Other Things to Note: *The 3% credit card processing fee for VRBO booking payments can not be refunded in case of cancellations. * No additional taxes or resort fees * Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price. * The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

I’m pretty sure I’m not going to stay anywhere else when I come to Las Vegas. The room was great! The location was perfect for getting around. Use the monorail! It’s the easiest way to get around and so easy to get to from Thespis room location.

The suite was perfect. It was properly stocked with linens and bathroom items (shampoo/conditioner/conditioner). The room was clean. The mattress was VERY comfortable. The front staff made check-in easy. Valet was easy everyday for drop off and pick-up. The location made it easy to get around Las Vegas for work. There was plenty of storage to unpack my room for my week stay for work. The view from the balcony was amazing! Zero complaints. Will definitely stay here again.

Would highly recommend. My wife and I stayed here for four nights in October. Descriptions in the listing are very accurate - super easy (like a hotel) check in, great valet (had a rental car) and the room was super quiet - 33rd floor helped. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy. Will there there again when/if back in LV.

Everything was amazing from check in, to communication with Matt and management. The condo is a few minutes walk into the Mgm Grand, their restaurant Delights has a great selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner items as well as desserts and snacks. Uber pickup which we used often was conveniently infront of the building. You have access to the MGM pool and the condo pool as well. The condo bed was so comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We got much needed rest. The mini fridge was perfect for our water and drinks. We didn’t cook but having the two burner stove and microwave is convenient if you plan to cook along with cookware. Theres a coffee machine we did use each morning. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a great bonus and we used it after a long day the strip. We will definitely stay again. We’ve started on the strip at resorts before but this was our favorite stay. There is a hold on your card at check in but it’s released after checking out. Expected and not a big deal if you are prepared. Still better then resort fees. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This is a nice place with some benefits. The view is amazing, the bed is comfy and there are a good variety of pillows. The bathroom is huge and the kitchen has the necessary items. There is a large jacuzzi tub but the cold water handle wasn’t functional, the faucet in the bathroom leaked, there were no USB outlets. You can’t call Housekeeping for anything and there are extra charges for requesting service from the management company. The furniture was a little beat up. I was surprised the pools had such limited hours but we were thankful we had access to the private Signature pool since the MGM pool was an absolute MADHOUSE! The restaurant in Tower 2 (Delights) has a great breakfast sandwich and there is a place to purchase snacks and drinks in the walkway between Tower 2 and Tower 1 which was handy. This is NOT right on the strip. We did a lot of walking and took a lot of Ubers. But the Ubers were never more than a couple of minutes away. Over all, a pretty nice place with a few quirks.

From the breeze of my late night check in to the comforts of a fully prepped kitchenette, i was at ease and comfortable my entire stay!! The bed was very comfortable and the small fridge was perfect for a few beverages and necessities!! I look forward for the next time!

Stayed during CES... was really nice to have a quiet place to escape to without smoke or casinos. Also while colleagues waited an hour in line to check in, this was a breeze. Met all my needs though i didn't spend too much time in the room. Would stay again!

Property had a great view, I would return. MGM conference center was easy an walk maybe closer than staying in the actual MGM rooms. The strip was only a couple blocks away.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Besides the breathtaking view of the Las Vegas Strip, we also enjoyed the location and courtesy of the staff. The condo is located within a walking distance of all the attractions. The condo has convenient small kitchen with the fridge and stovetop. The host was communicating everything with us and instructions were easy to follow. Highly recommended place!

The room was nice, clean and spacious. Great view of the strip. Plenty of towels and other supplies for our 4 night stay. You get access to the big MGM Grand pool with lazy river, and also the smaller pools at this property. Easy access for Uber/ Lyft from the property, and less than 10 minute air conditioned walkway to MGM Grand and monorail.

We've never stayed at MGM Signature, but we will definitely be back. The unit is as described and while it's in the MGM Signature, our unit is owned and managed separately from MGM. The room was ready at 4 pm as promised, but even though we were early, we were able to access the pool at Signature while our room was being serviced. Once we checked in, we were extremely pleased with the unit...I don't know that I need to stay anywhere else in Vegas. The room was perfect for the two of us. Spacious and the double vanity and huge jetted tub were great for getting ready and relaxing! Our balcony had a strip view and we enjoyed some late night noodles and drinks while taking in the sights from the 33rd floor! Access to the MGM Grand Pool is definitely a bonus and we had a great spot at the lazy river. The covered walkway was great in the heat, but if you head out the entrance, and take Harmon Ave, you can get to the Planet Hollywood shops. Close enough to all the action and far away enough that you can escape and simply relax! We'll be back for certain!

Property has a great view. Is was clean and had all we needed. Close to the strip to make walking easy. The property does allow for pedestrian to enter via a gate with your room key! As the drive way in can get busy. No issues at all and never had to contact the host. He did a great job communicating via email.

Very clean room and stay at the MGM signature. The room is on the 33rd floor, with a great view of the strip. My wife and I had a great time, would definitely recommend staying here again in the future.

Great location for those of us who want to be near the strip but not in the middle of it! Amenities of MGM were great, room was spacious and very nice! We enjoyed the balcony every night before we went out! Will definitely stay again !
