Feel like at Home

We liked everything, especially the warm welcome from Ljubica, the valuable hints for Zadar, the items in the refrigerator and kitchen as well as the driving to the harbor. Very quiet apartment with large balcony and a great view. Absolutely recommendable!

Wonderful!

Everything was exceptional and very clean! A home away from home with everything you need and more! Ljupka is a star host with lots of recommendations. She goes far and beyond to be helpful - even welcome drinks in the fridge and grab and go breakfast!! I would highly recommend Ljupka and her apartment!

Totally awesome

Totally thrilled with this apartment. Wonderful host with excellent communication skills. So many extra details like wine, butter, oils juice, chocolate the list is endless. Totally set up with everything you could ever need. Immaculate and brand new. Location is easy walk to old town and supermarket. Was great to have the opportunity to do some cooking on an eight week trip around Europe sometimes it's nicer to break up the eating out. Parking secure and right in front.

Perfect, clean, wonderfull host, we loved it!

The apartment was very clean and looked even better in person than it did in pictures! The hostess provided us with some breakfast and snacks and drinks which was very appreciated. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a nice touch to the apartment where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink in the evening, we loved it! It was also quite close to the old town with only a 15 minute walk by the water which was lovely. Do not worry if you forgot to bring anything because you will find it in this apartment, she has all amenities you could possibly think of! We loved our stay here and will definitely come back if we ever visit Zadar again :)

Ljubica and her husband are amazing hosts who looked after us from the moment we arrived to Zadar. Transfer from and to the airport was very convenient and much appreciated. Apartment is located only 15 mins drive from the airport. Speaking about apartment....it exceeded our expectations. Great location and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Small things like "welcome" candies, Juice or bottle of water make a big difference. Great approach. Thanks for everything.

If your planning to visit Zadar we would recommend staying at Ljupka apartment

We had a wonderful time staying at the Ljupka apartments. From the very beginning Ljubica was such a great host she gave us lots of useful information and she has thought of everything! The apartment was equipped with anything you would need while travelling and she made the experience very welcoming with drinks in the fridge and snacks! Great kitchen, bathroom even with washing machine which came in really handy, comfortable bed and great location. Simply perfect! The old town is within walking distance and beaches are within walking distance and lots of bars/restaurants etc all in all a great apartment,location and host we highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Zadar Apartment

Great location with secure parking 10 minutes walk from the old town, modern and clean apartment with homely touches. Aircon in both bedroom &open plan living room kitchen made it a comfortable visit. Large Spar supermarket 5 minutes walk from apartment. Good communication ahead of visit from Ljubica, many thanks for the tips and suggestions in the area.

just everything, it’s location, cleanliness, everything just perfect. we arrived in the early hours of the morning passed midnight and the host pick us up and took us to the appartement gave us everything we needed for our stay. A really lovely woman and I will highly recommend this appartement as first choice to anyone travelling to Zadar.

The location of the apartment is excellent, it's at 5 minutes walk from the city center, Kolovare beach, main bus station and supermarket. The host was incredibly nice to us. The apartment is very clean, spacious, it has all the facilities that you need and it's great for a family. We'll definitely come back.

A beautiful, modern apartment

A beautiful, modern apartment close enough to the old town to be near the hub of activity but far enough away to have a good sleep or peace to relax on the balcony. It was perfect. The shower was excellent and the apartment had all of the mod cons. The host was very friendly and helpful. A lovely welcome too. Highly recommended.

Superb

The accomodation was really modern and clean, everything was nearby and the host was very nice and helpful.

The balcony was too hot (despite the sun-blinds) and noisy (due to the kindergarden and some construction work) for us to rest on it during the day.

Unit, host and location were perfect

I had a wonderful experience staying at Apartment Ljupka. The unit was spectacular but having Ljubica as my host was even better. She was exceptionally personable and helpful. The unit was very modern and equipped with everything I would had hoped. The balcony was so nice that it made the living room barely necessary. The location was perfect too. It was very close to the old town but just far enough away such that you could drive to the building and have a private parking place in front of the entrance. Having a great supermarket and farmer's market a couple of blocks away was a real bonus. I would stay at Apartment Ljupka again in an instant.

One word: Great!

Very friendly host. Told us How to get around. The appartment is spacious, feels like home and had a lot of Nice facilities. The beds and shower were great. Very close to the center, but quiet neighbourhood and also safe. Would definetly come here again.

Didnt like that The shower is better than The one I have at home… makes me jealous

A beautiful work/vacation spot in a quaint romantic vibrant town on the coast.

Everythig was arranged perfectly, the apartment was comfortable, there were absolutely no snags. The location itself is beyond convenient with a shopping centre, bars, restaurants and other amenities very but not too close. My host Ljubica was one of those people this world a better place.

Pure perfection

My stay at Apartment Ljupka exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent (a short walk takes you to the old town in less than 10 minutes, the shopping centre is less than 2 minutes away and Kolovare beach is just around the corner). Private parking is available, which is a big plus in high season. You also don't need a car to get to the many cafes, restaurants etc that are nearby. For me, the location was ideal as it is close to the student campus and the university. The building is completely new, so is the apartment, which is tastefully decorated. Everything is new and works great (including the WiFi). In addition, the apartment was spotlessly clean, the owner really made sure everything was there if you needed it. But what made this place a real gem is the host, Ljubica, who is an extremely friendly, generous and fun person, a real pleasure to talk to and always happy to help. So communication was not only quick, but really fantastic. This is an excellent place and if this place is available for the dates you are in Zadar, book it! You will not regret your decision. I am considering going back to Zadar just to stay in this apartment :)
