Located in Miramar Beach, this charming house for R 20,344 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. "Sandy Feet Retreat" is the ultimate family vacation home! Located in Shipwatch, a private gated beachfront community and is less than a minute walk to the private community beach. After a day on the Gulf of Mexico, you and your family can relax around the private pool or grill the fresh fish you just caught on the brand new extra large BBQ grill. Cruise to one of our great local restaurants in our gas powered 6 seat gas golf cart! There is one parking space in the garage, two generous spaces in the driveway and overflow parking in the grassy area by the front gate as available. Brand new kitchen! We have supplied the chef in your family with all the cooking appliances, including a large gas range, they may want in order to create a delicious meal for the whole gang! You can comfortably seat 8 at the large dinner table, 3 at the kitchen island, with additional seating for 4 at the game table in our cozy card room. The living area sectional is a great spot to watch the game on the 70" Smart TV or lounge with a good book! There is a second game room next to the living area and kitchen. This cool space is a great hang out area for the kids to play Foosball or adults to enjoy cocktail hour, plus it is the access point to the pool and BBQ area. We have a generous size pool, with chaise lounge chairs and deck seating. Our al fresca outdoor dining table seats six and has a great view of the pool and pond. The second floor has a master suite that overlooks the pool and pond, complete with a new king bed, custom bedding, generous closet, and a large Smart TV. There is an en-suite master bathroom, with a large double sink vanity, walk in shower and a soaking tub. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed with custom bedding, a custom built-in twin over twin bunk bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a king size bed and a smart TV. The bathroom is in the hall next to the entrance to the bedroom. The top floor is a fantastic bunkroom a great hang out for teens and kids! The custom bunk has two twin over full beds with a full trundle. This room sleeps 10 people very comfortably. It also has a 65" smart TV and room for plenty of games. This home comes with two complimentary chairs and an umbrella on the beach! Please ask the beach attendant to set you up using the beach house name, "Sandy Feet Retreat"! Only available March 1 - October 31. In addition, there are several beach chairs in the garage to use. The pool can be heated for $45/day. Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival. Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Two families stayed in this gorgeous house. Between us, we had many children under 12. Every person had a beautiful personal space and we had a blast in the pool and walking a short distance to the beach. The kitchen was great for cooking meals for everyone. We had a great experience and built lifetime memories. Fantastic!

Sandy Feet Retreat by far has been the best rental that I have stayed at. It was the perfect house for our two families, is very spacious, and is in the perfect location. Win Dixie is just right down the street and the Outlets are right across the main 98 highway. We especially loved the easy access to the beach which was just a short walk from the house. The house was well stocked with beach gear, more than what I expected, and having the two additional chairs and umbrella service at the beach was convenient. We did have a maintenance issue with the hot water, however it was quickly resolved. The management company was amazing to communicate with and was very professional and courteous. The golf cart was nice addition if you wanted to go get a quick bite to eat or go for some ice cream on Scenic 98. The kids and the adults loved the game room and taking a dip in the pool was amazing after spending all day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the updated bathrooms were a plus. The kitchen had the basic essentials, however additional baking dishes and serving platters/dishes would have been nice to have. Check out was very easy! We were very satisfied with our stay and we look forward to renting Sandy Feet Retreat again!!

This was our third consecutive year to stay at a home in Shipwatch during the month of May. The floor plan of this house worked well with three adult couples. We all had privacy and a private bathroom. We loved the size of the pool and the water was warm. The back deck was large enough to play games. We had no issues and appreciate how easy it was to check in and communicate with the property manager. Checking out was just as easy and only required removing trash and starting the dishwasher. The home was clean and tastefully decorated. The game room in back was nice to drop the beach stuff at the end of the day. It will be very diffcult for us to stay somewhere other than Shipwatch after enjoying such a quiet, private beach. We walked to Whale's Tail and Surf Hut and enjoyed having a golf cart for those quick trips to Winn Dixie or Bad *** Coffee. We hope to stay at 98 Shipwatch again!

This property is better than the pictures! The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. The management team was very responsive. Unfortunately, we were there during a jet stream cold wave making it too cold to benefit from the heated pool. We can't wait to come back to experience all the property has to offer.

Amazingly decorated and furnished home. Plenty of room for multiple families. Convenience of having a golf cart to get around the area for quick trips. The beach is quick and easy to get to, 3 minute walk with no streets to cross. Restaurants everywhere. In the middle of all the action but in a private gated community and private beach makes it feel as if you are separated from all of the busyness.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shipwatch Sandy Feet Retreat. The home was perfect for our large group. Plenty of beds and the 4 full bathrooms worked perfectly. The garage was loaded with all of your beach essentials, no need to purchase anything else. We utilized the pool deck every morning and evening and both the adults and kids loved the game room. Talk about location!! Anything you could possibly need was within walking distance, or the 6 person golf cart could be used. We had the best time and will definitely return! Thank you!!

Had trouble from day one with the upstairs bedroom air conditioner. Had 3 different people come and look at it. Third one said the filters were filthy. First one said they looked just fine. It was extremely hot the week we were there and the upstairs bedroom had 2 adults and 5 kids so put a damper on the stay as they were hot. THe kitchen needs stocked properly. It needs pots and pans badly and dishrags!!! We also would run out of hot water daily and had to spread out taking showers so you didnt have to take a cold shower. We didnt have enough wash clothes or towels to shower daily so I had to wash multiple times a day just so everyone could shower daily. Shared towels multiple times with kids but shouldnt have to for what we paid for this house for a week. The pool area was very nice and plenty of seating. We could not locate an umbrella for the outside table but website said it had one. Kids had to go inside to eat lunch so they were not out in the hot sun. On the bright side, the golf cart was wonderful. Kids really enjoyed the rides and very handy to run to the Winn Dixie or restaurants.

We fell in love with this property, the location, the deck/pool and the amenities. We had a couple of glitches (due to a contractor's inability to adhere to a deadline), but the owner made it right and was sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience. AND, the fully renovated bathrooms were absolutely worth it the minor check-in delay.
This home is comfortable, beautifully decorated and FUN. The games, the layout (which felt very private, even with six adults and two children staying in it), the golf cart.... everything was designed in a thoughtful way to ensure the families staying there enjoy their stay.
The proximity to the beach is mind-blowing. I don't think I wore shoes the entire stay, unless we left Shipwatch.
You won't be disappointed.

There were a few hiccups, but the manager was very responsive and quick to answer questions or get things fixed. On our third night the upstairs AC stopped working, but someone was there first thing in the morning to fix it. Though it was a bummer the emergency AC service couldn’t come out that night. Was a little hot that night. The washing machine must be off balance and will “walk” itself out of its cubby while making loud noises. This happened a couple of times. Even when only 2-3 towels were in it. The golf cart was super convenient to have to run to get ice or whatever at the Winn Dixie which was very close. The extra parking mentioned is literally 2 spots at the front entrance gate and is usually occupied. If you have multiple cars that do not fit in the driveway, you must go park at Winn Dixie or elsewhere. We also had an issue with the beach chairs that come with the property. Make sure you tell the guys the nickname for the house and not just the address. Some of my friends didn’t know and ended up having to pay for the beach chairs. The pool was smaller than I thought. It looks bigger in pics though it was nice to have anyway and wasn’t really a problem just smaller than expected. Also make sure you know your gate code. When we arrived we were not asked for it, but later some of our party was and I had to look back and find that info. Overall would stay again, but maybe with a couple less people. House is definitely a nice size, but when everyone is downstairs can definitely get a little crowded. The house definitely met our needs and the beach is SO close that we didn’t even have to use the golf cart to shuttle people or items to the beach access. Was close enough to walk. Probably a 4 minute walk from front door to shoreline.

Sandy Feet was a great get away! The house was comfortable, the location was great and the beach was so close. The management was very responsive and sent someone over to help with our minor repairs. The deck and pool were both a plus with plenty of room for the family. The beds were all very comfortable and the updated decor is nice. Having a golf cart is a huge plus! You can get to the outlets, grocery store and restaurants without ever moving your car!

This is the third time we have stayed in a Shipwatch property. We LOVE Shipwatch. Location is great and the beach is wonderful and not crowded. That said Sandy Feet has been our least favorite house. We got the sense that they are trying to update but aren't finished. The bathrooms need gutted. All the showers have mold and mildew and it made the bathrooms stink. The house was dirty. When we got there we found popcorn on the living room rug, everything was dusty and no just a little. More than half the blinds were broken so you couldn't easily open and close them. There was trash (Starbucks cup) behind one of the beds. The trundle on the 3rd floor had blood on it. The upstairs hall bath had pee all over the shower curtain. Half the hot and cold knobs were hooked up backwards. The master bath door was on backwards so it locked from the outside and also wouldn't stay closed. I don't' expect this in any house especially not one in this price point. Disappointing.
