ONE Cable Beach is a secure gated condominium community - oceanfront with beautifully manicured gardens, infinity pool, cabanas, and gym. Conveniently walkable to West Bay Street's restaurants, bars, grocery/liquor stores, waterpark and a nearby casino for entertainment. This is a Garden Villa - ground floor residence with a large private patio and BBQ. Starter set of amenities included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap & sponge, dishwasher pods, paper towel roll, laundry pods, dryer sheets, cooking oil, basic spices, coffee, and a selection of teas. Enjoy exclusive access to the amenities at ONE Cable Beach, including the residential concierge for personalized assistance. The fitness center is well-equipped, providing a space for guests to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The infinity pool offers a luxurious escape with breathtaking views, while the community BBQ area and cabana provide perfect spots for socializing. Construction can be expected in the lot next to the building Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm and Saturdays 7am to 12noon. Updates/photos on the progress can be found at "aqualinabahamas" on IG The front desk is open Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 9AM to 4PM. Front gate security is 24 hours. Cable Beach harmoniously blends charming residences, hotels, vibrant restaurants, and various activities, creating a diverse and appealing environment. The coveted 3-mile stretch from Goodman's Bay to Sandyport is a popular running and exercise route, showcasing the area's active lifestyle. Sidewalks ensure a safe and convenient stroll to nearby amenities such as the food store, bars, or bakeries. The condominium offers an enchanting patio that overlooks meticulously landscaped green spaces, providing guests with a serene and picturesque setting to enjoy. The local bus operates daily from 6 am to 6 pm, conveniently stopping in front of the property. The fare is $1.50 per person per trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Tamara was very receptive to all of our questions. The property is Amazing as is the location. We loved everything about our stay, The condo had everything we needed and were looking for. Beach and pool area were beautiful! We were close to the grocery store, convenience store and liquor store. Close enough to downtown, but away from all the hustle and bustle. The staff here were Awesome! We also loved all of our cab drivers!! Especially Monique and her family!! I can’t say enough good things about the property and the people in the Bahamas! We will be back!!

Enjoyed a quite & peaceful stay! Tamara was extremely responsive to all messages prior to our stay & during. Monique was amazing with her prompt service for all our transportation needs & all the local information we needed to help navigate.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. Tamara went above & beyond with giving us recommendations, setting up airport transportation, &answering all of our questions throughout our stay. The place is high end, so clean, and so spacious. I stayed with my husband, sister, and my 1 year old son. A high chair and pack and play were left in the room for him. Tamara met us with the key and showed us around. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc for our entire stay. We walked to the grocery store for food and snacks. We used Kraven to order food to our room some days and ventured out to restaurants other days. We particularly loved Cafe Johnny Canoe and the Pizza Lab (both walking distance, even with a baby). We got massages at the spa nearby. We grabbed alcohol from the liquor store nearby. A little market opened up nearby (smittys I think) and we could get some snacks and juices there. We went to Baha Bay for a day which was a lot of fun, but mostly enjoyed the pool on property. It is so gorgeous. The beach is not really a beach, at least to me. We walked down there a few times for pictures but did not hang out there and rarely saw anyone down there. If you’re looking to be on the beach, this might not be what you are looking for. The pool is everything you could need though. So many chairs and always very clean. It was out of order one day, but the issue was quickly resolved by the next morning. Out of room here but AMAZING !

The condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The infinity pool and view was amazing. The beach is rocky and small but the pool makes up for this. It is within walking distance from stores and casinos. Tamara was amazing. She helped out with transportation needs and providing good insight for things to do during our stay. Monique provided transportation and was always there when she said she would be. My husband and I will definitely be back to stay again.

Amazing setup for a family

Communication with Tamara was great and the spot was just what we needed. The condo itself was great! We had a first floor unit which made accessibility to the beautiful pool perfect. The beach is small and isnt all sand(some coral) but it gets the job done and you can use paddle boards, etc from the condo at no cost. The location is close to - but a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of town / Atlantis / Baha Mar - but still has plenty of eating options walkable.
We rented a car after a few days but the transportation company that One Cable Beach sets you up with is great as well. We just were a bit more spur of the moment so the car worked nice for getting around the island.
Tamara’s communication was outstanding and she made everything super simple. Definitely would recommend One Cable Beach!

I can’t say enough about how perfect this property was for our Spring Break trip with our middle-school aged sons. The unit was clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed using the grill for dinners on the patio. It is so close to the pool and beach going back and forth all day was no hassle. It was quiet and there were always chairs at the pool available. Tamara was so helpful both in advance of our trip and while we were there. We want to come back!

My kids and I enjoyed our holiday getaway and stay at One Cable Beach. Beautiful, clean, modern, spacious for the four of us. Amenities were perfect - especially loved the fitness center and the pool. Short walk to Baha Mar which was so much FUN! Visited Atlantis which was short cab trip over. Monique and her daughter Tatiana provided excellent taxi service during our stay. We enjoyed alternating cooking in and dining out eating at many wonderful restaurants. Tamara was always informative, helpful and timely with communication. The previous tip to bring dry foods was helpful; I would also suggest bringing bug spray as we needed it during the evening hours and making dining reservations in advance. Overall, a memorable trip - One Cable Beach was perfect!

Before our trip Tamara was very helpful in providing information regarding the area, stores, transportation and excursions. She also helped us with weather forecast as we were traveling to Nassau as Hurricane Nicole approached. All went well and we arrived as planned.
We used Tamara's recommended taxi driver, Monique, to pick us up at the airport. Monique was friendly and stopped at a grocery store on the way to the condo.
The unit was quiet, clean and spacious. The short walk to the pool and ocean was delightful. The infinity pool was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the view and sun.
Many of the units did not have guests during our stay, so it was quiet. The construction next door could not be heard from the unit and only a minor annoyance when at the pool or beach.
Restaurants, grocery store and liquor store were short walks from the property.

Has a great get away in Nassau. The property was perfect. Tamara was attentive to our requests and we relaxed and enjoyed our vacation. Walked to the grocery store for the essentials. Great places to eat close by. Everything was perfect. Thank you. We will be back!

We visited several beaches, took a tour to learn more about Bahamas, did some snorkeling. Area is safe and walkable. People were extremely friendly. Can't wait to be back :).

Good verses Bad
Renting the condo was quite easy. Beautiful grounds and pool. The condo was very spacious and they paid attention to detail. All the comforts of home. Not as much beach as I would have liked. Only a few restaurants near by, within walking distance. Definitely download the Raven app if you want food delivered. They have a nice bar area by the pool, but no bar service. Fix your own. Taxi service was slow and expensive. I suggest Monica, she picked us up at the airport by requesting a driver for our arrival. We also made arrangements for her to take us back when leaving.

We have stayed at Atlantis a few times and this was by far a better experience. Didn’t have to get up to get chairs or wait in any lines. We highly recommend!!

Spring Break
Loved the functionality of the condo, well equipped, comfortable. Loved the patio setting outside w bbq. Grounds well maintained, lovely pool overlooking the beautiful sea! Liked the cabana seating at the pool, there were ample chairs available. On-site property staff attentive to needs: making sure we had what we needed, offered assistance getting chair to beach. Great bar area adjacent to pool. No bar service, but BYOB and food and you have a party. Not about property—>recommend bringing as much dry food from home. We were floored at the grocery store prices and selection. Loved having the taxi service by the same lady and her mom all week. They gave great recommendations for dining and hooked us up with a Mass time on Sunday. Had fun taking boat over to Pearl Island: tiny island with beach, lunch, lighthouse, snorkeling, kayaks, paddle boards, bar, plenty seating and ample shade.

Amazing week
We spent an amazing week at Cable Beach! The unit was clean and just like the photos. We loved the pool and the small beach at the condo. We had a rental car, but you could easily walk to public transport, grocery, and restaurants. We would absolutely recommend this place and plan on staying here again!!

The condo was fabulous and stocked with basic essentials to get started. The complex is lovely and the infinity edge pool by the ocean was beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful, courteous and ready to assist with whatever needs you may have. We would definitely return!!

Perfect location for us. Quite, but close enough to the Baha Mar & PI if you like that. Not crowded, nice little beach, wonderful pool, decent gym and kind staff. We will likely return.

Beautiful pool area and views
We enjoyed three nights in a 2 bedroom unit on the first floor. Great to be able to walk right out to the pool and during low tide wander out on the beach. Everything we needed was in the property. There were beach towels, toiletries, dish soap, and even laundry detergent. The property has a small section of beach you can access but have to go around a beach wall to get to a larger part of the beach. We were able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and Baha mar. And, even took the bus for $1.25 to get downtown. We hope to visit again!

Enjoyably pleasant
When we arrived the property was very welcoming. We were comfortable, even the puppies with us enjoyed the run around area. I would certainly recommend to anyone to stay there.

Cable beach spring break
We had a wonderful time with our two twenty something children. We were able to walk to the grocery, liquor stores and restaurants and get ice cream and coffee too. We also loved that many restaurants did take out. We spent most of our time on the beach and at the pool. We also enjoyed quick visits to the gym. Our stay was very relaxing with beautiful scenery. The best thing about this specific unit was the outdoor patio space. We spent many hours in the swing and on the couch!
