The long-anticipated Madeira Bay Resort I has finally opened and it's well worth the wait. Many of these condos are better than new, with upgrades added after the initial build. This gorgeous 2 bedroom unit boasts views of the gulf and all the activity down Madeira Beach. Relax on the oversized patio and enjoy your morning coffee while watching dolphins near the docks. This condo is set up for a family stay with board games, beach toys and a wagon for fun. There's also a portable crib for your convenience and a TV in the second bedroom for those rainy days. All reservations are subject to review prior to approval. As a guest of Johns Pass Condos, you will have access to our office services such as printing, faxing, or sending mail. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation getaway. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. This is a non-smoking accommodation. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Great place and location. Checking was frustrating as some info provided was not correct and calling resulted in numerous recordings and frustration. Once we were in, we loved it. Pool was a plus too. Would stay again!!

During the fish festival non-residents were stealing our parking spaces and it created much inconvenience, and ended up walking almost 2 blocks with a soar hip.. Our door lock numbers were changed 3 days ahead of check-out and had to contact management to get into room, and TV's remotes were a fiasco, not user frendly at all.One TV didn't work at all and was told it would be replaced but never was.Other than that, we liked the room and was very clean and loved the locality to Johns Pass.

There weren’t any hand towels, wash clothes or dish rags. Also, not even a start of paper towels and very little toilet paper. All had to be purchased immediately after checking in.

Property was good… not very clean though … the shower curtains were filthy and the kitchen faucet was dirty and leaking, fridge and freezer was dirty and and second room was super tiny. For the fees I actually expected a cleaner property. Now it was located across the street from the beach… beach cart was so helpful and it was near shopping and restaurants. Would book again.

For the price we paid we were expecting something else. Sofa bed was in terrible conditions. The AC broke down and it was impossible to find someone from management to come and verify. Check out time was 10am when it we couldn’t sleep the night before.

Location is great! Overall the condo is nice. I would suggest they get at least 1 full length mirror. The details about the property said there was a garbage chute next to the elevator, which was nonexistent. We had to find the bins outside. Not a big deal, but was a little confusing. We would rent there again.

Clerk in lobby was no help what so ever. Got there early and she was of no help. Called VRBO and they were very nice. Got the code for room pretty soon after I talked with them. Went back to lobby to give her my room number to get a parking pass. Got the parking pass. The lady at the lobby didn't tell us that our room was in the other building. So we had taken our luggage up to the wrong level. Then she told us it was on the other side of the pool. Mind you my mother is 80 years old. She was litterally NO HELP. They need someone who is more helpful and explains the process. Otherwise the room we had was great.

No water pressure, unit was not clean but had clean sheets and towels, place needs a lot of maintenance, won’t rebook.

The condo is beautiful. However the second bedroom is tiny and has no closet or dresser. Our teen girls struggled to even fit their suitcases in there. Condo was lacking beach chairs, extra toilet paper and paper plates would have been nice.

This was the perfect location. All the kids and teenagers had a good time. Condo could use some basic dishes like pizza cutter, pizza pan..

We have stayed at the property adjacent to this property twice, Madeira Bay Resort II, so we thought we would try this building. The condo was very nice and well appointed. Only a few things needed, such as a dishpan, lids for pots. We were mostly concerned with the property management and their lack of response to our questions and needs. They provided us with an illegible email prior to our arrival so I emailed them to ask if they would send it again. I also called several days prior and got no results. Luckily, we have stayed in these properties before so we had an understanding of the policies but would have liked a response to our questions. Otherwise, the location was great and we enjoyed our stay and will most likely book again but possibly through a different management company.

I was surprised with the location and the view of the gulf from the balcony. We walked back and forth from John’s pass daily. Great place to stay.

A really cute condo that was well kept. Make sure to bring beach towels and any extra toilet paper and paper towels. Only one roll of toilet paper provided and no cleaning supplies at all. Over all a very nice place to stay.

Excellent location near boardwalk and tons of restaurants and right across from the beach! Only issue was directions for arrival were a bit confusing. There are 2 buildings and paperwork said opposite building. Thankfully there was a super nice man at 1:30 am that was at the desk and helped us find out condo and show us personally where to park he was awesome we would have been looking all over ! Also condo is as described in pics very nice ! Beds are comfortable. Only wish is should have toilet plunger/brush for unit. But overall would stay again!

It is a lovely condo with a fantastic ocean view, beach access directly across street and close to everything. But the information I was given to check in was all wrong and made the process difficult.

Overall the experience was great.
Apartment’s location is excellent. Has a nice ocean view. Event though is on a busy street, it didn’t bother us. Apartment ceiling fans were very dirty. We would definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

What a perfect place!!!!!!! This unit in particular has stunning views of the Gulf!! The location is perfect-directly across from beach access and pedestrian crossing. Don't forget John's Pass is literally a block away!!! I WISH we could've stayed longer!!! I absolutely loved this unit and location!! We will be checking it's availability the next time we plan to travel to this area-which is hopefully soon!!! It would be helpful to have a roll or 2 of papertowel for guests, and maybe a small bottle of dish soap-we were only there 3 days, and felt bad using a dishwasher tab on a very minimal load of dishes. Being our stay was short- more that1 roll of TP would also be nice, since we didn't really need a 4 pack- just small things would be "helpful" to travelers.

Overall a great trip and great stay. Location to beach and shops/restaurants was good and as expected from listing. Communication with property manager was limited and could use better instructions for check in process and locations of property amenities. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was not ready for use, the listing stated it would be ready on the first of July but when we got there it was still not ready for use. A few minor improvements needed but overall very satisfied with overall quality. Would stay again

Location was perfect! Beds were comfortable but master bedroom needs a bedspread! All there was on the bed was a sheet no blanket or bedspread! On arrival kitchen floor was filthy dirty! Crumbs and dirt on floor!! I swept and scrubbed it and it was good to go! Overall the place is great!

We loved the place and the layout. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms is key when traveling w two teenage boys. It’s decorated so nice as has a good view. Super close to John’s Pass and the Beach. We would rent this again.
