My son and I stayed for a few days while we went to the parks. It was very clean, has a comfortable bed, a small but modern kitchen and laundry with everything we needed. There are two large tvs with Rokus. The ac worked great and there is a peaceful view of the tennis court. We hardly heard our neighbors at all - the place is very quiet. It took us about 25 min including traffic to get to universal and Sea World. Disney is closer but since Disney is so huge it still is about 20-24 min to get to the Magic Kingdom lot. The apartment was very nice, had everything we needed, and there is a Walmart and many restaurants very close by. The traffic outside the condo complex can be pretty backed up but it doesn’t take long to get through it.

Condo looked just like the photos. Very cute. I would stay here again. My only downsides were the upstairs neighbors were a bit heavy footed, and my personal preference is a much stronger shower head. Not a fan of rainfall shower heads.

I think this place was kinda perfect actually, the only hiccup is that there really wasn’t any clear instructions to getting the key. It’s really peaceful and my partner and I really enjoyed this place.

I was very happy to stay near Disney and have abundance of choices for great restaurants nearby. No hassle with checking in. Convenient parking for visiting with a rental car. Very peaceful nights sleep.

Once check in everything went ok!

When we were given directions to the unit, it was unusual because it didn’t look like the pictures. We stayed one night and the next day I got a call that we had to move because they gave us the wrong directions. We were 45min out of the city when I got this call and to be told that we had to go back and move our things to another place. This was bothersome. The stay was ok and I appreciate that the owner gave me back money for one night for the inconvenience but still. It was ok overall.

We were very impressed with the property. Very clean. We loved the convenience of being able to cook some of our meals. Would definately use Verbo again.

This place was a great place to stay. It’s cute and cozy, in a QUIET neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it to a couple or single person. It would be a little too small for a family.

We had so much fun staying at this place. It’s great for a two person vacation stay. The host is very nice and will answer all your needs. Everything is so close by that you don’t need to endure a long car ride to the parks. I also felt safe with the gated community. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend.

The apt Vrbo was very nice ! I loved the place and it was perfect even for just the night. The place had a very nicely decorated and clean set up and looked brand new . Thank you for allowing us to stay.

This property was a great value for the price. Close to theme parks, very clean, easy to access. I didn’t have any problem with the visitor’s gate, although I wish there was a way for us to get standard access rather than going through the visitor entrance every time. Only complaint was the super noisy neighbors! Seems like a constant issue, a lot of the notes left behind by other renters mention it, so if you have little ones that are light sleepers this might not be the property for you!

Great stay close to everything

Overall, the complex was a nice place and very family-friendly. Although the neighbors were very loud and noisy. I would suggest that this is a good place for any children to come instead of a couple with no kids.

It was clean, comfy, and a great place for 2. We enjoyed our time there. Forgot that we needed to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps since there’s only a little bit available but we were able to grab some from the store so not a problem! Great experience overall!

Overall, very pleased with unit. Everything was nice and clean. Part of vacay there were 5 adults, but for the majority of our stay was 4 adults. We are travelers, so we came prepared with additional supplies. They do inform you prior to your arrival to obtain extra supplies, I recommend if your stay is longer than 2 days to get those supplies. It was great having washer and dryer, allowed us to do laundry as we prefer not traveling with dirty laundry. The mattress is harder than what we are accustomed. Recommend bringing your own pillow if you need support for your neck as the provided ones are your standard pillows. The only unfortunate issue we had is the person(s) living above the unit, walked like they were stomping. They started early in the morning sometimes as early as 5:30 and as late as after 0100 in the morning: sounds like they were exercising or something. But it was loud and interrupted our sleep. Other than that follow the provided instructions and you will have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Jacobs Family

The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. Check in was relatively smooth with lockbox pick up for the keys. The apartment complex has two pools and a decent gym for vacation (although it was 81degrees in there!). The grounds are pretty with few ponds. Unfortunately, you have to use the kiosk at the front gate every time for entry by inserting your license and waiting for verification. This is good for safety, but inconvenient and there were back-ups every time we needed to get in (5-10 minutes in line). Would be nice if there could be a parking key (like the owners/long term people at the complex have). The upstairs neighbor was a little loud but only in the daytime. Short drive to Disney, and otherwise quiet neighborhood.
