NO EXCEPTIONS - not the same as sleeping Sleeping: 4 (1 king, 1 queen - no sleeper sofa) SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY Enjoy some changes in attitude and latitude in this waterfront beauty! This is a two bedroom, two bath, stilted, one-half duplex . Bedding consists of one queen and one king. Sip a margarita and relax while enjoing the spectacular view from the upper deck which overlooks Sadowski Causeway of Key Colony Beach. Easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and close to Vaca Cut and the Gulf of Mexico. Dockage for up to a 25 ft boat, with fish station. Extras include cable, high speed internet, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas barbeque grill, central air conditioning. No smoking, no pets. Key West is a scenic 50 mile drive away. This is the perfect place for your Keys vacation! This property has access to Cabana Club! NO RVS OR MOTORHOMES ***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Key Colony Beach. There is room for 1-2 vehicles if no trailer, if a trailer, then only one vehicle. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. KEY COLONY BEACH ONLY ALLOWS FOR ONE TRAILER AT A RENTAL PROPERTY. Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. Please note: MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY NO PETS LIMITED PARKING Check in is at 4pm on the day arrival Check out is at 10am the day of departure

You get what you pay for, it is cheap for a private house. The house is very dated. Things they can’t control was that it was noisy outside and way to bright in bedrooms early in the morning. I did see and pet a manatee in the bay, that was highlight of the house.

Very nice property. Basket with soap, detergent, sunscreen, shampoo, etc and even a bottle of wine was left for us. Kitchen was stocked with all the cookware needed for week. Location was great, right on the canal, saw a manatee right in front of the dock one morning. Close to restaurants and fishing charters.

This house was just perfect for our purposes. It was bright and well decorated. Had a dock on the water right our front and a 2nd level deck outside the front door. The king bed and its pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the dishes and pots/pans we needed plus many extras. Highly recommend this house.

Not the quality of property that I would normally book, however cost and location were the deciding factors. The property was perfectly fine and met our needs fully, although tired it had everything we needed. Key Colony Beach is a fantastic location, and conveniently located to access all facilities in and around Marathon. Easy to find and good space for 2 cars. Excellent beds, oven/hob, washing machine, and air-conditioning. The seating area on the upper deck and views are great. It is good to look out over the inlet towards Vaca Cut rather than other property. Good fishing from the deck and the occasional visit from Manatee, Nurse Sharks, small Barracuda, and Eagle Rays. Some noise from Sadowski Causeway, which was busy at times. Gary & Dawn. Hull. UK

The house was really cozy & we especially enjoyed grilling and fishing on the dock. Hurricane Ian thankfully bypassed the keys and though we got some good wind/rain, we were really comfortable in the house the entire time, never losing cable or internet. The property manager also called to check on us during the storm & was really great. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Well I have to admit we were disappointed…. The beds were terrible and at almost 300.00 a night didn’t get a good nights sleep in a week not happy about that. Also the ceiling in the walkway under the porch is actually falling apart. The over hang where our car was parked kept finding dirty water on the windshield just to trace it to the master bathroom must be leaking through the floor boards. Almost destroyed my boat due to a pipe running across the canal entry you would think owners would have known and advised it’s visitors to stay to the left when exiting and to the right when entering the canal. In personally feel this house needs major updating especially the beds….. I personally would not rent it for that amount of money and needing updating.

The house needs major repairs and new furniture. The AC unit failed (unrepairable - had to be replaced) on day 7 of a two week vacation. We had to move to another home for the rest of our stay - which was a major pain because of the stairs. The tiles in all bathrooms and kitchen are broken. The plates are chipped and the silverware is missing pieces from what appears to be five different sets. Going up and down the stairs is a major PITA. The parking is so tight - only good for two compact cars. The only redeeming thing about the house is the storage space under it for the boat equipment and the property managers that got us into a different beautiful house the day the AC died. Horror of a house - the owner needs to spend about $100 k to fix it up and get new dishes/silverware and cookware. Even then the stairs are a nightmare that can never be fixed - since its a stilt home.

WONDERFUL PLACE, MANATEES SWIM IN THE CANAL, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! SHOPPING 5 MIN DRIVE, RESTAURANTS 2 MIN WALK, 3 PAR PUBLIC GOLF COURSE DOWN THE STREET, CENTRAL TO BOTH ENDS OF THE KEYS. MANAGEMENT LEFT A WELCOME PACKAGE WITH SOAPS, GARBAGE BAGS, FACE MASKS, THINGS YOU MAY FORGET OR NEED FOR YOUR STAY, QUITE NICE
