Although the weather was not great, the condo totally made up for it! We had plenty of room for our party of 8, with a great size balcony for us to spread out. Samantha The kitchen was so well stocked! We had everything we needed to stay in and cook. It would have been great to know the oven was out of order but luckily all our meals only needed the stove. We would definitely return! Thank you!!

Enjoyed the condo. It was as described but Needs some maintenance updates such as fixing the stove (held together only by one side), ants in the master bathroom, no air in the master bathroom, squeaky fan in the master bedroom, door knob not attached, nasty rug in master bedroom and 2 nasty rugs on the deck. The deck was also dirty. My grandson was able to open the door to go outside. Needs a safety lock for kids.

this property is clearly rented out a lot. And is worn out and needs repaires due to that. door handles falling offf , kitchen stove had broken surface area, the refrigerator door would not always close, toliet paper holders not fully installed on bathroom wall, the shower door in one the bathrooms fell on my mother while she was taking a shower. there were bugs that looked like termites inside the unit. Over all the property had large rats around the pool area. The elevators where not in full working order. So as this could be a great place it was not a great place in it's current condition. especially not fort he money

Beautiful and spacious we had 8 in our group and had plenty of room.. the only complaint was when your in the pool you couldn’t have your drink with you, and the so called security would pick and choose who they let do it, not right!

Our family mostly enjoyed the stay. It’s very spacious so we can spend time together. It has private access to the beach, and we like the warm up swimming pool as well. However, we found some cockroaches in every bedroom. Hopefully someone will deal with it soon. Also, the wifi is SUPER weak and slow!

I will definitely be back. The place is beautifully decorated clean and has everything you will need to make you stay as comfortable as your own home. Perfect views.

The location and overall stay was good. We had trouble with access code to get in at first. There were several issues with items damaged or not working especially the balcony door that would t lock and the internet going out. We were told someone would come by but no one showed.

Very nice stay other than the refrigerator having a bad leak. Had to mop several times a day and use our towels for cleanup. Called and reported it but fridge needed a part and maintenance said it would be several days. Other than that everything was great.

Convenient location, however had a problem with the roaches and plumbing.. The plumbing was fixed in a timely manner and the property managers where very good with the communication. The roaches on the other hand was a totally different story. We had to shake out all the bags before packing up to leave. Roaches were in our bags. If it was not for that, the property was spacious and in a great location. Did speak with the property manager and was told that they were going to have the property fumigated and cleaned thoroughly. I would ask if the property has been clean d or fumigated before renting.

Condo, was clean, very nice, one of the toilets was broke,it took 2 days to get it fixed, and ice maker in refrigerator didn’t work., closet door In master didnt close, a few small things , but over all stay was . good.

Great views and comfy beds! Very close beach access as well. Just be aware construction is still going on (April 2022). Pool is closed. Not a problem for us since we stay on the beach. Great stay and would return!

Property was as listed, however the check-in lock box was a little difficult to access. I'd prefer a digital access. The view was beautiful and the unit was cozy. I didn't really like the bands that had to be worn to the pool and the replacement fee if lost, was costly. What kid is going to keep up with it or want to wear an armband consistently? Otherwise, the until was accommodating to our family needs.

We loved the condo and the grounds. But There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, the dryer took forever to dry a load, we had several burnt out light bulbs and outlets in bedroom were not working. The oven was not working properly, the rug in the living room needs to be replaced. It is dirty and old. The light in the fridge was also out. There were no parking passes left for us and I could not get anyone to bring them to us so we made our own. Lots of little things that should have been taken care of for the amount of money we spent

We really liked the space and furnishings. Our only issue was that the WiFi went out and, although they got someone to come out not long after we called, the person that came to fix it said they couldn’t get it fixed and would have to call someone else and we never heard back and therefore never got the WiFi back. Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay there!

We loved our stay at the beach. The beautiful ocean, the white sandy beach, the nice clean pool & the spacious condo. Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation. The huge balcony was our favorite spot with plenty of comfy furniture for our family of eight to rest, relax & eat overlooking the pool & ocean. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. All the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room & furniture inside for all of us.

We loved the condo, perfect for our family. The beds were super comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The proximity to the pool and beach made it easy with our grandchildren. An added plus was the board walk to the beach made pulling the sand wagon and gear so easy... no steps! Hope to return soon. Judy

We loved our stay at the beach. The beautiful ocean, the white sandy beach, the nice clean pool & the spacious condo. Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation.
