You’re at the heart of the Historic District -- just blocks from shopping, fine dining, and nightlife. 1 mile walk to the Live Oak Bank Pavilion at Riverfront Park. This top-floor (9th floor), end-unit retreat has a private balcony overlooking Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina. You’re also just a 20-minute drive from Wrightsville Beach. Make yourself at home in the living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and an armchair. Living room and bedroom have flat-screen TV's with Roku. Full kitchen - oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, (no dishwasher). Breakfast bar for two. This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom features a comfy queen bed and a 45” flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination. Step out onto your private balcony and take in views of Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina. No parking on property - Free parking pass for one car is available after you check-in at city the parking deck 2 blocks away. $100 fee if pass is not in unit after departure. We will have 2 wash, 2 hand, 3 bath towels and a floor mat for you in the bathroom with enough toiletries to get you started. If you are staying longer or more than 2 people we suggest bring anything extra you need with you. 4 Guests MAX! *Must be 21 to book with a Government ID sent to the host. ~ DO NOT rent this property if you are not the guest staying.. No parties! ~QUIET times are observed between 9:30pm and 8:30am. ~NO PETS ~NO smoking this includes the balcony!

We loved the property and loved the view, however, we left after staying Friday night due to the noise from a roof top bar one block behind and one block over from the building. At 8:30 lights disco lights were flashing, no problem but at 10:30 we were awakened until after 1:00 AM as the music blared, people screamed out the songs, horns blowing, engines revving. It was awful! We turned the heat on fan only and cranked up water noises on the phone as loud as we could to try to get some sleep. We decided to pass up Saturday nights stay along with VIP tix to a comedy show and head on home. Someone we met on the elevator said it was a common occurrence. I'm sure if you are staying during the week this wouldn't be a problem. It was nice and quiet during the daytime.

My wife and I stayed for an extended weekend at the end of January. Nice condo in downtown Wilmington. Right on the riverwalk with easy walks to all kinds of shops, bars, and restaurants. The unit was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies, and in a fantastic location if one is interested in the downtown Wilmington scene. It's about 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach (January traffic). The parking situation isn't the best, but it's not a burden if you know about it before booking. Our host Mike was very good in sending instructions and communicating with us. We plan on visiting again.

This place was just as advertised. Great location for the 70.3 Ironman race. Liked being so close to restaurants. The off site parking was a little inconvenient but manageable.

The apartment was ideal for us! As advertised, super location right on Water Street, with a great view. Parking was a couple of blocks away, worked out fine - easy access. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This place is in the perfect location for downtown, River Walk and walking to Live Oak Bank Pavilion. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. Wonderful view of the USS North Carolina and beautiful sunsets. The Parking garage is a short walk away but free with the parking pass. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This condo is fantastic! Super clean, perfect location, awesome view. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. Will definitely stay again. The only thing I found lacking was a full size mirror. Please hang a full size mirror. That’s all it needs.

Condo was directly across from the USS NC battleship which was great. Walking distance to all restaurants, breweries and shops. Parking is offsite but only a couple of blocks away and to be expected in a city. Communication by host was clear and timely. Would recommend!

We loved the condo! The location was perfect - walking distance to everything. We were able to walk to/from the concert we were attending. While it's not on the beach, the views of the river are great and it's an easy Uber to the beach. The communications were great and the condo was very clean. I had a little issue with the door lock (user error :) ) and the owner was quick to call to help me out. We are already looking at dates to return :)

My husband and I came down for a Darius Rucker concert at Live Oak pavilion. We loved this location within walking distance of venue, restaurants, shopping etc. Tge view from the balcony is beautiful. We loved seeing the USS North Carolina right across the River from us. Definitely recommend this property. Host responds quickly. We hope to return in the near future.

We stayed for a concert in downtown at the Live Oak Pavilion. A little over a mile walk. Perfect location if you are wanting to be downtown. It is loud at night due to the bars and restaurants right at the condo. But it was a great stay.

Beautiful view, the Battle Ship is directly across the river and made an impressive site. The shops and eateries were all walking distance. No car needed!

The apartment was perfect for an overnight stay, clean and comfortable. Great view of the river. Close to everything we needed/wanted to do. On site parking would be a bonus, but the parking pass/garage worked well enough. Only wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly return.

Nice large condo, in a good area. Well equipped,nicely furnished. Coffee was provided, which was a nice touch. Parking was in a separate building a couple of blocks away, which was awkward, and the parking situation was not clearly explained ahead of time.
