Welcome to your vacation getaway- "Highland Retreat", conveniently located to everything in Branson! Situated in the beautiful Pointe Royale golf resort, you will find a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day of exploring the area. Gather together for game time, meals, or movie night in our open living space. Retreat to one of the 2 bedrooms on the main level of the condo or open loft-3rd bedroom for a wonderful nights sleep in our comfortable beds. After a refreshing nights sleep, enjoy all of our resort amenities! We try to anticipate all your needs and stock the condo so this is your new favorite Branson space! Our guests love that each of our bedrooms has a designated bathroom, the most comfortable mattresses, a flat screen TV, and Netflix in every room! Kids and adults alike will enjoy the standup Arcade and Playstation 4 in the upstairs open loft-3rd bedroom. When not enjoying the beautiful condo, you can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and hot tub (adult only), playground, dog park, fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more. Your vacation retreat is awaiting! Dogs CONSIDERED. Do not book without discussing and getting pre approval for your dog. We consider small to medium, low shedding, adult dogs. Dogs must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee. Location to Branson Amenities 4 miles/9 minutes to The Strip 2 miles/9 minutes to Fall Creek Marina-great place to rent a boat for Lake Taneycomo 5 miles/12 minutes to The State Park Marina- great place for boat rental on Table Rock Lake 8 miles/15 minutes to Silver Dollar City 8 miles/19 minutes to Branson Landing On Location-Swimming, tennis, basketball, fishing, playground, bar and grill, dog park, and golfing. Golfing requires extra fees at the golf shop. Important notes: *We are a second level condo-The property entrance is only accessible by stairs *3rd bedroom is an open loft * Rental Agreement Required-will be emailed after booking We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee -Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. -Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster -Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. -Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. -Please strip the bed of the sheets and put at the bottom of the bed if you have time. Do not remove mattress pads, decorative pillows, or shams. -Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

The condo was perfect. Very comfortable and cozy. Gated community with a ton of amenities. Close to silver dollar city and the strip. Easy access. Great communication with the owner. We went around thanksgiving and it was decorated for Christmas which I loved. And I liked that they had actual hand soap, dishwashing soap, and shower products as opposed to hotel sample amenity style products.

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family. Its efficient lay out had plenty of beds and space for family. It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The golf course and its many amenities were amazing. Brenda was a joy to communicate with- very prompt and professional. We will definitely book again!

The unit was very clean and well equipped! The swimming pools were also an added bonus! The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have bathrooms for each sleeping space! The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, cups and utensils. It was nice to have an in unit washer and dryer as well. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time!

My family and I recently stayed at the Highland Retreat in Branson. The condo was very clean and very comfortable for four adults and two small children. The kitchen was a perfect size for us and we found everything we needed to fix our meals. It was nice having the washer and dryer in the unit and they were used by us several times. The main bedroom and bath were very nice. My wife and I loved the walk-in shower. The main bed was very comfortable and the sheets were great. The condo’s location was convenient to both Branson’s “strip” and Silver Dollar City. The owner, Brenda, was great communicating with me throughout the whole process. I highly recommend staying at this property!

From check in to check out was very simple and convenient with a door code. Pointe Royale is a beautiful community everyone there is nice and accommodating. The condo itself was very clean and we had plenty of room the Pac-Man video game was a hit with the grandkids. The charcoal grill by the lake and park was beautiful and a great spot to picnic. Will definitely be back

Highland Retreat is spacious and very conveniently located. My family loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Working with Brenda was one of the easiest and most informative VRBO experiences that I've ever had. Thanks for everything.

Visiting Branson with my in-laws and child, and this place was perfect. The basically two master suites were perfect for our group. The space was very clean with all the things needed we needed for our four night stay. We brought all the extra we normally carry to our VRBOs, and used very little of it because it was so well stocked! Brenda was great at communicating that she was available for any needs. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Branson!

This was just what we needed as a family. Our souls needed a resting place and also a refresher. Our stay did all of that for us as a family. Nice clean. Family friendly. We loved it and our host was amazing!

Although the outdoor pool was not open yet, the girls enjoyed the indoor heated pool. We really appreciated the lovely outdoor surroundings and the ability to walk their pets. With two master suites on the first floor, each with an en-suite bath , and a third bedroom with two full sized beds and a full bathroom, we had plenty of room to spread out . We did fix some meals there, as well as eating out and doing take out. Everything was so handy and well maintained. Although we have traveled to Branson often, we went horseback riding this time and enjoyed the Top of the Rock scenic drive in golf carts. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely condo with us. We hope to be back here soon.

Brenda is an excellent host. She communicates well& is organized. Her condo was beautiful & had plenty of space for my family of 5& fur baby. The point royale resort is really beautiful. I'd say the only issues we had there were trying to get tv channels to work& not having the white key card to get into pool the 1st day but Brenda resolved these issues quickly. The location of this condo is perfect for all the activities to do in branson. We will definitely be coming back& I will only book with Brenda since her properties are beautiful ly decorated, very comfy to live in,& I know Brenda will take care of all my needs!

Perfect Getaway
From the moment we walked in and saw a lighted Christmas tree, we knew our stay was going to be great. The condominium was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything imaginable you would need as a guest. Our family of seven enjoyed the property’s amenities. We definitely want to stay here again!! Brandon’s always a fun time, and this place ranks right up there with the best.

We stayed at Highland Retreat the last week of October 2021. Our property manager Brenda was the best! The welcome package that I downloaded to my phone made our stay perfect. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone. We hope to return next year for another great time. Thank you, Brenda!

The unit was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. It was not a spacious as it appeared in the photos however it did meet our needs. It is definitely not handicap accessible, but no where states that it is... so that was my mistake. We were satisfied with the unit and we will rent from this landlord again.

Great 5 night trip with our family!! Brenda was terrific - easy checkin process, great with communication, awesome condo. The pool and activities were perfect for the kids. Really great location - close enough to Branson for easy access but far enough out to avoid unwanted noise. We would definitely book this place again!!

Excellent condo!
We loved our stay at this condo. It’s a great spot if you’re planning to do all the activities that Branson has to offer. The gated community that the condo is located in has a nice pool, and our kids loved it.
We did a lot of cooking in the condo’s kitchen, and it had everything we needed, including a crock pot. The place is also very clean and quiet.
The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. It was easy to check in and out. I’d highly recommend this condo.

All Around Wonderful
The property is clean, bright and functional. It’s a very happy space. Brenda was very easy to communicate with before and during the rental process. We are already planning our return trip to Branson- what an underrated place for family fun!
