Bring your boat, or kayaks for a fun filled adventure right on the water.  The heated pool is located in a large lanai with a large poolside patio and outside dining area. So wherever it is that you wish to spend your time, almost every room has a view. The living room and family room have comfortable sofa couch and all the rooms have smart TV'S for your entertainment. The home is equipped with WiFi so bring all the electronic devices and stay in touch with family and friends from the comfort of your home! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make the perfect meal. From appliances, cookware, to tableware, there is everything you need to entertain friends and family while you watch the boats pass through the waterway. The master bedroom is equipped with a King Size Bed and Smart TV as well as a private bathroom which features a beautiful roman tub and walk in shower for the most private and luxurious experience. You also have your own private access through the wall to floor sliding doors that lead to the pool and canal waterway. Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen sized beds and smart TVs as well. Guest bedroom 3 has a private exit to the outside of the home. Guest bedroom 4 features 2- twin size bunk beds that sleep 4, as well as a private bathroom and dresser for additional storage.  Swim all year round in the gorgeous heated in-ground pool overlooking the canal area. 2 car attached garage has enough storage for you to bring all your toys for your joy rides around the neighborhood. Great location, within minutes to the all the shopping and dining. Around the corner from European Village with a bunch of shops, bars, and restaurants as well as nightly entertainment events and Sunday organic produce market. Beach is only 5 min away by car. Palm Harbor Golf course is a public course which you can play an amazing game of Golf all year around. Walking, biking and hiking trails are all within easy bike or walk. Come to enjoy your vacation in this beautiful home! Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $287 + tax per week.  Please let us know in advance if you intend to pay for pool to be heated so that we can ensure the pool is nice and warm for your visit.  Bring your furry friends, pets are welcome for $100 / pet + tax. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay! The Neighborhood: Beautiful family neighborhood close to shopping, dining and amazing beaches and miles of walking and biking trails. Getting Around: Car is definitely recommended. Lots of biking trails in the area. Other Things to Note: After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
