Located in Amelia Island, this charming condo for R 10,928 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Amelia Island was awarded 3rd best Island in USA by Conde' Nast Traveler Reader Choice 2022. We wrapped up our renovations in late February 2023 and our condo is ready to share with you all. As we created the plan for our renovations with our designer, we wanted the condo to feel peaceful and serene from the moment you walked in the door. Our very private corner unit has the most incredible ocean views, with an oversized balcony that feels like you just might be in heaven. The layout of the kitchen was thoughtfully planned to take advantage of the beautiful views while you cooked or made your coffee in the morning. Our renovations included a new kitchen, all new bathrooms, all new flooring, all new paint, all new furniture, all new decorations…. so ALL NEW EVERYTHING! You will NOT feel like you are in a rental condo, I can assure you. We follow ALL CDC guidelines, as well as Nassau County's protocol for cleanings. We truly have the best cleaners in town.... you won't be disappointed with our cleanliness. We are incredibly fortunate to have her. In 3 years, since we hired her, we have NEVER gotten a single complaint about cleanliness. Please note that during the week of July 4th and during the Concours car show (Normally the first weekend in March), we are limited to only one parking pass per unit. Thank for your interest in vacationing in our 3 bedroom/3bath ‘oceanfront condo’ located in the Ocean Place Resort located next to the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida. This unit is located on the 4th floor of building #3 in Ocean Place Resort. This condo is one of Amelia Island's & Summer Beach's OCEANFRONT luxury condos available for rent. It is in the GATED OCEAN PLACE RESORT CONDOS. Our spacious (1800 sq. feet) 4th floor condo is decorated and flows just like a home ~ to ensure that you feel comfortable during your vacation, and at the same time get that ‘I’m in a luxurious resort’ feeling! The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with double vanities and it’s own access to the balcony. One of the secondary bedrooms offers a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Our condo sits in the north corner of Ocean Place Building 3, so it is filled with amazing ocean views: from the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the breakfast area, as well as the master bedroom. Our over-sized balcony overlooks Amelia Islands gorgeous beach and ocean views in both the south and north directions. We offer T.V.'s in each bedroom and the living room. Our condo includes comfortable towels and our sheets are high quality, so you will rest easy! The kitchen is fully stocked with any of your cooking needs and is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, a normal drip coffee pot, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We can add a Porta-Crib and high-chair ~ upon request. We try our best to keep beach chairs & umbrellas, small beach toys and other ‘beachy/pooly’ fun items in our condo’s storage closet for you to enjoy! As our guest you can take advantage of the restaurants, shopping or spa at the Ritz and even golf at the Golf Club of Amelia Island. I’m happy to be directly available for any and all needs you have during your stay. My goal is to provide quick-action and attention to you ~ so our cleaners, ‘handy’ mans, and other contractors are readily available, as they live nearby in case you need them. We hope that you will feel valued and appreciated throughout your stay, and to ensure that you get the best experience, you will connect directly with me ~ you have my cell phone number to call for anything-even recommendations or directions throughout your vacation. This is perfect for a family occasion or special vacation. Truly a premier condo with amazing ocean views and close to many local activities including the Historic Downtown area of Fernandina Beach. This recently renovated beautiful 4th floor condo unit is in an ideal location. Amazing view of the ocean with a spacious outdoor balcony. Easy access to the spacious beach over a well maintained boardwalk. The three bedrooms/bathrooms were spaced so everyone had privacy. My 2 1/2 y/o grandson could play safely. Very clean, and I’m pretty much a clean freak. Michelle was friendly and readily available for any questions we had. I would highly recommend.

Wonderfully refurbished ocean front condo. Nicely equipped with everything our family needed. Unfortunately, our experience was interrupted twice - first by a false alarm in the middle of the night, then by a water main break that left us without water for our last day and night. Things happen but the property management company should make sure the exterior of the building and its infrastructure is as well maintained as the beautiful condo we rented.

My son and young family had a Wedding to attend at the Ritz. We decided to rent this beautiful condo directly next door for week prior to the wedding. The condo was spectacular with ocean views to die for. We watched the sunrise each morning with coffee from the patio deck. Access to the beach and pool was a really short distance and the condo provided all the amenities we needed for the beach. Convenience of a walking path directly to the Ritz made it great for our anniversary dinner at "Salt", a world renown 5-star restaurant. The family is already talking about a return trip to 86 Ocean Place. Thank you, Michelle, for making our stay a memorable one.

Our family enjoyed a week in Amelia Island, staying at this beautiful Ocean Place condo. This was our first time in Amelia Island and we were very pleased with our experience. The condo was beautifully decorated, had comfortable beds, great layout, well stocked kitchen. The ocean view was amazing. The patio is very large and great for watching the sunrise. You can also look out at the ocean view while in the kitchen or master bedroom. We had an issue with the dryer during our stay and within a day of reporting it, Michelle (property manager) had someone there to install a new washer and dryer. Can’t say enough about how responsive Michelle is! The location of this complex is ideal. Being first-timers, we were very happy we had selected Ocean Place instead of some properties at the Omni we had considered. Ocean Place is much more convenient/centralized to the various activities we did during our stay. Our group included 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 8 & 6). The kids loved the pool, which they typically had all to themselves during our stay. Beach access was also great and the beach was fairly empty most days. Overall, a great property. We’ll maintained. Would highly recommend.

We've stayed in many condos over the years at various resorts in Amelia. However, this is by far our new favorite! I can't say enough about this gorgeous oceanfront condo, which has recently undergone a complete renovation. The condo is spacious and uncluttered. The furnishings are high-end and tasteful. And the balcony is huge (and also very nicely furnished). The attention to detail is amazing. The owner really has supplied everything you may need. Beds were super comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. Communication with Michelle was quick and efficient. She was very responsive to any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again! We hated to leave:) Thanks for a lovely stay!!

We had a great time on our family vacation to Amelia Island. This place is awesome. The beds were so comfortable! We loved the easy access to pool and beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with all necessities.
Everything was nice and clean. We will definitely rent this place again if we plan another vacation to Amelia Island. We love the fact that the traffic was not so busy like other beaches we have vacationed at.

This beautiful End Condo is very spacious with an entrance, full kitchen, large master suite, plus two bedrooms/2 baths. The unit was spotlessly clean with starting amenities provided, including K-cups! The large, curved balcony with sitting chairs and with tall table and chairs faces directly on the beach and an incredible view. The view is maximized inside and from the master suite. The white sand beach is closely accessible via a short walk and somewhat steep stairway over the dune. Kitchen dishes were all spotlessly clean and we loved the kitchen’s window seat overlooking the pool and beach! The dining table seated 6. We greatly enjoyed our respite at Ocean Place and hope to return!

Wow, this property was amazing!! The unit was beautifully decorated, furnished, and well stocked with everything that you would need for your stay. Location was great and close to grocery stores, shopping, and right next door to the Ritz Carlton, which was a great option for lunches and dinner. Michelle was very accommodating and punctual with her responses. She promptly answered any questions/ concerns that we had, and even provided us with restaurant and food recommendations. We met several wonderful neighbors that stopped each day to chat and interact with our 3 children. We are already looking at the calendar to book another visit.

The renovations were spectacular! Everything in this unit is new. 3 well-appointed bedrooms and the master is large and cozy—a corner-unit condo with a good-sized balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. Perfect location only a couple of minutes from the grocery store, next door to the Ritz, and 15 minutes from downtown. I would definitely recommend this listing to others.

My colleague was very pleased with the condo and I can't say enough good things about working with Michelle. My husband and I stayed here for our 5th anniversary. The condo was very clean and the process was very easy. It was right beside the Ritz, so you could walk over on the sidewalk for a spa visit or restaurants. We love to walk/bike and there are trails all around. The condo was perfect for our family! With 3 beds/3 baths everyone had their own space. We were very happy with all the kitchen extras AND the contents of the beach closet (it had everything!). Being able to view the lighted kites at night from the large balcony was a bonus! Great location as well. Would highly recommend!
