Ask us to call you before we leave the room to come and check if everything us still there, .

The towels I got had stains and they were very very old , luckily I had my own I didn't like the small pillows/ cushions the Grey one's they were also very very old they were also showing in the dark. The cups & sauces were not clean at all They were white with stains and dirt aswell. The way the lady asked to say is the remote still there 😑 as if I can steal it. She should find a proper or professional manner

Generally it was ok, the staff was great but i had issues with some funny smell coming from the bath

there was no food at the hotel

Air Conditioning Cleanliness Nice room

Drive through Parking Space. No Guarantee for the vehicle safety (notice written parking at your owners risk). Driving in and out is quite a mission with a bukkie.

Place is beautiful, clean. They need to invest in final touches for the bed, buy new curtains, cutle

No breakfast served, location is good, next to the beachfront.

Bed accessories, cushions handmade, towels couldn't even wipe my feet with them. Should have been thrown into the bin ages ago they have lost flufflyness and changed color from white to off white. Pillows made my neck sore.

Overall our stay was good and the area is nice and quiet

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location worked for us as well. We loved that it wasn't too busy within the hotel itself. It was nice a quiet whether it was day or night

A man came to our door at 1:45 am trying to get in. Eventually my partner asked him what he wants and he said he's looking for another room and gave us the room number. But didn't walk towards that room after. Getting TV channels was so complicated, it took us a while to figure it out

The parking garage could have been built better and balcony extended to actually sit on and watch the view

Just about everything was perfect

It hard to get in to the parking if you driving a big car. Stuff could be a bit more friendly. Have plates in the rooms.

The staff would not open the gate on time. I had to get off my car and remind them to open the gate. That's not good service. On arrival I gave the receptionist my confirmation number she did not know what to do. We had to start the whole booking process again manually. This is totally unprofessional. Did not like the notice of the bedsheet. It states if you stain the bedsheet you have to pay for it. There is no hotel that states that. When couples have intimacy it is bound to get stained❓

It is in a great location close to nice food spots, lovely rooms with wifi and a great aircon, affordable.

It was advertised as a room with a view, but the view was the road... The room wasn't ready at check-in and I had a tight schedule, and the showers were cold in the mornings.

The lady at reception is incredibly rude and short. Parking is not suitable for a large car. Rooms are small.

Disappointed

The gentleman at reception was very helpful. The location was also very convenient for my stay.

The parking is terrible. You really struggle to move in and out of the premises. You get woken up by the noise from the staff early in the morning and there was even some loud music. Can't even begin to comment about noises from neighboring room. Linen definitely needs an upgrade. Seems old and tired.

I enjoy my stay there I even wish to go back again.

The hotel was good and staff members were so welcoming and kind to us . I really enjoyed the day in such a way that I even extended my days.

Unfortunately everything met my expectations so I can't complain. The hotel is good.

The hotel is situated in a very comfy and quiet area. The rooms are spacious and have all amenities.

Our room smelt like smoke from a cigarette. Instead of getting one double bed we got two single beds joined together. The edge/lining of duvet cover was torn. The sheets were slightly stained.
