Everything was great. The rooms are big and spacious. There is a place to work and wifi was good. There is a big kitchen with good set up. The pool area is also very nice and kept tidy. The staff are friendly and very nice. We had breakfast included so they cooked for us every morning on the spot (a variety of meals).
We liked everything but jus a suggestion: they can put a fan outside.

The breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty, enjoyed it. Dewa was very helpful and checked in on us a couple of times. The villa was modern with a huge bathroom and having a microwave in the kitchen was a bonus
Would have liked it if the villa was closer to Ubud centre.

Układ pomieszczeń, super teren do wyłącznego użytku.
Czystość zdecydowanie do poprawy.

The service is bad, the location is the worst, it’s a very small tiny lane, it’s so hard to get into.
Very minimal information from the staff. And we request bfast at 7am, the staff who cook just arrive at 7am and everything still uncook and raw.

Peaceful, secure and characterful villa. And Dewa is a perfect host.

We chose this property and stayed in the 2 bedroom villa although there were only 2 of us and found it to be spacious. The location in Singakerta is a couple of kilometres away from the congestion, noise and crowds of Ubud. We like to be independent when travelling so we liked that our villa was a stand alone house with its own private pool - it isn't part of a resort. The host was very responsive via Whatsapp if anything was needed (e.g. laundry could be done. food provided or travel organised). We used the laundry service but mostly didn't need much else done for us beyond the daily housekeeping which was always done at our convenience - we just let them know when we were going to be out - the cleaner is a lovely, helpful woman. We didn't use the kitchen at all. There are a couple of excellent food options very nearby (at Arya Villas and Section 9 - wonderful for breakfast, lunch and dinner). Both can be reached by foot easily mostly using trails off the main road. Next to Arya Villas (100m away) is a signpost for a jogging track, follow this and you are on a beautiful walk through the rice paddies. We are big walkers so we walked to Ubud via the Monkey Forest (3.4 km) and also to Penestanan village (4km approx with combo of rice paddy walking and along the busy roads) but we also used taxis (often using Booking.com) which were cheap and easy to organise. All in all, the villa suited the type of travel that we like to do and we found it to be clean, well located, with good facilities.
Extra towels should be provided for the pool.

The bathroom was spacious, only positive about the place
1) No one at the front gate when we wanted to check in.
2) Floors were wet and stained
3) Aircon was leaking in the ground floor unit
4) Location was a bit tricky if you took a cab as its a tight 2 way road but with only one vehicle able to go through at one time
5) Kitchen was a bit run down and utensils were too old.
6) Cups weren't washed well, had stains on them
7) Would have expected some basic amenities like Drinking water and some toiletries but nothing
8) There was no clear paddy field view as there were other villas ahead and the photos shown werent exactly the villa we got, ours was very basic.
9) Bathtub had stains and sot on it as though the villa hadnt been open in a while.
Worst of all was that our host had broken into the villa while we were away for a quick shopping. Wife was alone in the room and the rest of us left the villa to grab some bites. We had the front door of the villa locked but were shocked to see it open once we returned only to see our host walking out and stunned to see us catching him exiting. Apparently, the house keys for the villa beside were left in our villa by the cleaners but this was totally not acceptable especially when he could have whatsapped us (we had been chatting on whatsapp a while earlier) and informed us that he needed to enter the villa while we were away.
This is our 6th time in Bali and we usually stay in one place for at least a week. We have never been let down in any our our stays thus far, luckily this was just for 1 night. Definitely wont recommend especially for the price we paid and the service rendered. Not worth it at all.

Very, very friendly people. Extremely easy to communicate via WhatsApp. Very responsive - no matter which time of the day. We recommend to take a driver. We got Ipal as a driver and he drove us to any location and had excellent local information. This way we saved timey and money (compared to car rental), had an excellent charming guide and got lot's of local hints. They also helped arranging our volcano sunrise tour (2 am in the morning start).
Nothing much to put here.

I got different villa from my booking. I dont like the 2 floor villa.
No tissue in the rooms.
No mirror in the rooms. They only have small ones in the bathrooms

Great location with beautiful paddy field surrounding, very clean and the rooms are spacious. Perfect place for family gathering.
At the time we arrived, there are no amenities provided. But the staffs were very helpful and responsive, and they come to the villa amid the bad weather to fix the problems fast.
