Situated in Perdido Key, this lovely house for R 5,322 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8 This brand-new cozy cottage with 3 bedrooms /2 bathrooms. The home is conveniently located near shopping areas, restaurants, bars, golf courses, dog parks, playground, tennis courts, boat launches, attractions, etc. I also highly recommend you download the “EXPERIENCE PENSACOLA” app on your phone or tablet for great recommendations for things to do, bars/restaurants, etc. in the Pensacola area. Perdido Key Beach & Johnson Beach are only 5 minutes from home right across the bridge! Orange Beach is just beyond the Florabama state line too which is roughly 15-20 minutes. In the opposite direction, Big Lagoon State park is located less than 1 mile away. The Naval Air Station is right down the road only 5 minutes away. Even heading into Downtown Pensacola is less than 30 minutes. PARKING Parking is available for three cars (one in the garage and two in the driveway). RVs, trailers, and 4-wheelers are not permitted on-site. LIVING AREA The welcoming living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a kitchen island. There is also a dining table that seats 4. BED & BATH This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, a desk, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a full-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Both guest bedrooms come with a TV that does NOT have cable, rather is used mainly for plugging in your gaming consoles, DVD players, or any other devices that are compatible with TVs. A guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The front yard has plenty of room for lawn games, while the front porch features a cushioned bench for lounging. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. This single-level home is free of steps.

We had a fantastic time while staying here for the weekend. We were in town to see our Sailor and we wanted to bring our pup to see him too. The location was very convenient, and we were close to everything! The property was clean and comfortable and the essentials were provided, which made it easy since we were traveling from NC. We would absolutely recommend this property.

We were in town to visit family in Pensacola and Peridio Beach and this place was perfect. Modern, spacious, convenient to beach, stores, downtown Pensacola., and everything we needed. Dustin was great with communication from start to finish. I highly recommend staying here whenever you’re in the area.

My family and I stayed for a week and had a great time. The house is located in a quiet area that is centrally located between Perdido key and Pensacola. From reservation, to check in, all the way to check out, the experience was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

We looked at all VRBO pet friendly properties in the Pensacola area online and this one seemed like the best in our price range. It turned out to be just as advertised and pictured - a relatively new, small house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Although there were only two of us, it could easily accommodate a small family. It also has grocery stores and several good restaurants nearby. It's a bit far from downtown Pensacola, but we got used to the drive and the traffic's not bad. The beaches nearby on Perdido Key are just as good as Pensacola beach. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall, we highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our visit in Pensacola Fl. Dustin is a great host. He provided all the information needed soon after booking and quickly responding to any questions we had. The home is spacious and in a peaceful neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants and beach access are a quick drive from the house.

Pleasant little neighborhood of beautiful beach style cottages. The house had everything we needed plus a tv in each bedroom which my son appreciated. Plenty of space for a grown family of four plus our dog. Great communication from the owner, questions were answered within minutes. I would definitely consider renting this house again if I return to Pensacola.

Very nice cottage. Close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was awesome and very quick to answer any questions we had. Only drawback, sofa bed was not comfortable at all.

Our stay was fantastic. Quiet neighborhood in a terrific location. Close to beach, grocery store and good restaurants. The house had everything a family needs, washer/dryer, linens, beach towels, cooking supplies and so much more. As impressive as the home was, equally impressive was the communications with the owner Dustin. He was incredibly responsive (within minutes) to every question I had. He also periodically sent me notes asking how our stay was going or if we needed anything. We will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay in Escambia County! Dustin was a fantastic host and checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The home was beautiful and clean and plenty of room for our family! It was the best home away from home we could ask for! Definitely want to come back and stay here again! It was within 6 minutes of public beach access and Orange beach was a short drive too. Such a beautiful area and Big Lagoon State park was just a few feet away.

Dusitn was great with the communication. The house was clean and well kept. This place is in an older neighborhood that is being revamp with quite a few new homes like this one. It is quite and away from tourist locations like the hotels but an easy drive to anything you may want to do, like the beaches, restaurants or scuba diving etc. Groceries and other necessities are only a couple of minutes away. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Justin was an excellent host. Very quick responses to questions and/or suggestions. Loved the layout of the house and my cat enjoyed sitting on the windowsills when I opened the windows. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Wished it was a little closer to the beaches, though.
