So beautiful, couldn't be any better. Condo is clean, comfortable beds, walking out on the patio every morning, seeing dolphins was incredible. We will definitely be back.

The space was great for a family of 4. The unit and property were clean. Pool area was perfect and heated pool was tons of fun for all. Proximity to a few restaurants/cafes within walking distance.

What an amazing stay and location! Jeffrey was amazing and all with the unit was as promised! More than we were expecting and all that we needed! The view was spectacular and the unit was comfortable for all ages! Looking forward to our next trip back! Great location, walking distance to all entertainment and close proximity to a Publix(my favorite😉)! Certainly put us in a sunshine state of mind!

Our family of four booked our stay with Jeffrey almost a year in advance. We found his listing, saw the reviews and made up our mind that this is where we would spend Christmas break. It was an incredible stay. Seeing dolphins from our balcony was a highlight. The proximity to restaurants and activities in John’s Pass was a short walk away. The beach was clean.
The basics also exceeded our expectations: clean bathrooms, clean kitchen with appliances that work as they should, comfortable supportive beds, and a cooling system that did what it was supposed to. The decor was modern and bright.
We would book this place again and recommend to anyone.

View-gorgeous. Near shops and restaurants. The updates really made this a NICE experience for an older building The professional decorating made this stand out from some other places we have stayed at. More VRBO owners should use a professional. The host was great.

My husband and I had a wonderful week here with a great beach and amazing sunsets! Jeffery was great and checked in with us a couple of times and got back to us quickly! The condo is very clean and nicely updated. The kitchen has everything you need and all the furniture is nice and comfortable! There are beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler in the unit that you can take to the beach. Beach towels are also provided! The washer, dryer and trash shoot are just across the hall so that was really nice. The washer and dryer take a credit card. You can walk a short distance to Caddy's on the beach or to John’s Pass. When you arrive you can get a luggage cart or shopping cart that is located in the parking area as you go the pool.
We really loved this place and look forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed the amenities here. The pool and jacuzzi were really well taken care of and very enjoyable. The beach was always clean and there was plenty of room for the family. The condo was gorgeous, and included many extras, which helped to reduce the amount of stuff we had to bring. Gorgeous views from the balcony and within walking distance (about 10 minutes) from John’s Pass. Uber can be taken to Clearwater or St. Petersburg. This is an excellent place to stay and we would rent this exact unit again.

The condo is very nice and in a great location. We had a couple of problems early in the week, but Jeff was very responsive and got them handled in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again. Love the view!

This unit is newly updated and very nice. It has a well equipped kitchen and linens were provided. It even had some beach chairs. But the best part is the spectacular views of the beach! We also liked that John’s Pass was nearby. Also, the TV’s seemed brand new and you could sign in to your own Netflix. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo!

Perfect place for a family of 4, king sized bed and 2 twins for the kids. Clean and newly renovated. Great view of the beach and sunset. Most everything to cook meals! Easy walk to John’s Pass, The Candy Kitchen or Caddy’s for dinner. Would stay here again.

Nice condo on the beach. Spacious, clean, everything provided. Loved watching the ocean and dolphins from our terrace. Good communication with owner.
Washer/dryer on same level (works with creditcard).
Location is good: close to John's Boardwalk but far enough to avoid crowds on the beach.
Could improve stay:
* Only 2 chairs on the terrace, 4 would be more appropriate.
* lift didn't work couple of times
* not as new/renovated as expected
Overall, we had a wonderful time here!

The condo was beautiful. It was very clean and well decorated. The beds where very comfortable and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The owner Jeff was constantly in touch with us making sure we where enjoying ourselves and that everything was fine and if we needed anything. He is very committed to making sure his guests are happy. The only negative which is no fault of the owner was the elevator had a breakdown the night before we left so we had to use the stairs . Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

This condo was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens, very clean and stocked with the essentials for a beach trip. Jeffrey is timely in his responses to questions and easy to communicate with. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach and gulf sunsets. Location is central to local attractions and John's Pass. We would definitely return to this property. Thanks for a great week.

My family had an absolutely wonderful vacation on Madeira Beach! The view of the sand and water is just amazing. The condo was perfect and had all the necessities we needed plus some. Jeff was always quick to respond to any question I had and checked in on us throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. The view is amazing. Rooms were clean. The beach was never crowded during our July visit. The pool was also great and cleaned daily. We woule be happy to stay here again!

The condo was very clean and very close to shopping and restaurants/bars. We enjoyed the quietness of the beach as it was not overly crowded. Jeffrey was responsive and replied to all of our questions in a timely manner. We came from visiting parks in Orlando, so it was nice that we were able to rent for just a few days to wind down and relax. The only complaint is that the elevator was very slow, but all in all the condo met all of our expectations.

We have no complaints about our time at this rental. The digital check in is very convenient and the host stayed in contact with us multiple times during the trip. The condo was very clean and well stocked (the closet has beach chairs and an umbrella), and it's a great location. We were able to walk to John's Pass each day, and we enjoyed the beach and condo pool. We would stay here again if returning to the area.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It had great access to the beach, wonderful beach views from the balcony and was a very clean and well equipped property. The bedrooms were nicely decorated including comfortable beds but the bathrooms have not been updated. I do think having a couple additional chairs (only had 2) for the balcony would be a great addition to this place. Overall we enjoyed the property and our time at the beach.

This unit was everything we were looking for. Jeff was so easy to work with, the condo was clean, and the place was stocked with everything you need for the beach. We brought our littles with us and it was perfect. We would definitely book again.

What a great way to end our stay in Florida! Went for the views and access to the water and we weren’t disappointed. The accommodations were as described and the owner was great at communicating. What a great space for our family. Hope to be back again!

Jeffrey communicated with me before and during the rental period. The unit was as described. In February, the pool is difficult to sit by unless you're down before 8:30am. The elevator is old. Overall, I would recommend this host and property.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and super easy access to the beach. The beds were amazingly comfortable. I do recommend bringing some quarters if you plan to do any laundry during your stay.

Great location close to John's Pass and all the shops and great restaurants. The Crafty Crab seafood boils are awesome! The view is absolutely beautiful, right on the beach beautiful sunsets, dolphins, birds just fantastic! I would definitely recommend this rental, the beds were really comfortable which is rare to find in my experience. The decor is very tasteful and beachy. Great place!

Prime location, in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bars. Having access to beach chairs and an umbrella super helpful. Owner reached out upon check in to make sure everything was in order.

A great view, with shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Immaculate, clean, nice beach decor. Relax and sit on the balcony enjoying the view, walk the beach, soak in the hot tub or swim in the pool. Do some shopping at John's Pass or enjoy the music at Bamboos. The owner, Jeffrey, has thought of all the things you might need to make your stay enjoyable.

Jeffery’s condo was very nice. Beds were comfortable and everything you need for your morning coffee was there. The view of the ocean was amazing, we watched dolphins every morning.

We had a wonderful time at the condo during our week stay. Fantastic location on the beach allowed us to venture in any direction. All things were provided for coffee making every morning. After getting a few more bath towels and paper products for our use we were all set. We were able to view dolphins from our terrace and the beach. The pool and hot tub were a total plus. Don the maintenance man was always keeping the grounds clean. Everything you would need was there for your use. A few smaller plastic cups would be nice as well as a couple more kitchen and bath towels. Highly recommend

We truly enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean, beds were comfy, all the basics were there .The extra's: beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were very appreciated. Sometimes the small things can make all the difference. Everything was true to the pictures and Jeff was an excellent host. The buildings, pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. We loved the beach and the location was close to anything you might need. Sadly Hurricane Ian cut our stay short but would love to stay here again and would highly recommend.
