Amazing stay in Winnipeg!

The apartment was comfortable and clean, we had everything we needed and the process throughout everything was simple and easy!

Good times

Clean and quiet. Very good value in a downtown location. Extremely responsive to all your needs.

Bath towel provided was a little damp but that got fixed immediately the next morning with fresh towels.

Great stay, gorgeous interior, and nice kitchen!

Very easy process, they guided me through every step. Communication started off via message and then onto email. Place was great for a business trip, right at the heart of the city. Would definitely come back!

A little sketchy coming in at night being in downtown, but other than that it was a perfect location to get anywhere you needed too. Would like more garbage bags around the apartment, and could hear neighbors in the hall.

Great Location!

Location was great, I travelled for a tournament in the RBC convention center, just walking distance. The Forks is nearby as well, many places to visit.

I booked for my family of 4, maybe should consider getting 2 more pillows and extra towels when you have 4 guests. I wanted to use the BBQ and bought everything, invited some people over and the propane tanks were empty. Building owners should have that taken care of, I had to buy a propane tank refill..but the rest was all great

this was a great stay. i booked through booking.com but i think this is a airbnb offered property, so expectations should be changed -you get an ENTIRE apartment. i will say that getting access to the apartment/garage (booking process and getting keys) takes some patience and effort, but is well worth it. make sure you keep an open dialogue with the owners. the location is great as you are in the heart of d-town winnipeg (portage/main). i was here for the jets hockey game and i was a 2 minute walk from arena. the pictures are accurate -clean, comfortable bedroom, living room, t.v. w/cable channels, kitchen, bathroom, secure building and underground parking. you are close to restaurants, shops. this a fantastic place for a travelling single or travelling couple. i think the sofa functions as a pullout but for more than two, this place is 'tight'. but then again if your only concern is just sleeping, bathing, it is enough.

two things for the owners: (1) i think the process of getting the key fob/garage door opener and the return process needs to be thought out better. (2) i was able to make do but if the kitchen is to be made to be more functional, larger pots and pans might be provided (they do not need to be brand new. value village, goodwill, salvation army stores have great inexpensive stuff). and maybe simple table salt...???

A spacious apartment well designed and a good location downtown - always felt secure and safe. Very responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, pity about how this is managed.

The location is perfect and apartment reasonably well set up.

The process around confirmation (after the booking.com steps) was very complicated, access into the unit is also super complex and would be almost impossible with only one person. Then once we got in the previous guest hadn’t left fob or garage remote. These things happen so the cleaner should have noticed instead of us spending hours trying to get this sorted. Then when leaving we had arranged a slightly late checkout and came back to find ourselves locked out of the apartment. We stayed in multiple properties all around the world and host ourselves and this was by far the worst experience.

I liked the rooftop patio and the view, as well as the bed and the living room

The kitchen didn’t come with very many utensils to cook which was disappointing & one of the elements on the stove had something stuck to it that i was unable to scrape off so i couldn’t use that element :(
