Three families travel every summer (4 adults and 6 children ages 15, 9, 9, 7, 6, 5) and we always look for beach and walkable activities. This was our first time in Seaside Heights and selected it based on location and upon finding this house. It was perfect for our family of 5 upstairs and the two smaller families downstairs. It gave us togetherness but the ability for space apart when needed. The location is in perfect proximity to the beach and boardwalk, on the quieter end. It is still a busy place so there was some noise at night but not horrible. The upper deck was the best for hanging out, people watching, and to see the fireworks. Ruth was a very responsive host and both levels had everything you need and more. Highly recommend this home!

The house was extremely clean. It was well stocked. The location is at the end of the boardwalk which is perfect...less noise. My only negative would be that the beds were not comfortable.

We normally go down to Wildwood and stay in new condos but this year we were booking way too late so this house in Seaside Heights seemed a good alternative. The house is not new but appears to have been updated after the damage from Sandy. It was quite clean even by no-shoes-in-the-house standards. It was also very well stocked - had pretty much everything you find in an occupied house. The upstairs living space is more inviting due to the ample light from the many windows. The downstairs has one big sectional leather couch, not two like the pictures. Overall, the house is well appointed and would be ideal for 2 families wishing to stay together but in separate units. The only inconvenience are the car and people noises from the street at night. Those are mostly on Fri, Sat, and Sun nights. The house is on the street parallel to the boardwalk but we have never stayed so close to a boardwalk so this might be typical. Overall, Seaside Heights seems to draw weekend crowds and the amount of people on the beach and the boardwalk is visibly larger on Fri/Sat/Sun compared to the other days.
