Horribly built property, that the people are trying to keep going.
This is a common thing in the DTC, Denver Tech Center. Just up the street, an office building with steps falling apart because they are not concrete steps. They are dirt steps that were covered with 1/2 inch of concrete, which obviously is China-like crap build.
The door to the washer & dryer sticks at the top because the weight of the 2 stories and attic above is resting on the door frame, causing the door frame to bend in the middle, making the door stick. Several times, my tech in my employer's nursing company came by, sanded it down, but the door frame continued to sag, the door sticking just a tad, the last day I noticed.
Previously, the door has had the issue so long, the entire door is warped so that even when it latches, the top sticks out.
The sink, huge gap as you approach on the inside, because when they cut the hole, they didn't leave enough room for anchors, so now there is a gap they need to fill again with caulking, as the sink slowly droops more and more with time.
Water comes in at the door to the back patio, because there is issues with the sealing, causing the flooring to be loose at that point.
The shower doesn't work right sometimes. Rather than putting a water shut-off in the bathroom, I was informed they have to turn off the water for the whole complex to work on any person's shower.
The 5 Star Property company was great working with me to get some of these things fixed.

We had to travel to Denver to pick up my girlfriend’s kids for Christmas. We were there a total of 5 days, picking up the kids for the last night. There was plenty of room to cook and relax by the fireplace. Even when the kids stayed, we didn’t feel cramped or like we were spending the whole time keeping them quiet. Awesome place for an extended stay!

This cute condo was just as listed. Clean, safe, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, location is close to anything you need or want. Washer/Dryer in unit was a plus for me. I would absolutely stay here again!

A nice place to stay for a week.

Check in/check out were easy. The unit was clean & tidy. Only things that could use some attention were the chain lock on the front door and the lock on the patio door. Both were broken. Luckily the front door also has an additional lock with code and the patio door has a pole that blocks the door from being opened so it seemed safe enough.
I’d recommend the rental owner/ Mgr make those repairs but other than that, the condo is a nice place for 1-2 people!

Clean, comfortable, and quite - great place to stay with fantastic communication from the property manager - would not hesitate to come back.

the stay was far from my expectations based on info provided on the app, the cost and largely reviews. This should never receive 5 star review. 1) there is no privacy - you can hear every sound from next door including when they get silverware out of the drawer or when they open a new trash bag, etc. 2) the screen door was broken and just fell on when I touched it. Not a big deal considering the “patio” is just a dingy non private cement area. 3) the place is dark and run down with old furniture with burn mark(s) in it, and the walls are dirty 4) the sheets had literal rips and wear marks in them! 5) the pillows are so thick with no alternatives provided we had to make our own unfortunately very hard pillows out of the extra bath towels! I reported all of this to management along with photos of the above issues and requested a refund to which the management refunded “15% of cleaning fee or $21”. Basically nothing of a stay over $300. I wish I had stayed elsewhere. Please don’t trust the 5 star reviews

Nice property for a long weekend stay. It had all the amenities we needed, plus the washer/dryer came in handy. Would book again.

A comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting family in Denver. Well located, clean, with excellent communication between myself and the property manager. Clear guest guidelines and instructions. Thank you.

We had a nice stay. Nothing extraordinary but certainly adequate. Main complaint was they had a Kurig coffee maker but only flavored coffee for it.

Overall the property was nice, but the unit we stayed in needs some updating. The bed was hard as a rock so bad in fact we needed to go buy the foam crate mattress topper. The couch needs to be replaced it had some staining and was awkward angled. Also i had requested 3 months in advance that i needed them to use fragrance free laundry soap. I have a severe allergy to scent. I was told they would let the cleaning company know. I dont believe they did and i ended up with a rash and having to go buy detergent and rewash sheets and towels. The area was quiet and nice and easy access to interstate.

Overall good but code to pool was inaccurate.

I will say the positive first. It's in the perfect area for me, I stayed in this complex before and loved it. And when I had to deal with the owner?/management, they were all nice. The place made me think of a man who doesn't live here and just wants an income owning it. I wondered if he or the management company, which seemed to be based in LA, had seen it in the last few years. It was really dark, on the first floor so you couldn't really leave the windows open, or the blinds if you were there, and the only way to get air was the sliding screen door, which was unattached. They did come fix it the next day. The shower handle didn't work, even after it was fixed, the water ran too hot or too cold, different every time, and you couldn't adjust it without breaking it again. I left the place better than I found it, I should be paid, haha. The cleaning people are not good, it was not very clean. Luckily, the towels and bed and tub were fine, though maybe invest in new sheets? It was all painted dark, ugly , cheap, dark curtains, too, I felt like I was in a dungeon even with the lights on. I was out and about most of the time, which saved the day; I would have hated to be stuck there. The main TV didn't work as far as I could tell, the couch is old and stained, and the front door lock is something they should tell people about so they know how to work it. And they were going to charge to come in early or leave late. I left at 4:30 am, again, they should pay me. Never again.

The location was perfect, the place was clean, comfy and had everything we could need. Quiet complex, lots of good stuff nearby. We walked to a concert at Fiddler’ Green and it was great. No Uber cost woohoo!! We will definitely be back to this property. A+

Most of our rentals are large homes for family vacations. This is the first condo and it was very comfortable and perfect for the two of us. Great location for visiting friends. Easy parking. Great pool *though too cold to use), very nice grounds. Was quiet inside and outside the property and felt very safe. I hope to stay there on our next visit!

Wish the heater had been quieter.

The room is spacious and clean. Great to stay for weeks with full kitchen, dish washer and washing machine. Convenient location. A minor cleanliness issues of the fan cover and some vent
The A/C works well in the living area only, it doesn't seem to flow well into the bedroom area although we turned the fan to help cooling off. We had trouble sleeping most nights, and a new mattress should be considered to install. I had a issue with Marijuana smells through the vent, the property management came to change air filter and it helped. I gave 5 stars on their service, room as described.

My wife and I visited for several days and had a wonderful time. Location is excellent. Everything we needed was close by but far enough away so we weren't bothered by noise. The unit is exactly as depicted. Communication with five star mgmnt was incredible! We will definitely return!

This property is a great place to stay for a couple. We had issues with the fireplace not working when we arrived. Reached out to the property management and it was taken care of. They only negative I can say is the bed is a little small.

We traveled to the Denever area for a concert at red rocks. Property was perfectly placed between the airport and redrocks. We also loved that it was not right downtown as we prefer the outskirts. The property was a perfect size for 2 people and parking was a breeze on site. Very clean and would stay here again. It was a perfect place to come and sleep after adventuring all day.

Unfortunately the bright and fresh photos are not an accurate reflection. This apartment is dark, drab & worn. The couch has burn holes, the window blinds are broken, the wall paint is scratched, the bathroom sink drains slowly, the shower liner is old and moldy. Overall, the place feels cheap and haphazard.
A message was sent to the management company to notify them of the state of the unit. They responded that they would share the info with the staff. No other action was taken.
On a positive note: the place was clean and the bed comfortable.

We were in town for a sporting event, and our flight home was not until 11:00 PM on Monday. I had requested a late check out for Mlonday and was told by Jeffrey Hughes that I had to wait until 24 hours before check out until I could ask. I understood the reason because another person might be checking in after me.
I sent a reminder on Sunday morning about a late check out for Monday. This time I got no response all day, so I emailed to again enquire about a late check out with the message I sent earlier. The response I received was the following: I'm really sorry.
Seriously? This can be fixed. I didn't have the wrong kidney removed and there is no fixing. This is a phone call to change the time of clean up and eat the coast because the business was at fault not the customer. This is where we are at today in the hospitality business, sad.

We came for a concert at Fiddler's Green and this apartment was so close and perfect. Also, an easy shot up the highway to Cherry Creek for dinner and shopping. Very clean and comfortable. Door code made for quick and easy access! Loved it!

The condo was located in a quiet complex but close to all of the activities and restaurants one could desire. It had everything we needed. The host and company checked on us frequently to ensure we had everything we needed.

It was a very nice stay. Just a couple of things. There were clean towering the dryer when we arrived. Not sure what to do with them , so we left them in the dryer. Also the top latch on the front door somehow fell into a locked position when we closed the door. We were locked out for a while, and I called the support number. The person was very helpful, giving us a code to access keys. There were any keys in the box, which would not have solved the problem any. We ended up shaking and slamming the door several times and it must have jarred the lock open. I sure it was a fluke that it happened, but I thought you should be aware of it
