There is a strict maximum 4 vehicle rule as Guests cars must either go into the garage or park on the driveway. This home can fit 2 mid-size cars into the garage and 2 cars onto the driveway. The house was just as pictured! We had a group of 18 and it couldn’t have been better with all of the bedrooms. Everyone had their own space and it was perfect. We all loved the pool and spa, even though the weather wasn’t all that warm. Having two refrigerators was a great plus! The property manager was quick to respond when we forgot the door code! The location was good too! Thank you for the perfect home for our family to gather!

The house was amazing for our large party- 20
In total. Aging from 12 all the way to 75. We had 4 different families staying together and the amount of space and bathrooms made it seamless. It was clean and cool.
The kitchen was nicely stocked with cups, glassware, plates, silverware, knives, cooking utensils and pots and pans. The keiureg coffee maker with single serve and an option for a full pot was super convenient for all the coffee lovers. There was plenty of towels for all. And the beds were very comfortable. The dual dishwashers and washer and dryers was perfect for such a large group. The pool and deck was also a big hit, especially in this Florida heat.
Only issues, which were very minor.
The ice makers didn’t work in the freezers, but that was an easy fix - just picked up a big bag of ice. The drawer in the one fridge was cracked and didn’t open properly, but again an easy fix - there were 2 refrigerators so we just utilized the other space.
Our overall experience was definitely an overwhelming 10 out of 10. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group to stay.

We recently stayed at this property at the beginning of June, and came across a bug problem. On the first day before we could even get situated, we noticed baby roaches all over the kitchen counters, floors, inside the cabinets, under the cabinets, crawling the walls, coming out of very small cracks you would barely notice. They were even a couple of big ones in the rooms downstairs as well crawling on the curtains. That’s unacceptable. I did call the property manager and she sent out pest control immediately & the guy sprayed of course. Pest control said it’s not going to stop the problem but it should help. It did at first but towards the end of the stay.. it was like he never sprayed anything. We were scared to even use the pots and pans because of the brown residue the roaches left behind in the kitchen. Please fix this issue because us families should not have to go through that. Other than that, the property is great & spacious.

Loved the supply in the kitchen with good pots and pans with utensils. Convenient to have two washer and dryers. Overall great experience and would book again.

This house was huge and had a great layout! It was a 10-15 min drive to most parks and had all kinds of shopping and eating locations nearby. The pool and outside area were just as described. The house is well worth the going rate of this property and just as the photos showed. The only downfall was hot water for showers took a while to come on. We loved they had trash picked up every day right off the porch. Will definitely recommend this to others and stay again when we come back.

Perfect location for large family or friend get together. The large back patio and pool/hot tub were amazing! We spent most of our time there. The location is ideal with lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. The property manager was very accommodating and answered all questions promptly. The house has double dish washers, washers and dryers, and refrigerators! I loved that. The only drawback was the rugs in the bedrooms really need a cleaning. They are light colored and stained. But other than that it was a perfect vacation.

It was a perfect place for our crew. The only thing I would change is the parking. We had multiple families and the parking was not enough! For a house this size, you should have ample parking.

Our stay at this property was nearly perfect! All my dealings with Alex were quick and accurate. The property fit all our needs and was very clean and like new. The only minor complaint that we had was that it took a long time for hot water to make it to the source. Otherwise everything was awesome.

We love the property!!! It was so beautiful!!! It was as enough space for my family of 20. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. We will rent it every year for our family vacation. We give it 5 stars!!!!
