We found food on the floor in the kitchen, sitting area and bedroom. It was obvious that the floors had not been cleaned.

That sounds fantastic! Here's a draft for your review:
"My stay at Marriott Residence Inn in Englewood was fantastic! The staff was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and added a delightful touch of humor to the experience. The room was not only impeccably clean but also impressively spacious, making it a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident throughout. Oh, and the breakfast – it was nothing short of amazing, an absolute fire! Overall, a lovely experience that made my trip truly memorable."

1. A parking fee (in the lot) of $5 was charged..
2. The unit was old, outdated

Overall very great especially for the price point. Room had a bit of a funky smell that seemed to go away after a few days of living there with my own things.

What a strange place! Couldn't figure out if I was in the wrong place when I arrived. Felt like I was getting a hotel room in an old closed down apartment complex. Also, charging for parking for this type of hotel? Silly. Not the Marriott standard for sure.

It was close to our music venue. The staff was working hard.

Nice place to stay, good location especially for going to a show at fiddlers

the place is a little aged. you can tell it was upgraded but not recently. The grounds are taken care of but everything just looks aged. the buildings that sit by the main road need better sound proofing as you can hear all the road traffic not just the loud cars. The breakfast buffet was nice but we could tell it was an after thought by the hotel. food was just microwave heated up in the back somewhere then dumped into the bins. on Sunday they ran out of food and the attitude was oh well. Not a great stay but not horrible just meh. staying at the double tree next time.

The bathroom shower was dirty like with things with from previous guest, no body lotion, no tv signal and when I called front desk to let them know they told me that there was nothing that they can do for me. This is not acceptable. This is not a pleasant stay. I have photos of everything. I would like my refund please.

Blood stains, dog hair all over the place

I loved the setup, like your own apartment, and that it was walking distance to the amphitheater and dining. They were behind with rooms for check-in but it wasn’t too in convenient.

I was very disappointed about the overall condition of a Hotel that is affiliated with the Marriott Brand. This was not a Penthouse suite effect!!! I experienced the following:
- Entrance door was extremely hard to open although it was keyless entry.
- Bedroom door was difficult to close
- No extra linen for the pullout sofa. I had to call the front desk for linen.
- only half the curtain existed in the loft
- The dishwasher is broken.
This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

2hours to check in. Dirty rooms, non working locks

Check in was supposed to be 4:00Pm. We got there at 5:00pm with about 30 couples all stranded as no one could check in because the rooms weren’t ready. Everyone was checking in because Jelly Roll was playing at Fiddlers Green down the road. We were all placed on a waitlist and told they would call when our room was ready. No one called. I wasn’t able to shower or get ready for the concert. Got to the concert late waiting for a room and then a thunderstorm came and we weren’t able to get into fiddlers green for almost an hour because they stopped letting people in during the thunderstorm. Everyone was caught outside. We missed the first part of the show. Had we been able to check in on time we would have made it to the concert in plenty of time. Totally disappointed. But the staff was calm and trying their best. Very polite and worked well under pressure. I believe they were just very short staffed and there had been another concert the night before. At the same time this wasn’t their first rodeo. I’m surprised how unprepared and disorganized they were. Lots of unhappy people needing to check in
Room was clean and comfortable. Like a little apartment. We loved it once we were able to get the room. Walking distance to fiddlers green was our biggest reason we chose this hotel. No Uber needed.

The property is extremely close in proximity to Fiddler's Green, as well as having many food options or the choice of cooking a meal in your room (there's a Sprouts around the corner). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is right off of I-25 which is super convenient, whether you're heading North or South. It's a stone's throw away from Twin Peaks for some great grub (and drinks) for a darn good price, with campy mountain decor and the loveliest servers! In walking distance of the historic Comedy Works South equipped with a full restaurant upstairs with choice seating, with you purchase of tickets (look em up for full details). Very spacious parking lot with plenty of shade trees, for an unbeatable price (paid $5). It's near a Mobil gas station within a few hundred yards, which can be easily accessed accross the street from the entrance. In comparison to downtown the noise is very minimal (aside from concerts down the street). We stayed in a penthouse and were pleasantly surprised at how much it felt like an apartment rather than a hotel room. Full kitchen, dining bar, living area, ( chair, big loveseat w/ hide-a-bed and tv w/ cable). The bottom room has it's own bathroom w/ bathtub and a tv, desk, dresser closet. Top room, is a loft style room w/ bathroom, shower, dresser, closet tv. Overall, I had an extremely pleasant stay and it was a nice change of pace because I normally stay in town with family. It was nice to be in the Mile High and do my stay my way!

There was an issue with checkin, and getting rooms cleaned, but the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. There were a lot of people waiting for rooms, but they handled all of us with the utmost respect. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a funky smell in our room, the air conditioner didn't seem to wanna cool the room down lower than 72 degrees, the sliding screen door was dangling off the track, and we had no hot water for the shower. I told the front desk we had no hot water and it was shrugged off. Besides that the location was perfect for fiddlers green and the rooms were clean.

We visit family and friends every year and look for a place like this, we stayed 8 days. Bed was comfortable kitchen was set up with the essentials. We would stay again.

I have stayed at this property in the past it has been about a year since the last stay. This time the room me and my wife had was dirty
Upon check-in, you could tell they hadn’t vacuumed or cleaned in the other countertops since the last guest has stayed. The rooms had three TVs only one of them worked. There was dust and dirt on the countertops. Paint was peeling on the walls, and overall the rooms we had for just some very poor conditions.

Nice, quiet property close to everything in south Denver, DTC, etc. The whole place could use some updating, as it resembles a late 80s/early 90s condo complex, which I am pretty sure it was before Marriott bought it. No maid service the whole time we were there (Sat-Wed), not even to replace towels, so that's pretty lame. But super reasonable and if you are not a picky person, this is a good value for a family trip - the 2BR suite and free breakfast cost as much as a single hotel room at a mid-size chain.

Nice place. Clean, pretty.

First, the flying ants that appeared daily in my bath tub. The staff was able to tell me why they were there. They just couldn't solve the problem.
Second, the complimentary breakfast. I stayed at another Residence Inn a couple of weeks prior and they had solid, fresh cooked offerings. This Residence Inn served freshly-cooked scrambled eggs and bacon once during the 30 days that I stayed there. The other 29 days, we were offered packaged breakfast things.
On July 5 there was trash half-in and half-out of trash bags in the grassy area near my room. These were clearly left by July 4th partyers. Even after I alerted them to the problem, the trash remained far too long.
This property is tired and shabby. I doubt I'll stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Really made us comfortable and helped us overlook some of the flaws like the fact that they were short staffed and seemed not too on top of maintenance of the rooms, for instance, an unconnected TV.

Bathroom floor dirty, hair in corner. Broken small pieces of glass by glass slider door. Asked for housekeeping every other day, they came twice during 6 day stay never cleaned broken glass or bathroom floor. Saturday, Sunday & Monday ran out of food in dining area. Poor upkeep outside: paint peeling, door entrance mat covered with leaves & mulch during 6 day stay. Positive: clerks at front desk friendly, kitchen clean

Nice area……room…..well, 1st one, a/c didn’t work, 2nd one, coffee maker but no coffee pot, no hand soap, went to take a shower, 1 handle fell off, then the bathtub faucet flew off……but the a/c worked

The property and room was great for a family. My only complaint was the flies, but that may not be the villas fault.
