The third bedroom with all new mattresses sleeps 4. It has bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom, twin up top, and a pull-out trundle. There is also a queen-sized pull-out couch in the family room. (sleeps 2). Jamaica Beach is a well-known neighborhood that offers several perks of its own. The home is just a few blocks from the beach as well as the Jamaica Beach neighborhood park and pool. Cars are allowed to park on the beach for easy access to your beach supplies. When you return from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy cooking up dinner on the outdoor gas grill. A neighborhood boat launch is also available for those of you bringing your own boat.
