This unit was perfect for my husband and I and our dear friends. We each had our own bedroom/bathroom. This unit was thoughtfully furnished and very clean and comfortable. Watching the stunning sunrises from the lanai or from the beach were a perfect start to the day.
We would definitely recommend this unit and would come back.

Beautiful view from the 2nd floor lanai. There are many nice touches to this condo and grounds. We came to visit family members who have been in Kapa'a for 20 years and were very glad they chose this property to recommend.
We did leave a list for the property manager of several things that needed attention in this unit, and one morning there was a grounds person who was leaf blowing back and forth for quite a long time sending copius noxious gas fumes into the living spaces with open sliding glass doors for the breeze. I hope he was instructed to follow proper manitenance.

We had the absolute best time at this condo and couldn't have asked for more. There was a lot of thoughtful things that were at the condo (dishwasher detergent, trash bags etc) that helped enhance the experience, but the property is breathtaking and the location couldn't be better. We are already talking about a return trip- we loved out time here!

Overall it was a beautiful place and a spectacular view of ocean and pool.
Needs two things: (1) an elevator, (2) central air conditioning, and (3) master bedroom TV.
Trying to go up two flights with luggage is challenging, at best, especially when you are seniors. Window units in the bedrooms are a minimum. However it does get warm enough and muggy enough that you need something more than an ocean breeze to make the den/living room tolerable. There were no instructions on how to get to regular television channels on the master bedroom TV. It worked completely differently than the living room television. And so you are forced to choose between the heat/humidity to watch the TV you want: or to choose a cool bedroom, but be cut off from the entertainment you'd prefer.

With some of our party around the shore in hotel rooms, this lovely home served as a family meal and gathering place. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is a gorgeous location and all amenities well suited to relaxing with a perfect view.

Absolutely beautiful location and view. The decor of the condo was gorgeous. I think the only negative is the fact that there's no elevator, but that's not the owner's fault so I certainly can't count that against them. Just be aware of that, in case you're older like us and have difficulty carrying luggage up stairs. Other than that, absolutely loved this place!

We've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties in Hawaii, Mexico, Moab UT and other locales - but this was BY FAR our favorite. Don't want to repeat all the superlatives of the other reviewers, but you can believe every one of them. We prefer the Coconut Coast to the north end (Princeville Hanalei), and south (Poipu). The main highway gets a little crowded at the commute hours, but in September - the parking area for the condos was about 30% full. We loved being able to walk to the Coconut Marketplace nearby. Hukilau Lanai was one of the best restaurants we've ever been in. There's a Safeway and Longs Drugs (CVS) less than a mile to the east. All the amenities of the big city (Lihue), including the airport are less than 15 minutes away. The unit is spacious, well appointed, mostly quiet and the beds comfy. We felt like we won the lottery by finding this jewel. Maholo

Wow! What a place! Location remarkable, super clean, tasteful decor, breathtaking view, peaceful complex and EVERYTHING we needed to make this family vacation perfect! All communication from beginning to end timely & professional. Cindy is a stellar prop. manager. with extreme attention to detail. All the supplies in the condo for guests well thought of and APPRECIATED. From local Kauai books about birds, hiking & fish, to binoculars, laundry detergent, noodles, boogie boards, blue ice, filtered water pitcher, exact instructions on lighting, check-in, check out, condo rules, area recommendations, vacuum, puzzles & games for relaxing eves, to island safety instructions, to.......I could go on and on. Very professional company to rent from. Cindy & company want to ensure you have an amazing time while there. Condo was SO convenient to beach out front which was safe & beautiful. Only 5 min. walk to Coconut Marketplace to eat at various restaurants & shop. Kapa'a is great central place to stay. We were all over island and this condo in middle of it all. We surfed, kayaked, hiked, visited various beaches, rented bikes, walked on beaches, swan in ocean & pool and cruised on a boat. We will not hesitate to rent from Cindy again and rent same unit. Our last 4 years was Maui vacay. Kauai beats Maui now! Slower pace of life and locals incredibly friendly. We highly recommend this condo and Cindy & company. Thank you!

Clean spacious condo right on the beach
The condo had everything we were looking for and was pretty spacious. It was well stocked and clean. Highlights were great ocean views, access to the pool and a kiddie pool area in the beach. The beach near the condo was very rough with hardly any sand strip so we preferred Lydgate park nearby for beach time.
We paid a heavy premium on the rental (~700 per day after fees) since it was late December, so while we will rent again, we would look for a lower price to improve the cost-value.

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. It was very comfortable for two couples. Nice to be close enough to walk to some restaurants. Only complaiants - would have been nice to have central air conditioning and the beds were a little hard.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the lanai overlooking the pool and ocean. We had breakfast there every morning. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been a longer stay.

Peaceful Paradise
Perfect, quiet, and stunningly beautiful location.
Everything we wanted easily within walking distance.
Upstairs neighbors a little thumpy on the ceiling, but
not too bothersome. Such easy check in and check out.
Would return in a heartbeat and hope it is not too long
