a rental and the quick turnaround for cleaning, we would stay here again.

The condo was larger than I anticipated. 4 adults and 2 children fit nicely and we weren't on top of each other. Great view of the lake, stocked kitchen and clean. We will definitely stay again.

Ultimately this condo was ideal! The only problem we ran into was with some cleanliness issues. It seemed that the bedding had not been changed. The floors hadn’t been cleaned very well bc we had some trash on the bathroom floor and old socks under the dresser in one bedroom and more under the bed in another. Also, the ice machine was broken.

Condo was clean, spacious, well equipped and conveniently located. We stayed in the area for the Iced Wine festival in March, but we will be back in summer to take advantage of the beach and Strip activities in GOTL! Very pleased overall!

Property manager never responded to problem we had with appliance working correctly until we were home from trip.also signs all over about keeping noise down.peoole above us runnning in condo and screaming until 11pm property manager never addressed those complaints

This was a perfect spot for a girls getaway. It was right on the water and we enjoyed being able to hear the lake from our balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the owners letting us know about transportation services to wineries. We did a winery tour as well as checked out some covered bridges in the area.

The condo was lovely. It did have multiple light bulbs out is several rooms, but not a big deal. Twin beds were horrible uncomfortable with crummy bedding. But king bedroom was wonderful.

Perfect Geneva on the Lake location. Opened balcony door to the sound of crashing waves. Away from the hustle and bustle of GOTL, but just a short drive to the action. The condo was comfortable and well laid out with all the amenities.

I stayed there with my three sisters. You get a front row to absolutely beautiful sunsets on the private beach. It’s close to wineries and other fun shopping. The pool was a little cloudy so we didn’t use it, but that is not the selling point of this condo - it’s the lake and beach. We would stay there again.

We all were very happy with the condo. Very spacious, modern appliances, and loaded with amenities. Our favorite space was the balcony. Spent so much time out there - The beach was perfect and comfortable. Over all - Five Stars!

We spent a lot of our time out on the balcony enjoying the view. We loved the beach and the pool. Just a note- the beach is rocky so water shoes were helpful.
We are already looking ahead to next summer and another visit. We will definitely be back!

Time with family
We had a marvelous time at Lake Erie Vista. Our condo was very clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We spent a lot of our time out on the balcony enjoying the view. We loved the beach and the pool. Just a note- the beach is rocky so water shoes were helpful.
We are already looking ahead to next summer and another visit. We will definitely be back!

Lake erie vista condo
Overall the stay was good. The view was fantastic. The condo was comfortable other than the pull out couch mattress wasn't the best. The refrigerator wasn't really working. Contacted the owner. She said we left the door open but that wasn't the case. Also check out was at 11 but owner came in at 1040 and said she did not have enough time to get the room ready and started stripping the beds while we were still getting our stuff together to check out by 11. That was rather frustrating.

Perfect!
We rented this condo to celebrate my Mom's 70th birthday. Since vacationing at the lake during the summer for most of her life, she has always wanted to see the lake in the winter. This condo was absolutely perfect!! There were 8 of us total that stayed. The condo was so clean and spacious, the beds were extremely comforable, and it was filled with everything we needed! The view was spectacular & exactly what we were hoping for! We were able to see the sunrise, sunset, iced over lake and stars at night right from the condo. The location is perfect & anything you need is close by. The owner and management were wonderful to deal with-so nice & helpful and replied to any inquiries very quickly. We were so happy with our experience and had an absolutely perfect stay. Would definitely love to come back!!
