Clean and comfortable, in a perfect location. 3 minute walk to Atwells Ave and 10 minutes to downtown. Clear instructions for checking in/out.
Nothing.

Wifi was pretty bad, almost unusable some of the time . The toilet wouldn t flush and the host asked me to fix it . She didn t even say thank you.. There was no place to work on my computer except small tables with seats bigvenough for people with very narrow hips . Steep steps at entry way . Had to unpack my suitcase to get it up the stairs. Room had shades drawn , paper curtains , which could easily tear so I left them down . Fine of $100 for any dinks.

Location was great. Close to Little Italy's main street, Broadway, and very walkable. Easy to get to downtown and East Providence. There was a fridge to store food, and coffee maker and tea.

Good price. Good location. Nice landlord. Cleanliness.
Easily got disturbed by noise. If the rooms are soundproof, that will be much better.

No breakfast. The room was spacious, very clean. The owner was friendly. I loved the location. Free parking. Access to kitchen to make tea or coffee and to cook if you wanted to. Fantastic stay.
It was great.

The short answer: everything.
The long answer: The location is fantastic. It is a 10 minute walk from downtown, which is where I needed to be. It is even closer to Atwells Avenue, which has lots of restaurants and bars.
There is off street parking!
The house is quiet and comfortable. The bedroom was very spacious. Nice furniture, linens, bed, appliances, in-room tv, large mirror, bathroom and so on.
The host is super nice and welcoming. He even helped me with my bag!
The room I stayed in had a few additional amenities like its own small refrigerator and a noise machine.
The shared bathroom was spotless.
There was nothing that I disliked.
The property is not handicap accessible, but it also does not claim to be. If you have mobility issues, be aware that there are steep stairs.

Everything. All at the shared House on Federal Hill was a pleasant surprise.
There was nothing to dislike. I will be using this place and mode of transportation again in the future.

Great place.
Great room.
Great host.
Great area.
A tranquil suburban setting yet just a couple of minutes walk to the thriving Atwells restaurant area (where PiANTRA make possibly the best vegan food on earth) and just a quick stroll to downtown Providence.
I managed to find pretty damn good coffee (by American standards), great pizza at Nice Slice and a super massage at Eliza Williams Spa all within a five minute walk of the house.
Federal Hill really is a little diamond in Providence and this location in Ringgold St puts you right in the middle of it.
Can't think of a single thing to complain about.

Great, friendly and helpful hospitality in a well kept and peaceful setting. Bed was comfy, room was well decorated and cleaned too! Definitely recommend and great value for money!

Very central location, many restaurants easily accessible by walking. Elvis is a very friendly host, always happy to help. The place is super quiet and the common areas are very clean, independent of the time of the day or night. I would always book this place again for another visit. The bus station is only a 10 minute walk away from Elvis' house if you want to explore Rhode Island.

The location was great, walking distance to the Italian district. The host was very walm and welcoming, and did everything to make us feel comfortable. We plan on coming back to stay if we come back to Providence!
As it is close to a busy area with many restaurants, the neighborhood is a little bit noisy.

This was such a blessing to find on such short notice. Before moving back to Rhode Island earlier this year i used to book trips to Rhode Island months in advance. This year was different. The shady rental company that I was with didn't even give me an option to renew for some reason. This however was clean, convenient, and budget friendly. I especially appreciated the water that was available in the room, and the cotton candy fragrance prevalent in the house from Bath and Bodyworks. That was an excellent touch.
Theres not much that I can say that I didn't like. Sharing one bathroom was a little bit of a small hindrance but nothing that was a drastic problem.

Location.
From the time I booked, I found the host to be curt. I called to confirm my estimated arrival time, and once I arrived, the host was very curt with the "list of house rules." I am a regular Airbnb client so I didn't think anything of it, but he ended the "tour" with the line " and just so you know, someone is always around" which I found rude and suspicious. If this is so uncomfortable, then why have this business? Then on the last day, while I was in the bathroom with the door locked, I believe his girlfriend UNLOCKED the door and opened it. Fortunately, I was already done and dressed however MAJOR red flag. I didn't spend a long time in the bathroom, only for that to happen—such a shame.

We were in room 5. I liked that it was very clean and very spacious. There was a couple of very hot days outside, but the room was nice and cool. We had a mini fridge, a television, chairs a couple tables and plenty of privacy.
The outlets near the bed were hard to get to.

Great location and accommodating hosts. Walking distance to everything and bus stop nearby. Head down to knead donuts!

The accomodation was very affordable given the location close to the center. Also lots of nice restaurants are in the area.
I might have liked a desk in the room, but there was room to sit in the hallway.
