My wife and I had an amazing experience staying here. Jay was a pleasure to communicate with and was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. The place is lovely and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach as well as an array of restaurants and shops on Cookman Ave. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I are already discussing our summer 2024 vacation and staying at Jay and Nick's place!

What a wonderful experience! It took just minutes for me to feel right at home in this lovely apartment. The couch and bed were both so comfy, the kitchen easy to work with and the deck was perfect for my morning coffee while listening to the birds greeting the day. And I couldn’t ask for a better location right near the boardwalk! As a first time VRBO user, I was nervous, but the host made everything easy and answered all my questions. I’ll most certainly be booking this place again!

This was the a great stay. Short walk to everything and right across from the park. Far enough away from the night life so noise was not an issue. Even had a dog bed and toys for the fur babies. Love this place and hope to be back next year!

Had such an amazing stay! The apartment is very well kept and has all the essentials. Proximity is great to everything you could want to do from beach, to boardwalk, and downtown. Absolutely would stay here again. Jay was very warm, communicative and responsive.

The details of this property were the best we've ever experienced: dedicated parking space, keyless entry, wonderful balcony to relax on, huge sectional couch, king-sized bed, and a fully stocked kitchen with anything you would ever need. The property is meticulously decorated and maintained with SO much wonderful character - it didn't feel like you were in a rental, but rather staying at a friends house. In terms of location, you can't beat it! You are on the boardwalk or at a restaurant in a few minutes walk. We can't wait to go back!

The property is exactly as listed! It is centrally located, has absolutely everything you need, is maintained and clean. You feel at home and comfortable from the start. The host is very communicative and helpful. I plan on staying here the next time I am visiting.

Really great location right by Sunset Lake, and two blocks from the convention center and beach. Balcony faces the parking lot rather than the lake, but does get great south-facing sun. Really great layout and comfortable space, easy check-in, and very responsive hosts!

Comfortable and surprisingly spacious- enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, desk and lots of drawers and closet space in the bedroom, loved the huge sectional in the living room. Would love to return.

After a second visit, it was still a perfect apartment to get away from the city for a bit! The kitchen is fully stocked for any and all cooking needs. The short walk to the beach is great even in the winter.

Had a wonderful time at Jay’s property. A 5 minute walk to the beach and within a mile from every restaurant in downtown asbury. Jay was a responsive host. Had a great time. Would stay again. Thank you!!

Perfect Getaway
Jay was a terrific host, incredibly responsive and supportive during the trip as needed. The apartment was much larger than the pictures give it credit for. incredibly clean and tidy upon arriving. The apartment was well stocked for a week away and only a 7 minute walk from door to ocean. Can't wait to go again!
