Nestled in Reykjavik, this lovely condo for R 7,073 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Summary: Sif Apartments is a modern complex of minimalist designed apartments in Central Reykjavik. Please note this is a multi-listing property. The apartments are located from first till seventh floor with limited City view. A perfect location to explore the local sightseeing, and a stone's throw away from the best restaurants and bars of Reykjavik. After enjoying downtown Reykjavik, cook up a lovely meal and enjoy a drink on the balconies. The Space: The apartment can accommodate four people. It has one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed (double) in the living room. The apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, dishwasher and microwave to cookware, tableware, and utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. A washer and dryer are available for your personal use. Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request. Guest Access: Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience. Self Check-in. The Neighborhood: The apartment is at the heart of Reykjavík, in a quiet area but close to the center for many activities, museums, and restaurants to explore. Enjoy a walk at the seaside of Reykjavik and visit the Sun Voyager and Harpa, one of Reykjavik's greatest landmarks. Start your day at Hlemmur Mathöll Food hall for an early brunch before you are ready to visit local museums, like the Settlement Exhibition or the National Museum of Iceland. As you are walking down Laugavegur, you will get the change to buy local souvenirs and visit boutiques with high-end products, most of which are Icelandic designed and produced. Getting Around: There is a pickup/drop off location for tours and airport transfers nearby called "Bus Stop 12 - Höfðatorg". The apartment at the heart of Reykjavík, so most museums and activities are in a walking distance. If you like to visit Perlan (panoramic view to Reykjavik), you can take the Hop On-Hop Off at "Hofdi House" or use the nearby central bus station Hlemmur. Both stops are within walking distance. There is an underground (paid) parking garage under Sif Apartments. There is also plenty of paid street parking during the day, which is free during the evenings/nights. We recommend using the app Parka for paying for parking. Other Things to Note: There is street parking in the area, free of charge after 21:00/9pm till 9:00 in the morning. There is also a parking garage (paid) under the building. It cost 24 hours but the price is very affordable after 18:00. No reservation needed. Most of the area surrounding Sif Apartments is P2 Pay Zone. For your safety, we have cameras monitoring the common areas of the building and front doors. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip to Iceland, which covers issues as delayed baggage, travel accidents, weather trip cancellations and emergency overseas medical. EU members can use their European Health Insurance Card in Iceland (medical expenses). Interaction with Guests: We are ALWAYS available for you for any matter. We answer online and via email promptly but in case of emergencies our phone number is listed in our arrival info document.

We stayed for 8 nights and found this to be a great location near shopping, restaurants and sights in the city center. The apartment had absolutely everything you could need and was very clean and comfortable. The property managers were beyond fantastic - they responded to questions within minutes, and resolved any concerns we had quickly. Parking was right under the building and very convenient. Great rental!!

We had two suites. Both are nicely laid out and well equipped but in the smaller unit the wi-fi didn't work at all. I've already reviewed unit but forgot to mention that two of the door handles are falling off, one to the point that we couldn't close one of the bedroom doors. I won't be staying there again.

Amazing Location

Amazing Location

Great property! The location was excellent. Did not need a car, easy access to bus, short walk to City Center. The house was clean and well laid out. Construction was going on in the adjacent building, but they crew was super respectful and only worked 8-5. We were gone for most days. Overall awesome experience.
