Spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment within walking distance of historic downtown Athens, the University of Georgia's campus & Sanford Stadium, restaurants & much more! Free Wifi, stainless steel appliances, HDTV, fully stocked kitchen (pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc.), electric fireplace, outdoor patio with seating. Ground level provides easy access for children & elderly guests. Accommodates 6 comfortably ( 1 king bed, 1 queen bed & twin daybed w/ twin trundle). Pool open seasonally. If your stay is over 28 days, we do ask that you sign a rental agreement.

Super communication with property owner and the apartment was very clean. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Location is very close to campus so ease of access to UGA is excellent.

Convenient ground floor layout. Well stocked with all needed supplies, even for a month stay. Responsive hosts. Very convenient location with easy access to campus and downtown Athens. I would certainly stay there again.

We stayed here a week with our baby and our in laws with their little one. The place is spacious and had plenty of supplies for our needs. Convenient location in a quieter area. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed over the weekend while moving my son into his dorm. The location was convenient and close to campus. Everything was clean and the owner was very polite and responsive to my texts. Very close to the pool as well!

It was nice, however it didn’t match the picture that is listed making it very confusing and the address was listed at end of long text that was hard to locate, the little things make it easier. Screen doors on sliding door would be nice to allow for fresh air and keep raccoons out that came for a visit, lol for real. But it was a nice stay nice and big place, also a regular coffee pot is needed, those Kurig things are junk and bad for the environment!

Condo was a short Uber ride to downtown Athens. Safe neighborhood as well. It was just what we needed for our weekend in Athens.

This property was clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space to lounge. It's close to everything in Athens! Owner communication was great. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The place is very comfy and nice! Comfortable king and queen beds. Top of trundle was not great but we didn't need to use it. Owner was very kind to us as we were visiting Athens for a family member in the hospital there. Great rental.
