Summary: 100 year old historic building completely remodeled in the mid 2000s. Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy. 3 min walk to Convention Center and Gainbridge Fieldhouse 8 Min walk to Lucas Oil Countless restaurants and entertainment near by Lighting speed internet (1 GIG) Free Coffee 1 Free Parking Spot in the Heart of DT -$20/$40 savings per day. Includes Free EV Charge The Space: Master bedroom - King bed with in suite bathroom. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Room - 1 Queen bed with in suite bathroom. Enclosed by walls but walls do not touch the ceiling. Loft style Bedroom 4 - Loft via a ladder with a floor queen mattress and a 5 foot clearance. Both bathrooms can only be accessed via two of the bedrooms. Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions. Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days. Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 foot. Please reach out if you have any concerns about the noise. Large group? We have you covered with over 12 listings in the same building. Guest Access: The entire loft is available! The Neighborhood: The Location is in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Walk to all the best restaurants and nightlife Getting Around: You can walk almost anywhere. Pacers bike share and Uber are other options. The main downtown bus station is 2 blocks walking. Other Things to Note: Note: The fourth bedroom is an upstairs loft (to access you have to walk up the stair ladder in the condo). While the condo has a very high ceiling, the 4th bedroom in the upstairs loft is not standing height. Please note this listing is in the middle of downtown and there is a chance for noise during weekends or events on Georgia street. Please note this condo is loft style and the walls do not extend all the way up to the ceiling. Please note the two bathrooms are connected to bedrooms. NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED. This property was incredible for my family. We were within steps for a Colts game, a Pacers game, an Escape Room adventure, and the mall. We had endless food and night life options. And the property worked for us perfectly! Couldn’t ask for more !

We spent a nice time with family to celebrate Christmas and attend a basketball game. The condo is perfect. We were able to park once and walk everywhere we wanted to go.

What a great place, had masses of character, and I only wished I had stayed longer.
It is exactly as you see on the pics and the place was spotless.

We stayed here for my daughters bachelorette party and it was big enough for her bridal party plus a couple friend. It is located right in the heart of everything downtown just walking distance away. Perfect!

Really beautiful rental - high ceilings industrial loft with 4 bedrooms (we used 3 for four colleagues attending a meeting at the convention center). Comfortable beds, high end kitchen (we ate breakfasts and one dinner in) - loved the Keurig coffee maker - even did a load of laundry. Parking pass was a plus. Excellent stay!

A great place to stay and great accomdations. Couldn't find a better location in downtown Indy. Close to everything you could need. Host was great as well. A little mixup on the property description that left us in need of a spot to lay a head but they took care of us and couldn't have asked for better care!

Location, location, location! We were in town for a Colts game then Pacers game and were able to walk to both even with it cold because of how close they were. Kids LOVED the loft area (one step needs tightening though). Large living room area and all bedrooms very good size as well.

Check in process is flawless, simple instructions for parking and access to the building. I appreciated everything being clean high quality towels great appliances. Located in a safe area with access to grocery and restaurants. The owner knows how to make it comfortable for guests. I strongly recommend this home.

Weekend with friends
This property was great for a weekend with friends exploring downtown Indy. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It was extremely clean and very centrally located. We parked our car on Thursday and didn’t use it again until we left Sunday.

My coworkers and I rented this condo while exhibiting at the ICC. Great location with much to do within walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very attentive.

Great location
Austin was great to work with and this is a great property for a small group (6) like we had. The loft is very well done and clean and location couldn't be better. One small thing was there was a distinct smell that existed. Although you quickly get used to it and adjust.......it should probably be looked into what is causing it.

We really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location. We were able to walk everywhere. So many great restaurants, stores and activities just steps away. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. My teenagers loved the shuffle board and the loft area. Would definitely stay here again.
