To add even more convenience to your stay, there is a private dock and private buoys that are rentable for an extra fee in the summer. You and your friends will be within walking distance to swimming, kayaking, and so much more! Less than a half-mile away is Kings Beach, which offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, galleries, and more beaches. Feeling lucky? Head east for one mile and you'll find excellent gaming at the Tahoe Biltmore and Crystal Bay Casino, just over the state line in Nevada. The North Lake Tahoe area also boasts some of the finest ski hills in the country like Diamond Peak (seven and a half miles), Northstar (less than nine miles), Mt. Rose (14.4 miles), Homewood (16.6 miles), Alpine Meadows (16.4 miles), and Squaw Valley (17.8 miles). For hiking and mountain biking, the multi-use Tahoe Rim Trail crosses Highway 267 only three and a half miles from the condo. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The house was as described, plenty of room for a good size group. The deck has such a great view of the lake. The home was also very well stocked with everything you would need for the kitchen. The only thing I would say is make sure you get accurate codes for the gate at the dock and the Wi-Fi info - the name and password are correct. We had to call back and forth a couple of times but they were prompt in getting us the info. Great place - would definitely stay again!

This space was perfect for our family spending a week in Kings Beach. Short walk into town and had plenty of space for us to sleep comfortably. Sunset views here are tough to beat! We also loved the large living room space with game closet and karaoke machine for the rare rainy days.

The townhouse was very clean and spacious for 3 generations, 9 people, a week long stay! The kitchen had plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils which were used well. We make these trips often and really appreciated quiet dishwasher and new pots and pans. A complain we had was the mngr co seems very stingy with supplies and kept on giving misinfo. But, overall, the house was awesome! And yes! The view was awesome! Upstairs that is. And that was expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Location was nice, view of lake from upper deck. A few roofs in the way but nice anyway. Grounds were very well maintained. A few of the mattresses weren’t great, but ok. Kitchen was very well stocked. I would stay again.

Gorgeous lake view through the balcony. Commute to Mt Rose and Northstar is convenient. The management is team is very helpful as well. We all had a good time during this stay.

Despite a few small glitches with check in- got check in information emailed day of arrival with door access code and then a different code texted later, then texted on second day that we have to check in at one of the units for a parking pass or we’d be towed which hadn’t been communicated in either the email nor the initial text on arrival day- the stay was great. The condo is very well equipped with all kitchen utensils etc that you’d need. They have a very nice grass area by the lake and a pier that you can swim off of (had to text to get the code for the gate to the pier). We spent a whole day on the lake sitting on the grass under the shade of a tree looking at the beautiful lake and mountains and cooling off with a swim in the lake. Wonderful!!

This home was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked, much more than other places I have stayed. No utensils were lacking. Such a great view and close to the water. I hope to be back next year, but afraid with the uptick in prices it may be out of budget.

This townhome was spacious and in a beautiful location. If fit our tribe of 7 very well. We would rent it again but be a bit wiser. We did have a couple of issues. In these Covid times, I brought my own cleaning supplies and I am very glad I did. The kitchen counters and table were very dirty. We had the cleaning company come back and re-clean the bathrooms. There was hair on the floor of each bathroom. The cleaning crew was very responsive and came out almost immediately to address our concerns. We found a half used water bottle and some type of medication on the family room floor (not good with a toddler). The tv remote was eventually found in between the sofa cushions. The first night we were there we ran the dishwasher and it came up with an error message that it wasn’t draining. We called the management company everyday Sat-Thurs to get it repaired and no one ever came. So we were doing dishes by hand for seven people pretty much three meals a day all week. Lots of deferred maintenance, broken blinds, light bulbs out in ceiling lights in master bedroom, broken pots and pans. Sounds like a lot of “complaining” for a four star review but it was our first experience with this type of rental and all we have to compare with is our timeshare experience.

The view of Lake Tahoe and the dock on the property were the best part! Unfortunately our condo wasn’t the cleanest. We were not provided garbage bags or any directions on where to put garbage bags and the propane tank ran empty causing us to buy more.

Great location, friendly folks at Brockway springs. Place is dated,but has all the necessary fixings. A few itens were broken ( deck chair, outdoor heat lamp). Great lake views, and code to the dock would have been nice. New frig and washing machine were nice. No response from vacasaa property mgmnt. Kids were happy though.
