This large 1-bedroom, 2-full bathrooms condo located at Main Beach in the Terraces at Beachside complex boasts a fantastic ocean view from the balcony! In addition to a queen bed in the main bedroom, this property's common space has a couple sleeper sofas. There is a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of room to entertain. Starter beach equipment is provided (towels, chairs and a cooler) and there are two Townie bicycles for your use. With private beach access and barbecue grills, guests can look forward to a great vacation filled with sunny days spent in the sand and grilling out meals if desired. The pool is refreshing after a long walk on the shore looking for seashells and sharks teeth. Walk to multiple restaurants, like Sandbar and Salt Life, or ride one mile (5 minutes in the car) to the Fernandina Beach Historic District. Enjoy strolling the streets of Fernandina Beach and visiting the museums, shops, and many fine restaurants. The condo is situated only 200 yards from the entrance to Ft. Clinch State Park and 1/4 mile from the Egan's Creek Greenway, which is great for spotting migrating birds and resident alligators. New bed linens and mattress needed. New chair in living needed. T did not turn on with remotes. We replaced the batteries to no avail. Terrible tv situation in living room. Great appointments in kitchen. Everything you needed. Very clean! Plenty of towels. Dated bedroom furniture. Needs bedroom curtains replaced.

Very nice place. Owners have a plethora of nice touches for you. Only issue was that pictures showed it facing the ocean to the east, but it faced 90 degrees turned to the south.

We can't say enough good things about our stay!! Great location, fantastic accommodations, and the customer service was beyond wonderful. We were there to celebrate our 15th anniversary and upon our arrival there was a lovely card & baggie of chocolate almond popcorn (from the yummy fudge shop downtown) waiting for us! We rode bikes (included) to Fort Clinch, downtown, and just everywhere. We drove our rental car to St. Augustine one day (took the ferry across St. John river - fun!) and went to Savannah another day. Easy drives both ways. The excitement of the FL Gators/GA Bulldogs game was palpable & added a really awesome vibe to all of our activities. I HIGHLY recommend this property/Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach - we will be back!

This condo was more wonderful than described! Every little detail for a comfortable stay was taken care of. Clean, comfortable, easy access to gorgeous beach, restaurants and drinks. I hope in the future we can rent a few condos in the same building for a family reunion. But for now, my husband and I will be returning to this exact property for our trips down from NC to South Florida. My words and few pics can't adequately describe our experience with this stay. I'm just so thankful we found it!

Our first trip to Amelia Island & this property was perfect for us. With just two, the space was genuinely perfect. We had a couple visit for two nights & with 2 full baths & 3 pull out options, it worked better than expected. The proximity to local restaurants, downtown & the beach was perfect. Bikes & beach accessories - again, perfect for us. We are from a rural area & found the condo as quiet as we prefer. I would rent this again!

We stayed here on a work-cation. The location was amazing, easy on and off the beach and a quick drive downtown, to the grocery store or anything else you need. We used the bikes to check out the area, explore fort clinch and get to the tennis courts. The internet was strong enough for both of us to work during the day. We loved it here and would definitely return.

This was a very comfortable conveniently located apartment well stocked with needed items to do some basic cooking. Parking was convenient to the elevator. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was as pictured in the photos. There was quick and easy communication with the rental agency. Please note that if you are unable to do stairs the only way to access the pictured boardwalk is to climb stairs, There is a Main Beach park within easy walking distance without stairs. It is very close to Fort Clinch, Egan's Greenway and not far from the downtown area. Parking downtown is ample and free either on the street or in numerous lots.

What a great place and perfect location! We just happened to pick a perfect week- because the building was practically empty except for us! It was so quiet! The condo had everything provided that I needed. I brought items I didn’t need to… we loved walking right to the beach! Had a great time riding the provided bikes all around the neighborhood and into town. I think I want to live here now… ! Highly recommend!

Pictures on the VRBO site were right on to the actual thing. The condo was immaculately cleaned. Our stay was so enjoyable. Having the bikes to ride was an extra bonus. We would highly recommend this condo. Only thing that I would change would be to update the restrooms with the high rise toilets. 😂

This was our 1st VRBO experience & we weren’t disappointed. My husband decided to visit Amelia Island & this condo was the perfect place to stay. It was very nice & very clean & everything was provided. It was especially nice that it came with bikes & beach chairs to use. And the location was great! It was on the beach & only a short ride away from downtown. The property management team at Destination Amelia were also very nice & answered all of my questions. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to Ray’s Rides. Uber & Lyft were non-existent on the island but Ray’s Rides offered private rides for a reasonable price & we were treated with island information on the way.

Excellent property in one of the best areas of Fernandina Beach! It is close to downtown and Fort Clinch, and the beach area on the north end is quiet and peaceful. The condo was exceptionally clean, and I am very picky! I wore socks, no shoes, in the condo, and my sock bottoms were still clean! Everything was perfect when I arrived, and it was very easy to find and get in the unit. The balconies on the side like this one are actually much better than the ones facing the ocean because not only do you still have an excellent ocean view, but they are covered and shaded, and provide more privacy. I also loved having a big tub and took advantage of this with several great baths! The beach chairs provided are very nice and a great perk to have. I also loved using the bikes. We rode into Fort Clinch and had a great time! The condo was incredibly spacious for the two of us. I also appreciated the excellent wi-if because I did have to do some work. This is a wonderful condo in a great building, and I am ready to come back and stay here again! Everything was thought of and provided! Also, don’t miss eating at Timoti’s downtown for lunch or dinner and at The Patio Place for Breakfast or lunch.
