Dingy and overpriced

This dirty and shabby room is roach infested. Sleeping is a challenge given how loud HVAC is. Unreasonably priced $100 per night.

Bad experience 😢

Nothing

Everything staff was rude cleaning lady took her son to work and tried to stay in my room. Asked him to leave my room and he refused. The mother spoke no English.!!! Had to pay extra for grandkids to spend the day with me. I will never stay there again. Money hungry place!!!!!

The hotel has a bit come of age, but has been kept up well. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was in great shape.

nice little inn, good for a family stay

easy access to Main Street, able to cook the n bbq area, clean and simple rooms, friendly helpful staff.

towels very small, tub was slippery needs non skid surface, travel companions sheets were moldy, got replaced right away

I will stay again. Very clean. Excellent staff

I was a little skeptical at first Trina was very nice and she told me correctly I had nothing to worry about the place is exceptionally clean that's important streets are a little busy but I would stay there again

I can't think of a thing I was impressed and for the price I got a heck of a deal

place was disgusting. would not recommend to anyone. pictures weren’t what the room looked like.

service was aweful. rooms were disgusting.

ok for price. nothing fancy. but everything needed. and the price was right & appropriate.

room had everything needed, esp for 1 night stay. couldn,t use pool tho, raining & not motels fault. looked like a nice pool.

bath room sink plugged. finally drained. housekeeping very nice. guy at the desk grumpy & seemed put out we were there.

great place to stay for the money… we road our bikes to get to places quicker due to the busy road

overall a pleasant and convenient stay that met our needs

Restaurant convenient, near plenty of restaurants. Short drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

bathroom door handle in our room was broken, didn’t lock, would get stuck. bathroom walls needed repair.

I knew what I was getting. I wasn’t happy about that master switch in the room (turn off the light switch by the door kills the power to the outlets) but it all worked out.

Great choice!!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in several areas. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Remodeled rooms are very nice and makes the low price seem unbelievable.

Fantastic location

We came to Carlsbad to see the National Park. This location was perfect as a center point and everything we basically needed. The pool and play park are an added plus. We rented two rooms for our large party and both were clean and well stocked.
