Location is great. Condo needs instruction manual. Showers have weird ring on bottom of spigot to change from bath to shower. Had to YouTube how to work it. Parking pass was not on counter. (Resulting in parking violation and nasty note from parking lot attendant) Satellite or dish didn’t work. Had to cast from computer to watch bowl games. Texted Vacasa with multiple questions, requests for help with above issues. Only response was “have you tried unplugging dish network box and plugging back in”. Kitchen was well stocked and hot tub was nice but ice maker didn’t work very well. Good luck if you require any assistance from property management while there.

Considering the price to stay at this condo, we were very disappointed. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the ice maker didn’t work. We also couldn’t turn on fireplace., but management was able to help us. The rooms were very small with limited forage. It also was so dry and would have been nice so have some humidifiers. It also would have been nice if the hot tub was working.

The condo is wonderful. It's plenty spacious for a big family. We had 7 and there was lots of extra room. The kitchen has all the cookware & gadgets to cook great meals and they have great spices & seasonings. It would be helpful to have a house manual. We had to search to find living room & kitchen lights. The bedrooms are well outfitted for charging. The master bed needs a new mattress but the other beds were perfect. It was nice to have games in the drawers and a good tv. One important item to note was the outside ski closet, near the front door, was open so we put our skis in it and closed and locked it. Sadly, there was no key given to us that unlocks it. We contacted Vacasa Mngmt & they had no master key. The had their local people work on trying to pry open the door because they couldn't get a Lock Smith out to us. They tried the night we got in and the next morning, which was supposed to be our 1st day of skiing. When Vacasa still was not remedying the situation by noon that day, we were messaging and calling to get something done. We had spent thousands of dollars to ski. The local people finally figured out tools to rip the door off. Vacasa told us that the door wasn't supposed to be unlocked, that it was only for the owner. It was an extremely frustrating beginning to our ski trip. We appreciated all the fine details the owner has put into this condo.
