Situated in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming house for R 10,333 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Great Location!!! This brand new 4 BR + bunk room has 3.5 baths, large backyard and a private heated pool! There is a fee to heat the pool ($50/day for Heat). Sleeps 12 in beds (Max guests 14)! It has parking for 4 cars. Just steps from the beach! Pets allowed but are $125/pet/stay. This is not a deposit - it is a nonrefundable fee. Guests are still responsible for any and all damage caused by there pets and need to pick up after their pets. Any pet charges that arise will not be covered by any type of damage deposit or damage waiver purchased. Gone Beachin' is New to the rental market and boasts TV's in every bedroom and new furniture! Gone Beachin' is a beautifully finished beach house with a private pool. It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach on the corner of Thomas Drive just down the street from the popular Schooners Restaurant and Bar. The 4 bedrooms are located 1 bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and bunk room on the second floor. Important: This home sleeps 12 in beds - Maximum guests allowed however is 14. You would need to provide your own air mattress or sleeping bags for the additional guests. The 1st master suite is located on the first floor (1 King Bed). It has a large walk-in shower. The 2nd Bedroom is a spacious second master suite is located on the 2nd floor and boasts a huge bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet (1 King Bed). This master suite also has a spacious balcony. The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed. The 4th Bedroom has a Queen over Queen bunk bed. There is also a bunk room equipped with 2 Twins in bunk formation. The kitchen is well equipped with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, premium appliances, pantry and all the essentials for lovingly preparing meals for the family. The gorgeous new flooring and decorations make you feel like you're in the comfort of your own home. This is a great home for one large family or two smaller families that care to share the cost of a beach rental: 2 king bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Queen over Queen bunk bed, 1 Twin over Twin bunk bed. Make memories with your family at Gone Beachin'! You must notify property manager if your group does not have 1 person 25 years of age or older! You will need approval in writing. Easy Access: Thomas Drive has the best traffic flow in the area. During the busiest times of spring break and peak summer weeks, Front Beach Road experiences bumper to bumper traffic. From Thomas Drive you can drive anywhere in minutes without the hassle of traffic. Shopping Nearby: There are 2 major grocery stores and a Super Walmart within 2 miles. Pier Park is an ideal place for shopping and is only a 10-15 minute drive from the house. At Pier Park you will find several major department stores, many outlet stores, specialty stores, unique apparel and jewelry stores, fun activities for the kids, a major 16 theater cinema, and some of the best restaurants in the area. Fun Activities: Shipwreck Island water park is blast for the whole family in the heat of the summer. Within a very short distance of the house there are several venues for miniature golf, bumper boats, go-karting, sling shot bungee rides, a Ripley's Believe it or Not, and all the beach activities one could ask for. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are 5 public courses within minutes of the house. Signal Hill is just a mile down the road. Holiday Club is about a 12 minute drive and is a little more challenging. For the best golfers, Bay Point, with its 2 courses is about a 10 minute drive, and The Hombre is less than a 10 minute drive. The property was nice, but needs a little TLC. The pool and backyard were very nice and the pool was heated to the perfect temperature so that we could enjoy it during the cooler temperatures in November, the only major issue we had was the door alarm that goes off if you for to push the bypass button which was located way too high on the doors that everyone forgot to hit it almost every time sending a ear piercing alarm off constantly. Property was conveniently located to beach access within a 5 minute walk but location is a less desirable area of PCB and located next to a very busy and noisy highway Property manager was prompt in answering any emails we sent Overall we had a pleasant trip

The house is nice and location is good however upon arrival the house wasn’t very clean and there was beer spilt all in the cabinets which resulted in ants getting into some of our unopened food. The rugs are in desperate need of carpet cleaning. The pool was nice but there was left over food all over the patio, dog poop left behind from previous guest, and the overall upkeep is in need of TLC. I planned to overlook all this however we turned the fountains on to the pool and the owner messaged me in a very RUDE manner stating we shouldn’t touch the fountains and that there were clear signs. If he would actually inspect his property he would’ve known there were no clear signs anywhere stating such. He had men show up on 2 occasions unannounced - didn’t knock just stepped right on in to the back yard. I walked out at one point and they scared me to death. By the way he has cameras pointing directly at the pool which is kinda creepy and made me feel very uncomfortable with my teen daughter out there swimming and being recorded. All the other houses on the street that are built just the same had no cameras pointing at the pool to watch their guest swim. I would never rent from this owner again.

The property was a newly constructed home. The 2 master bedrooms offers space for multiple families. The bunk room is not comfortable for adults. The home was NOT clean. The upstairs beds were not made upon our arrival, though clean linens were available. Great location, with a short walk to a beautiful beach. Nice back yard and pool area. THE ROAD NOISE IS TERRIBLE! VERY LOUD! Bring your sound machine or leave fans running in bathroom to help drown out the noise!

you can tell it is a new property, it is very nice. there could be a little more cleaning, we dropped something and it rolled under one the master beds and it was thick dust covering the floor. there was also some black hair in one of the bathrooms on the ground floor, but it was small details, the rest of the place was gorgeous, the pool was clean, the beds were ok as far as comfort level but decent for a vacation. it was a little bit of a walk to get to the beach more than I thought, because you have to use the public beach access down the road a little not too bad, about a couple of houses length, and easy walk to get there. just a bit of a long haul when a 3 year old has to potty :( very spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms and showers. We enjoyed all the extra games, toys, corn hole that was there, it was a nice surprise for the adults to have a game to play with the kids played in the pool . thanks so much!

House was great. It was a few minutes walk to the beach. There were plenty of chairs and beach/pool toys. Beach was not crowded. My only issue was the threat of a fine for every infraction. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was great, fantastic location just as described. The walk was short and easy- we had a 10-month old, 13 month old, and 3-year-old in our group. The house was nice, new and modern. Cleanliness was okay, floors were dirty when we got there (cheez-it and sand on the floor) and don’t look under the couch cushions. My daughter has a peanut allergy and there were nuts (not from our group) under the cushions. The house was spacious, plenty of room for our group of 11, 3 families. Mattresses were not very comfortable and my sister is adamant that the upstairs queen is actually a full size bed. We had plenty of towels, but not many washcloths; however, having the washer and dryer made that not a problem. We had young kids and babies in our group, so we cooked at the house a lot. Appliances and dishes were nice, there were only 2 cooking pans and no storage containers for leftovers. Overall, it was really great and we had a great time!
