overall, very pleasant stay at the hotel.

Very clean and seemed new. Good hot breakfast. staff very nice

No amenities except soap- they will give you lotion if you ask. We had a king room: one sink is acceptable, but only had 8” of surface around the sink. With king room, you’d think you would have more room for 2 people to put their toiletries.

Great stay with awesome rooms.

The breakfast was great, the staff was super nice and very helpful. We liked how you had to use a key card for all entries.

There is nothing I can think of that was bad.

Nice place to stay while visiting Carlsbad Caverns

Nice facility. The room was clean and comfortable. The building was fairly new and well kept. The bed was comfortable.

It was good for one night while i was en route to another destination.

Cold air conditioner and clean

The coffee was burnt and the breakfast was not a “hot” breakfast. The desk staff was extremely nice.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, horrible water pressure, so so breakfast.

Oh the room was comfortable, I slept good. The lobby area had a lot of room, we were able to bring our dinner back and enjoy it on premises. My kids also enjoyed using the pool.

The shower water pressure, it was horrible. We were also excited for breakfast but it was not good at all. One other thing, when we checked in the front desk attendant was not very friendly, she did not provide much information. The next day I went to correct my bill and the morning attendant informed me that normally the other attendant should have explained the $15 deposit that gets refunded upon checkout. I'm not surprised considering she only spoke when I asked questions.

This is place where I could come again and enjoy it.

First impression was really good. Nice hotel very helpful receptionist. Breakfast was amazing. Many options and all very clean.

Our room was very stinky. I don’t know why. We were just too tired to complain and maybe change the rooms, but it a bit destroyed the joy this hotel makes.

As noted above: clean, secure, quiet and mostly comfortable. Nice, helpful staff.

Would have given higher rating overall if the breakfast had been half decent. Pretty awful.

clean hotel, comfortable bed, quiet, great breakfast , across the street to a concert venue, staff got us extra coffee and liquid creamer late at night
