absolutely amazing location without tourist crowds. A beautiful hotel with a wonderful pool and Caldera view. Very tasty breakfast. Always smiling, friendly and very nice staff. Especially girl in restaurant from Chios Island (i forgot the name). Our room C6 had the best position to watch the sunset.

We absolutely loved our stay at coco mat Santorini. At first I didn’t realise I had booked at the other end of the island (was looking to stay in Oia), however after the amazing tips from Marina about where to go & after seeing our rooms we were in love. We stayed in the superior room and the facilities and comfort were great. Food (breakfast and we ordered from dinner menu) was phenomenal! Service amazing, views amazing, everything was great!! Would recommend hiring a car or ATV for one day to check out Oia and Thira but after that enjoy your time away from tourists down this end at coco mat!

Breakfast was great - amazing taste and quality. The location of the hotel is excellent, though far from touristic spots, you get a relaxing experience and the best view in the island. Service and staff went way and beyond to help with anything we needed and gave amazing recommendations.

Everything was perfect! Can't wait to go back.

spacious, beautiful, modern, clean, quiet, such delicious room service menu, and the whole team deserve excellence awards in customer service… we are sad we didn’t get to catch the sunset from our room because we were on excursions for the 2 nights we stayed and heard it was absolutely stunning… we look forward to coming back one day to catch from the the beautifully designed room!

excellent location with sunset view to the caldera. I liked this hotel because it is located in a calm place and quiet. 20 minutes driving to Fira or 45 to Oia what is not bad. this is a 5 star for sure. staff is awesome.

minimalist modern take on design of the rooms. Chef is amazing and the food is so delicious better that most restaurants we tried in Oia and Fira. Beach is like 5-8 mins away which is a bonus. Breakfast offers variety of options and the views are out of the world.

the only downside is getting around everywhere that’s where renting a car comes in which is a must. the hotel itself is based in a middle of nowhere. Other than that there’s nothing else negative to say. we had an incredible experience.

The hotel is in the perfect location in Santorini. It is really quiet and feels like a wellness retreat but then all local towns are close by for food and drinks. The hotel and interior has a calming feel and the views are some of the best on the islands. Food incredible, all staff couldn’t have done any more for us. They were all welcoming, happy and really great people. We travelled the island a fair amount and were always glad to return to the peace and quiet of Coco Mat Hotel and Akrotiri

If you don’t like too much peole and tourist attractions, choose to relax at Coco-Mat Hotel. It’s like a private paradise (we had a vacation on September). Hotel reception is very helpful, kind and knows a lot about Santorini island. Wifi is also good! Magnificent and breathtaking view (especially sunset!!) from Infinity Resident with Outdoor Hot Tub. Would definitely recommend to people who are looking for full privacy and perfect sunset.

the staff were all so beautiful rooms were stunning except we were there with the Meltemi so it was very very windy! it was also along way to Fira or Oia, which was just what we wanted but expensive in a taxi to go over for dinner!

Quiet location, friendly and attentive staff. Very relaxing place. The rooms were big and the beds very comfortable. The views are beautiful and the sunsets are quite something. The restaurant is nice and the breakfast is excellent.

If you don’t mind getting taxis or hiring a car for everything other than the facilities in the hotel, then the location is fine. The wind can be a factor. We had an ocean view room and couldn’t really use our balcony much because of the wind and dust.

All dining experiences were excellent😀 Room and accommodation were fabulous😀😀 Staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome😀😀😀

Hotel staff was really super professional, friendly and extremely efficient. The view from the rooms is spectacular. The overall feeling of the hotel is perfect for someone who wants to relax and appreciate the surrounding natural beauty. Special thanks to Marina for her great tips and recommendations - they were great and very much suited to our taste!

Nothing to add in relation to the hotel but to our overall experience in Santorini. We had a very unpleasant situation in the island related to a rent-a-car scam targeted to tourists. Although this situation is was completely independent from our stay at Coco-mat Hotel, the staff was great in providing us comfort, contacting the police and advising us on how to deal with such situation.

it was more beautiful than the pictures, we stayed in C6 which is a gorgeous room with your own pool. the staff was very welcoming and friendly, ready to help you with everything. super clean and comfortable. the experience exceeded my expectations

that the pool’s light goes off at 3:00AM and for someone who sleeps in pitch dark it was a bit of a struggle
