Launch your next Coastal Delaware adventure from this spacious two-story, 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath in The Village of Bear Trap Dunes, located in Ocean View, Del., just minutes to Bethany Beach. With panoramic golf views and TWO master suites (both on the first floor), this vacation home offers great spaces inside and out. The first floor features and open floor plan with new living room furniture, well-equipped kitchen (with new kitchenware), dining and living area, plus the pair of master suites, as well as the screened porch (with new porch furniture), deck and covered front porch. The second floor offers the additional three bedrooms, as well as a Jack-and-Jill bath. Central air conditioning, washer and dryer too. 5 TVs (Roku), DVD, iPod docking station, book & video library, Wifi., gas fireplace, gas grill, garage, Keurig. Plus, beach chairs and bikes (courtesy items not guaranteed). The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.) *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The property was nice but the air conditioning vents need cleaned and the filter changed. Almost everyone had stuffy noses from allergies. Location was great and we had a wonderful time.

Overall this location was great! The community is quiet, everyone is friendly and there are lots of dogs. From this location your able to access many of the MD & DE beaches leaving you with many choices if your staying for a week or longer. Back porch was a delight, bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Home is well suited for a large family. However, the house wasn't thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. From a first glance yes, but as we started to settle into the property we found hair on the sheets and bathrooms somewhat clean. However the property manager was quick to respond, they offered to clean again while we were there, but we just opted for clean linen for all the bedrooms. We had wiFi problems and they sent someone out to fix within 24 hrs.

We have stayed at various properties in Bear Trap over the years and this one didn't disappoint. It was very clean and comfortable. One slight oddity is that it appears a new floor was put down which resulted in a little bump as you enter the kitchen area. Once we got used to not tripping over that, everything was great.

This house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay! The kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfortable, plenty of open living space, and beautiful views of the golf course. When we arrived, the house was very clean and the Vacasa app made check in and check out very easy!

Overall the property was a good fit with the exception of the bathroom situation on the second floor. There were 2 bedrooms that shared a Jack and Jill bathroom. The third bedroom had no direct access to a bathroom without going through another bedroom.

Nice amount of space and comfortable but the ceiling fans and vents were FILTHY. Easily fixed. As well, it needs some updating - the dishwasher is barely functioning and the guest bath toilet ran the entire time. Small changes and I would rent again.

This house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, there were tons of kids things (table, chair, sand buckets, pool noodles), as well as a beach cart, and an extra fridge/freezer in the garage. The screened in porch was great and we made good use of the grill. Everything was clean and everyone had their own space. Would definitely come back and recommend to all my friends!

The house was exactly what we hoped for our Easter weekend for our family to spend together. Our grown children and grandchildren all had great sleeping space. The layout was wonderful for indoor and outdoor fun. The house was very clean and well-stocked. No disappointments. We event used the indoor pool at the clubhouse for two days and spent a few hours down at Bethany Beach boardwalk and shops.

We had two families stay there for the holidays. There was plenty of space and lots of beds. The bathroom sizes were a bit uneven - one master with plenty of space, the other master-like room was much smaller. The house was in good shape, kitchen very usable with well-stocked dishes and cookware. Convenient location, beautiful view of the golf course! And the owners/managers were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this spot!

The perfect house to host Thanksgiving for our family of 12. The house had plenty of kitchen supplies and room to host a wonderful weekend with our family. The only downfall for us was sleeping arrangements ( plenty of beds but could have used another queen bed)I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks Desiree Zimmerman
