Great location. Easy drive to the Baylor campus and easy walk to silos and Dr Pepper museum as well as variety of food places. Used only 3 of the four bedrooms (5 people) and house was more than adequate for all of us. New bathrooms, new kitchen, and remainder of house kept much of its historical charm. Charming front patio and we sat out there many mornings. Spacious backyard but we really didn’t utilize it during our stay.

This house has been lovingly restored. There are lots of cute touches. The kitchen is well-stocked for any cooking adventure. The bath towels are thick and soft.
There are 4 bedrooms with queen beds. We enjoyed the mattress and extra blankets!
We were in town for Baylor games and it was a very quick 10 minutes (with traffic) drive to the Ferrell Center. Magnolia is about a two-minute drive - finding parking will take longer than actually driving there!
Door Dash delivered dinner for us and there are some great HEB stores not too far away if you want to buy groceries.
We were able to do laundry during our trip, too. That is such a huge help while on the road! Cable on the TV and high-speed WIFI as well.
The host was responsive and very friendly.
This was a great find. We really enjoyed our stay!

All the bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms provide lots of space for several people to stay. The home is very clean and well stocked. It has lots of character. The hosts were very easy to contact and quickly responded to questions. Location wise, it's close to Silos, Baylor, and many other attractions. The street is more of a work in progress with some homes having been remodeled, others not, and others somewhat. If you are looking for a completely remodeled "fixer upper" type home, this is probably not the rental for you. However, that doesn't mean it cannot provide a good stay for you and your family and/or friends. Just depends on what you are looking for in a vacation rental.

Perfect location, inside of house is amazing! Great bedrooms with large bathrooms ! Everything you need in the kitchen. Just perfect. Only thing I would comment on as it does look like work in progress in the back yard. But would come back again for sure. Thanks for the great spot to share with gf’s !!
