We invite you to have a beautiful stay! This great place is all about location. The clubhouse, Branson strip, and lake are all within minutes away. This is an excellent combination of location and comfort! All bedrooms have their own attached bathroom with the Tuscany style, comfortable furnishings, and living room for up to 10 guests all adding to the location which make this place one-of-a-kind. You will want to return to over and over again! Inside you will find comfortable and quality bedding, completely furnished, well stocked kitchen for cooking up a meal of any size. The balcony with outdoor furniture is the perfect place to sip your espresso or afternoon tea before taking a short walk to the clubhouse where you will find Tennis courts, indoor pool (year-round), outdoor pool/hot tubs(seasonal), exercise room, onsite bar and restaurant, shuffleboard, playground, and much more! STOCKED ITEMS All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay. Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue. All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent. Full access to all amenities, and high-speed internet. Just bring your toothbrush, some clothes, and call it a vacation!! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: Master bedroom has King bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 (Open loft area) has a queen bed, living room has a pull-out sofa for guests 7/8, Airbed upon request w/bedding and blankets LOCATION: Fabulous location near all Branson has to offer. This property is located on a by-pass road that will help you avoid the busy traffic on the Branson Strip. You can still get to the 76 Strip in minutes, with Table Rock Lake being only 2 miles away, downtown Branson is a 10-minute drive, and Silver Dollar City is a 15-minute drive (Without traffic). May not be suitable for guests who have a physical limitation that would prevent them from climbing stairs. *Minimum booking age is 21 *The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding. *Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

It was great. One suggestion! Get a bigger hot water heater. For a family it is hard to stagger showers when you are in a hurry to get out the door.

The location and price were great…but the condo not so much.The pull out sleeper couch was broken and unusable.The toaster and coffee maker were defective.There was mild in the furnace room.One of the dining room chairs was broken.That is the short list.The condo was overall pretty clean but the owner needs to put some of the profits back into the unit.

We enjoyed our stay at the unit. The couch hide a bed was broken in the living room and wouldn't be acceptable for an adult - possibly even children because the mattress curled up drastically. Microwave was difficult to use - I think just really outdated. Could be a better variety of cooking pots and pans etc. and silverware. The unit accommodates several people but there isn't enough silverware to feed everyone a meal. Overall you see that we rated the room highly....it was nice and clean and the other beds were fine for a short stay!! We hope to rent again.

The place was great and centrally located. The only down-side was although the master bedroom had a super comfortable bed, the other 2 bedrooms had cheaper mattresses and weren’t very comfortable. Other than that, it was really great.

As we had a death in the family and needed a place to accommodate 8 people on very short notice, this was what I first saw available. Carpet was filthy dirty. Furniture seemed to come from a trash dumpster. At least three lights burned out. No hot water in the kitchen. Upstairs bed was horrible, sofa sleeper needed to go back to the trash. Dining room chairs had no cushion. Living room corner had water leak and paint was all bubbly from ceiling to floor.
Only nice thing was bathrooms were clean and kitchen was clean. Outside front entrance was gross and dirty. Will definitely not go back. Pictures are very deceiving.

Bella Restare was wonderful. Only drawback was A/C went on blink for 48 hours. However, Freedom vacation rentals made up for it. I would definitely stay/book with them again. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay , it had every thing we needed. The only thing i wish it had was blackout curtains in the bedrooms. It was hard to sleep .

This was our 2nd time staying here, and once again we loved it! Location is perfect and the condo had everything we need. Will definitely come back again!

The property was cold when we got there the heat was turned of in signal digit weather after a day and a half it finally warmed up and the rest of the stay was nice it was a good location and easy to get to all the attractions

The condo is in desperate need of updates. Couch was stained, 2 of comforters were DIRTY, one even had blood on it. Plaster was cracking, kitchen chairs we felt like we were falling through. Says it slept 8…. But only seating for 5. Our family took turns standing at meals. Hot tub was down for maintenance repairs.

I hate to give bad reviews, but I feel the owner needs to know so they can fix the issues. The bed upstairs was terrible and sunk in the middle. The mattress didn't have mattress pad covers, it was just a sheet between you and the mattress. All places should have waterproof mattress covers. The carpet was stained as was the couch (look like old sticky candy). The filter vents were very dirty. The upstairs shower head needs to be replaced as it seemed stopped up. There was dog food under the upstairs bed. It really needs new floors (no carpet) repainting and some updating. The layout of the condo and the 3 bathrooms is nice to a have.

There were mechanical issues with Tim his property so it wasn’t available at check in time. The company called us right away with other options in the area. The place we stayed in exceeded our expectations and the company was great to work with.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Branson! We have two teenagers that had their own space, we were able to cook when we wanted to, and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet! It was within walking distance to the pools and the restaurant. It is in a gated community, so It is more private than most other areas that we saw. The condo was also conveniently in the middle of everywhere that we needed to go! Nothing took us more than 20 minutes to get to. It's not extremely fancy, but it was perfect for the price! We would stay here again in a split second!!

The location of the condo was great. We could walk or drive to the river and lake, the pool area was nice and clean. The restaurant in the community had great food for a good price. The down side of the condo was every bed in that place was either to hard or way to soft or sank in the middle, the pull out couch bed was springing and uncomfortable. Carpets in the condo was gross it need to be cleaned and the ceiling fans where dirty. The condo could use some upgrades. All in all we had a great time and would say again!

Already booked the same place next year!
We all enjoyed ourself very much here! It was clean, had everything we needed, and enough room that we didn’t get on each other’s nerves. We never could figure out how to work the TV again after the first day 🤷🏻♀️. We loved having a washer and dryer, and my brother and sister in law loved the fitness center. Everyone loved that the door lock was a code so we could all go our separate ways without keeping up with who had a key. Probably the best part for us was being able to take the little kids fishing without leaving the property. As soon as I got home we all got together and looked at the calendar and booked the same place for next year!

There was a broken chair and the air mattress had a hole in it. There was no way to connect Roku to the main TV where everyone was. There was no curtains in the master bedroom patio door, so we had to ask for that. Floor was wet from "treatments" that the cleaning people had done that made my socks and feet wet. It could have been more organized prior to going in. With the amount that is charged it's for the location and amenities not the decor or living area. The couch was stained pretty bad by what looked like it could of been blood. It wasn't really a "clean" experience based on price per night. I was also here for my wedding, so I was surprised that it ended up having that many things right off the bat

Great place to stay. We couldn’t figure the TV’s out but we were to busy to watch them. My group was age 13-56. Everyone loved it. We will stay here again.

The condo was as advertised. It was well stocked and had a great view of the Ferris wheel. We will stay here again if it is available. Plenty of room for kids and loved the simplicity of the condo.

The pool was within walking distance which was great for our grandchildren. My only complaint was the communication with the rental agency. I called and left messages and no one called me back. I also emailed them with no response. I guess they are renting a lot of properties so they are very busy. I would stay at the condo again but I would advise them that they should be more responsive to their clients.

The property was perfect for our group! It was in a good location for Silver Dollar City and we had lots of room for our family. Great work by property management company to fix. last minute glitch
Close enough to everything. Roomy enough. I’m in a wheelchair and the one bathroom was good for my needs. The bed was comfortable but higher than i could make a transfer too without a boost from my wife who is short and it was a hop getting up there. Down was easy LOL. Overall good stay. We were gone most of the time but when we were all there it was comfortable. I wish one bedroom had a master bath attached but we knew it did not in advance. Thumbs up!

Great Property
We had a great time at this property. The complex is huge and right on a golf course. Great location to all Branson has to offer. Had a great stay and the condo had everything that we needed for a great weekend.

Cheer Comp Weekend
This spacious condo was perfect for 2 families and 2 teenagers who needed to doll up before cheer competition. Kitchen was perfect for making a quick breakfast at 6am and heading out for a day of cheerleaders. Tons of blankets and places to lounge after an exhausting day. Plus the whirlpool tub in the master suite was so relaxing for tired muscles.

We came for a spur of the moment trip and happy we did. I had a little problem getting the check in information However a REAL person answered the phone promptly and assisted kindly. The property is nice clean and easily accessible to everything. It was roomy and perfect for us!

Condo
The condo was nice and clean. The indoor pool was nice as well. The gated community the condo was I was very neat and clean with a beautiful golf course!! It was a very quiet neighborhood.

There was clearly a very hurried and non-detailed cleaning process. The furniture is definitely outdated. I'd recommend brining folding chairs for the kitchen table. All appliances worked well and the area around the place is awesome. I'd stay again, but would probably look for a different unit.
