Towels & beach towels was huge. The amenities of the home … including pack & play , toys & wagon for the kids was beyond.The location was just right & Lawrence was available for any questions we may have had. A fantastic get away for our family.We would return again.

Our stay in your house was great!!! It was well-maintained and had off the necessities we needed. We were pleasantly surprised at how many options there were for beach chairs, toys, blankets, etc. that were there for us to use! We loved the pool and hot tub options right there on the property! The kids were in the water right after breakfast until we had other plans as well as soon as we got back in the afternoons/evenings!

We had the best time during our Florida vacation, while staying at this property! Our family, 14 in total, ranging from age 2 to 62 were very comfortable in this beautiful property. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. The pool area was fantastic with a wet bar, grill and plenty of seating. The walk to the beach was short and we enjoyed the sunsets there. There was a wagon, chairs, and beach toys for the littles to take with us. Lawrence was quick to reapond to questions. We 100% recommend this property and plan to stay again!

We saw this house on VRBO a year ago and booked it. Communication, payments, and checkin were easy and well documented. House is beautiful and in a great neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We would absolutely rent here again.

This property was absolutely perfect!!!!! We had 12 girls for a girls weekend, and we could not have asked for a better house! The house was super clean, comfortable furnishings, nice decor, great location, and had everything we could have possibly wanted! There was plenty of room for everyone, and lots of bathrooms which is awesome with lots of girls! The outdoor area to include the pool and hot tub was awesome! It was an easy walk to the beach, super fun brewery about 1.5 miles away, lots of restaurants and bars, 15 minutes from Clearwater, etc. Lawerence was super nice and always quick to get back to us. We would 1000000% stay at this property again!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

This house was beyond exceptional and we had the best weekend! House was huge with lots of room for everyone to feel comfortable. We loved the balconies, huge kitchen and living room, and backyard! It’s so close to the beach and easy Uber access to Clearwater. The only thing was the hot tub was broken and we were not made aware of that ahead of time. We also wish there were more lawn chairs to lounge on in the backyard. Besides that, it was perfect and we would 100% stay there in the future!! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Lawrence’s place following our son’s wedding. We had our 3 adult children and their spouses, as well as a three year old granddaughter. It was perfect for us. Privacy for everyone with great common areas and kitchen. The beach was a very short, pretty walk thru a quiet neighborhood. We used the pool and spa every day and grilled outside as well. I cannot say enough good things about Lawrence’s quick responses to questions and the overall wonderful time we had there. Highly recommend!!

Ha ha so close to the beach and great restaurants, the pool was heated thanks goodness because temperature dropped to 60 during our stay and we all still used the spa so thanks for that!
