Nestled in Wimberley, this attractive house for R 1,907 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The Wimberley Log Cabins Resort and Suites is a beautiful tree-lined property great for wedding parties, corporate retreats, or family reunions. It is made up of four separate structures. Building One is the Texas Cabin Suites with an enclosed privacy hall containing four motel style rooms. Each of these rooms has a king size bed and kitchenettes. Building Two -- The Lone Star Cabin Suites-- feature four additional motel style rooms. with queen size beds in each. Two sizable houses also dot the property; the Oak Lodge and the Reunion Cabin. The Wimberley Log Cabins Resort and Suites is conveniently located right off the main road running through Wimberley minutes from our historic square. It is surrounded by trees, shared outdoor space, and natural landscaping. The newly installed shared pool also adds to the communal nature of the property. The Oak Lodge is a great space for accommodating your large group. It offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps up to 12 people. The massive living room has plenty of seating around a gorgeous decorative fireplace. The roomy kitchen has stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space for communal cooking, and is open to the living and dining room. One bedroom has a cushy four poster king size bed, three big windows to let in all the natural light and gorgeous saltillo tile. The ensuite bathroom has sauna style wood panelling and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two wonderful queen beds, views of the outside, and cool to the touch saltillo tile. This bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom which is shared with the rest of the house. This bathroom has sauna style wood paneling and extra tall tile shower. The third bedroom is in the front of the house and has two trundle beds with views of the grounds. *NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras on the grounds. They do not look into interior spaces* **The health and safety of our guests is paramount. Cleanliness is always our top priority. We offer a 24-hour guest service contact number for emergencies and messages will be answered promptly. Arrive after four o’clock when it is convenient for you with an easy and contactless check-in and out process for our guests. A maximum of 2 dogs weighing 25 pounds or less are allowed at pet friendly properties. Please confirm the property you are interested in is designated as pet friendly prior to booking if you plan to bring your dog(s). Please note that a $25 per pet per night fee will be added to your reservation if you choose to bring your furry friend. Very comfy place to spend a relaxed weekend. We enjoyed the short drive to everything we wanted in Wimberley! The property is beautiful and would be great for a family reunion. Would love to go back when it’s warmer to take advantage of the pool. Good indoor space. Full size bed mattresses in one bedroom were not comfy, but other beds were good. Would definitely rent again.

Cute cabin, comfy beds, nice pool. The oven/stove was a fire hazard, though. It threw big sparks when we tried to turn it on. Property manager was very responsive but later a maintenance worker let it slip that the oven had been out for 2 weeks. Lots of people probably wouldn't mind having to eat out, but I'm battling a major illness and my friends and I hauled a ton of groceries out there to cook.. I politely asked for a partial refund but was ignored. Also, they should go their linens; many towels had huge holes in them.

Enjoyed our stay bur floors seemed like they had not been mopped in a long time, took shoes off and within a few minutes of being barefoot the bottom of our feet were black. Also we loved being able to cook meals but there were no pot holders which made getting pans out of the oven dicey. However the overall stay was nice.

Very clean and spacious. The common area with the fire pit was good. The only issue was that is was too close to the road.

The house was big enough for 5 adults and 3 children, 1 under 2. When we arrived the television was on and there were sheets left in the dryer that were still damp. We actually finished drying them and folded. Looked like someone left in a hurry. There are not too many cooking utensils, bring your favorite pots. Swimming pool was nice and clean. There were only six units there which made it nice very low traffic. Forget the Wi-Fi we must have been in a dead zone as we never got it to work consistently even after I called the mgr. Very quite, no rowdy parties so just what we were looking for a peaceful family get away.

We had everything we needed with this property. The lack of a dishwasher was noted in a previous review, so that wasn't a surprise. We made good use of the TV/Internet to watch college football, and both worked flawlessly.

This property has great potential. Over-all the cabin is nice and roomy, the furniture is new and comfy. The location is in town. It feels secluded but it's near a busy road and a bit noisy. The pool was clean and inviting. The master suite is very roomy and the garden tub was a bonus. The guest beds were comfy. However, there is only one shower looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. It was gross! I've rented from this company before and they have always been great so I found this shocking, particularly during these COVID times. There is no way that shower has been cleaned regularly. There is NO DISHWASHER, even tho it's listed on amenities. With 6 people, that was a big deal to us and a huge disappointment. The water in the kitchen wasn't hot enough to clean the dishes so we had to heat it in order to wash dishes and the water pressure was poor. Not my idea of a vaca. There were no knives of any kind (steak, chopping, paring); wifi was unreliable. Bring your own staples: salt, pepper, sugar
