Az első pillanattól kezdve a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A reggeli finom és bőséges. Mindezek mellett tiszta és modern. A szemben lévő áruházban be is lehet vásárolni. A metró 3-5 perc sétára van és 30 perc míg beér a központba, de így ennyivel is többet látni a külvárosból.
A fürdőszoba ajtaja üveg volt, amit nem lehetett bezárni és van egy pár centis rés az ajtó és az ajtókeret között.

Sijainti on hyvä, lähellä kaksi isoa ruokakauppaa sekä metroasema.
Huone oli odotettua epäsiistimpi, vaikka yleisesti kyllä melko siisti. Karvoja ja hiuksia oli vähän siellä täällä, mm. pyyhkeessä ja lakanoissa.
Hotellin vastaanottovirkailijat olivat jotenkin omituisia: eivät kyselleet eivätkä puhuneet juuri mitään, vain ihan pakolliset. Hotellissa oli muutenkin jotenkin aavemaisen pohjoiskoreamainen tunnelma, kun henkilökunta ei juuri puhunut, kaikkialla hienoa ja loistokasta, mutta aamupalalla vain 1-2 muuta meidän lisäksemme. Aamupala olikin ainut hetki, kun näimme hotellissa muitakin asiakkaita itsemme lisäksi, mutta ehkä ei ole ruuhkaisin lomasesonki. Aamupalalle olisi toivonut myös enemmän jotain raikasta ja tuoretta tarjolle. Loppujen lopuksi sellainen "ihan OK" hotelli, mutta en tulisi uudelleen. Ympäristökin epäsiisti.

Standard ok
Vi hade 2 olika rum i det ena gick det inte att ställa fläkt hastigheten, gick på ganska högt konstant varvtal. Lät mycket.
I det andra satt regulatorn som styrde golvvärmen löst, fungerade inte alls.

O hotel é moderno, muito limpo. Quarto grande e muito confortável. Casa de banho grande , sempre limpa. Bom pequeno almoço. Café e chá sempre disponiveis gratuitamente no bar. Estacionamento gratuito.

Not an area to go for a stroll at night.
No fridge or coffee facility in room although there is coffee in the foyer and shared fridge but not convenient.
Lift was distinctly dodgy.

The room was spacious and everything was new and modern. Breakfast was 10/10!
I didnt like the fact that there was no refrigerator. For a longer stay having that would be beneficial. The drain in the shower did not work properly. By the end of a shower the entire floor in the bathroom was completely wet. Bed was a bit too soft and myself and my girlfriend. Had back pain.

My room was too hot and the conditioner could not cool the temperature down. Everything else was super.

close to tram-station to get to the city Centre, next to a supermarket that is opened ever day. rooms offering all what is needed, clean and comfortable bed. good breakfast buffet. friendly staff at breakfast.

The room was small and lacked hangers, but we managed to adapt. The television set was good. The breakfast was excellent. The location was good, given its proximity to the Metro.
We regret that our room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced on one of the days of our stay. This aspect has marred our experience, and it's a pity because otherwise, I would be expressing a high level of satisfaction. Therefore, I rate the hotel as mediocre.

I felt that the hotel tries to make business travellers their main target group. No problem with that. We used it for some days when we couldn't be home due to renovation and for that purpose the hotel was perfect in location and affordability. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices, both hot and cold. I couldn't see if it was possible to get special orders done, like porridge but on the other hand I didn't ask for it.
We stayed for two days and nights. After the first night, there was no room cleaning. We missed simple stuff like a shoehorn. We were very curious about the advertised room service robot, however it was not available during our stay.

The staff were toprate! The breakfast was delicious. The rooms well clean and comfortable. Absolutly one of the better hotels.

Bathroom is very spacious. Beds are high and mattresses are very comfortable. Youtube and Netflix were a pleasant surprise for my teenager.

Maybe one thing: the shower borders on the floor, the water quickly comes out of these 'borders' when showering and spreads on the floor of the bathroom.

The staff was professional, friendly and always available. Additional requests (extending my stay, info on local sights) were immediately and perfectly adressed. The rooms were clean thanms to a daily roomservice, which was still quick!
I'll be returning here if next time I travel to Sweden.

Wonderful place, worth the money! We travelled with car, so for us location was perfect, near Stockholm, Drottningholm Palace just 10 min ride, shops, IKEA, all you need, hotel has its own separate free parking. New, stylish and well equipped hotel and rooms. Good breakfast, nothing extraordinary but all you need. Free tea and coffee 24/7 at the lobby was also nice, especially in the winter. Big double room, stylish, clean, very comfortable bad and wonderful bathroom. Good WiFi. Overall highly recommend, we would considering it again at our next visit to Stockholm.
There were no shoe cleaning machine, that could be useful in winter )))
