Plenty of room for my family of 9. The property manager came by and dropped off an air mattress to replace one from the previous client. I didn’t even realize there was an air mattress but we didn’t need it. Definitely will stay again

Place was decent. Looks like they need a better repair person. There are a lot of things that need fixed and cleaned. The living room and dining room furniture were dirty and the patio furniture was unusable due to the dirty condition they were in. The space was good and fans in every room were nice. There were no blinds on the windows and the curtains are see through. This was concerning since it is in the ground floor.

We stayed here for the past 10 days. The house was as pictured. The pool was nice for the kids. Communication with the property manager was good. Only issues we had was dirty floors & there was an ant issue but when I notified them they brought some spray right away. The upstairs people for the last part of our trip was very obnoxious all throughout the night but that's not something the owners can really help. Over all we had a nice time and for the price you really can't beat it. I would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay
We enjoyed our stay. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do without getting in much of the main strip traffic. The management team was quick to respond when I had questions.

It was stocked nicely and in a great location, however we left our vacation early because of how bad you could hear the upstairs people. Thought they were going to come through the ceilings at times. Others have left reviews about that and I should have paid attention when booking.

The hall flooring needs to be repaired as it pokes up in one spot. Other than that the condo was clean and pretty well stocked. Property management is on their A game. We needed a few essential items for the kitchen and within the hour Simone showed up with what was missing. Very nice to work with. The property is listed as handicap accessible or wheelchair accessible but the bathroom isn’t completely accessible. There are tubs in both bathrooms that made it difficult for showering. All in al I would recommend Patriot place to many others.

Well stocked
This condo is very spacious, well stocked, and the decorations were great. This condo is just on the outskirts of the strip. But after a few days of staying here I was getting bit. Didn’t think anything of it until my husband was getting bit also. So called the main office and requested to be moved. They were very speedy on getting us into another room. We are unsure what we were but by but my guess is going to be bed bugs. I was bit in the master bedroom and living room. And my husband was bit in the living room ( he mainly sat on the couch)
But overall the short stay we had in this room was good besides getting bit.

My first bad VRBO experience
This property is in more of an apartment setting not so much your typical vacation condo. That wasn’t an issue. The unit was filthy. Our kids socks and feet immediately were black from the floors that should have been cleaned prior to our entry. The bathroom had dried boogers all over the wall like some one flicked them there. The toilets had dried pee on them, and had obviously not been cleaned. You hear every noise from the apartment above. Your view behind from the patio is a rock wall. Every evening when we walked in the nasty entry way with our children we were greeted with the very strong smell of marijuana. I would not recommend this place.
