This gorgeous four-story home has 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, sleeps 27 guests and boasts 4,500 sq. ft. of living space with 800 sq. ft. of deck space. Find yourself awestruck once you see the the large 12 x 30 ft. pool located at the front of the home — perfect for cooling off. This pool area features a grill and ample lounge seating throughout. This home is an idyllic space for both fun and relaxation. THE FIRST FLOOR SLEEPS 16. Sleeping arrangements on the first floor include 4 bedrooms. There are 3 king bedrooms with private bathrooms and a bunkroom with 4 Queen Beds and 2 Twin beds. THE SECOND FLOOR SLEEPS 4 Following the stairs to the second floor guests will be welcomed by a bright and spacious living space decorated in wonderful detail. This living room is both pleasing to the eye and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. Near the living room is the upgraded Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar that sits 6 and plenty of room to craft the perfect recipe. Alongside the kitchen is a dining area that seats up to 21 guests. The second floor also holds 2 King Suites, each with their own private bathroom. The serene and bright decor of these suites are perfect for unwinding after a busy day of fun in the sun. THIRD FLOOR SLEEPS 6 On the third floor are 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bath. The first room is a King Suite with gorgeous cherry-stained furnishings and tiled flooring. The next two rooms are King Suites. One of these King Suites includes a full-sized master bath and an entrance to the spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Follow the Stairs to the final level of this home, the Tower. Newly renovated and a perfect place for kids or teens to call their own! This tower will be their game/media room featuring a 60” television and a foosball table. There is also a high chair and pack n play stored in a bedroom closet. POOL HEAT-The private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day and must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool size is 28 x10 and is up to 6 feet deep. . Parking available for up to 6 vehicles depending on size. Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood. Complimentary beach service (four beach chairs and two umbrellas) is provided March 1st through November 30th . Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach WEDDINGS AND EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY

With 4 adult kids, their families & us we had plenty of space to gather & sleep! The home was immaculate and had all we needed for our Thanksgiving feast! Just a few minutes walk to the beach was in perfect location, we laid to have the pool heated and the children loved that too!Plenty of dining space , would have loved more living room seating as we were a large group. The only negative I have is chairs need pads on the feet as the metal scrapes the floor . As concsientious & responsive as Franghista Properties are , I’m sure they’ll fix that !!!

The house was perfect for our large family vacation. We had 16 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 infants and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. We had a couple minor maintenance issues during our stay but management was very prompt and responsive to fix them. The walk to the beach was short and easy, even for the grandparents on this trip. It was a great and memorable stay, and we will definitely book Frangista Pompano again for a family vacation in the future!

Check in was smooth and easy. Had a small leak at check in that was quickly tended to and mean quickly. Like less than 3 min after making the call. Rooms were spacious. Beds, pillows and linens were comfy. There was some light bulbs out around the property. Patio furniture on the patios off of the bedroom were very worn. Looked like black mold in the master shower. I meant to call the rental co to mention these items to them but forgot with all the fun we were having. None of these items would stop us from renting here again!

Overall the property was just as described in the listing . Everything was clean and ready for our stay . I liked the fact that they had big enough tables and lots of chairs to accommodate our family of 25 that went. Communication was easy and fast . We had issues with our pool not heating, but they quickly addressed the problem. Area was perfect to walk and little shops nearby.We enjoyed our stay !

Covid had prevented our family from gathering for two years, and welcomed the opportunity for us all to be under one roof for a week! We traveled from Alaska, California, Colorado, Vermont, South Carolina, and Massachusetts for a total of 20 people. Everyone had their own room and their own bathroom. We had 4 kids ages 3 and under with early bed times, and they slept soundly on the third floor. The layout worked well for group gatherings, and for sneaking away for private time. The property was clean and accommodating. The pool heat did not work well for the first few days, but the management company assisted us with immediacy. The walk to the beach is easy, and the private beach is exceptional! We appreciated the privacy of the pool and there was ample parking for 5 vehicles and a golf cart. We did not go out for dinner, as we had a great grill set up and cooked almost every night. We did enjoy the Gulfarium (aquarium) and The Track (go karts). We went in March and the temperatures did not exceed low 70s and the winds were high, but the sun was warm and the beach still beautiful!

Kentucky Fall Break
One of the best vacations ever! We think we have to the area 20+ times… and this one was so special! The Frangista Beach staff were all AMAZING! Their responsiveness was WAY above our expectations, and we truly felt served!

We had a wonderful stay. There are some maintenance issues that need addressed. The pool ladder is missing the last step. A metal fence pole is broke and has to remain propped up on the others. The drain by the outside shower is clogged and causes algae to built up which is really slippery. Lots of bottle caps and cigarette's in the pool area. The floors on the inside of the house were so dirty our feet were black every day, starting the first day we arrived. Aside from all that the house is a nice house and worked well for our large group.

Frangista Property stay w/friends
This property was amazing! The rooms were just as pictured, plenty of space for our group of 18 to spread out and be comfortable. The pool was warm and comfortable, and everything in the home worked well and was clean upon our arrival. Communication w/the leasing office was super easy, and they were very responsive, even when we called late on Thursday evening. We would definitely book w/ Frangista Properties again in the future!

We had an incredible week at Frangista Pompano! The property was in a great location and perfectly set up for our family coming together from all over the USA. Awesome gathering spaces both inside and out. Quick walk to the beach and shops. We loved that each room (family) had their own bathroom. We travel every year with elderly parents, single brother,several couples and 10 kids between the age of 10-22. Bedroom configuration is great. Some deficiencies include that the bunk room has no bathroom and one of the queen bedrooms in the kitchen level floor doesn’t have its own private bath. Otherwise great property for the price.

Great multi family property
We travel every year with elderly parents, single brother,several couples and 10 kids between the age of 10-22. Bedroom configuration is great. Some deficiencies include that the bunk room has no bathroom and one of the queen bedrooms in the kitchen level floor doesn’t have its own private bath. Otherwise great property for the price.

This house is in the perfect location, a short walk to the private beach! Very roomy, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The large pool was wonderful and very clean. Bring canopies for more shade!! They have a big umbrella, but not enough shade for a group. Full sun all day. We brought 2 canopies which saved the day! Without it, you will fry like an egg!! A few broken items, nothing major. I would suggest new outdoor furniture and new balcony furniture with some new cushions. If you have trouble with stairs....this is NOT the house for you. Kitchen on second floor, so lots of up and down! There is a fridge and ice maker on the first floor which helps. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Wonderful owner and property management.

Great family experience!
With 20+ family members in tow we were more than comfortable in this beautiful home. Super spacious and the proximity to the beach was awesome! We’ve rented several homes and this was by far the best experience from check in, to the super responsiveness by the property management team - awesome time for my entire family!!! Would highly recommend, pool and deck almost have the resort feel on a private level. 5-star experience across the board!!!

Our large group of family and friends had an amazing time while staying at the Frangista Pompano! The house was spacious enough for our five families and numerous children. The property was in great condition and the few minor requests we had were handled promptly and courteously by the management company. It was only a short walk to the beach and surrounding shops.
