Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this charming house for R 17,191 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Experience life as an Indian Rocks Beach local when you stay at this modern executive home and cruise on the six-seat golf cart to the white sand beach, 6 pickleball courts and local restaurants and pubs. We provide racquets for pickleball and a Peloton for guests who like to exercise and play while on vacation. Your morning coffee pairs beautifully with a stunning Florida sunrise on the rooftop patio as do sunsets and a cocktail after a day at the beach. For guests traveling with kids, there is a park and the Indian Rocks Nature Preserve directly across the street. For the adventurous, kayaks are provided and can be launched from the preserve. The backyard is truly the gem of Oasis and has a very PRIVATE, HEATED ZERO ENTRY POOL and ample space for larger groups to spread out. The home has 4 large bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate larger groups. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs making this house perfect for two families or multiple couples. Guests have full access to the entire house, including the roof top deck. The home is equipped with digital key access to accommodate arrivals at any time. I live in Indian Rocks Beach and am available should guests need assistance. There is off street parking at the house. The house comes with a 6 passenger golf cart for easy trips to the beach, restaurants and bars. $100 per pet service fee payable upon arrival

Tom, thanks so much for sharing your vacation home with with our family. The home was perfect in every way. They kids truly enjoyed the heated pool, kayaks. Some of the things that are always in question when you book a home, are the beds comfortable. All the family members where saying the beds where perfect. The home was stocked with everything you need to make for a perfect stay. The beach was in walking distance. Thanks again for making our Family Christmas vacation Perfect. We could not have found a better place for a group of friends to get away! The pool and backyard was where we spent the majority of our time. The floorplan is perfect for everyone to have their own space. We also enjoyed a day on “Another Pour Decision” and it was perfect as well!!

This is a very well stocked, sparkling clean property that is especially good for families with kids. Our three grandsons ages 5, 8 and 9 even got surf lessons through Nekton Surf shop Skim camp. This is a wonderful location and we look forward to coming back!

We had our family vacation here and it was absolutely perfect! The house and yard looked exactly as the pictures online. The location of the house was great, you are at the beach and restaurants/bars within minutes. We loved the golf cart so much. If you are looking for a beach getaway this is the place to stay!

We had a great week-long spring break stay with our extended family of 9 - kids, grandkids and grand-dogs. The pool was beautiful and perfect for the kids. The playground across the street, proximity to beach, especially by golf cart and convenient distance to grocery, carryout, and restaurants - this place checked all the boxes for us! The owner was responsive to our needs and promptly corrected the few minor issues we had. We will be back next year.

We had a wonderful time at the house, pool and on the beach. Beach toys were a hit with the kids. With the pool and accommodations a hit with the adults. Having the golf cart to access the local restaurants and beach was a fabulous bonus.

Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. There was a minor hiccup and he was over within minutes. The house itself has an amazing set up, clean, modern, beachy, and relaxing. The backyard is an ideal setup, the pool and patio are fantastic. The golf cart is extremely useful going back and forth to the beach, restaurants, or just a spin. Highly recommend the house.

The house is located a block from the beach, restaurants, bars and convenience store. Home is super clean and well stocked with items for cooking, beach time or hanging around the house. The pool is beautiful and the golf cart was a hit with the college aged kids. Tom hooked us up with a great chartered boat ride through the inter coastal with Captain Colton. We would definitely return.

The home was beautiful, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We found the house to be very clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels. The 6 person golf cart was very handy, as we didn’t need a rental car. The owners’ app for the home was very useful. They were able to accommodate a late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy the area and shower before heading to the airport. We look forward to returning again sometime. 😊

This was a fantastic home. Our travel group consisted of three adult couples. The set-up was great for what we needed. The real charmer of this house is the amazing pool and outdoor seating area. This is where we spent the majority of our time. The 6 person golf cart was also a huge plus - but please note that it is an electric cart, limiting the distance and time of which you may travel before having to re-charge the batteries. We did have an issue with the batteries not charging correctly. The owner responded immediately and resolved the issue the next morning. I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would absolutely rent again from this owner.

It made our stay easy and we loved the dinner recommendations! The nature preserve was nice and quiet. The house is nicely decorated with very comfortable furnishings. The bed mattresses were great! Overall, an excellent stay and we would certainly book again.

Paradise
Our family had the best stay. It was everything we needed! We traveled with 4 teenagers and they were completely entertained the entire time. The location is perfect and getting back and forth to the beach was easy. The outdoor pool area was where we hung out most of our stay. We had a teen with special needs who was so happy the entire time and sad to leave. We will definitely be back!

Our Family Vacation
We had a multi generational family vacation. From Grandparents to grandchildren. The house met all our needs for everyone. The place was beautiful, very clean, very well supplied with everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach activities.
The pool was great and well as the location. Easy access to beach, especially with the golf cart. Even the park for the kids across the street. Wonderful place and made great memories! Would highly recommend it.

We had SUCH an amazing time at this house for my bachelorette party! I don't think I have ever booked a VRBO that has exceeded my expectations, but this truly did. It was truly stunning with so much space for all of us. The outdoor balconies, patio, and pool were amazing! The whole house was so clean and well taken care of. It was also very well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies which made our stay so much easier! Having the golf cart and beach supplies was also a huge plus, and it made walking to the beach super convenient! We were also excited by the short walk to the beach. Overall, we had so much much fun, and we definitely would come back! Highly recommend this property! We were sad that we forgot to write in the guest book to share more positive thoughts!

Amazing location/ Beautiful House
Tom was AMAZING!! He’s so easy to work with. He made sure we got in ok and the house was good to go. He was very quick at responding. The house was great!! So close to a park, beach, and a nature preserve for a morning walk. We saw dolphins the first day we were there in the channel. Quite neighborhood. The golf cart was great to haul chairs and things to the beach or run to the small grocery store or dinner. I would highly HIGHLY recommend this property along with any other property from Tom.

Already starting to plan our next trip!
My family and I (husband, 3 children, father and step-mom) recently stayed at this property and can't say enough about how amazing our time was! The property was absolutely stunning both inside and out. Tom was kind enough to let us check-in early as the cleaning crew had already finished. Upon entering, we were in awe of each room we entered. Stepping out back only increased our amazement when we saw the pool area. Everything about this property was very clean, spacious, and well designed for a lot of rest and relaxation. Even with a day of rain, we did not miss a beat. The area of Indian Rocks also offered something for everyone, from the beach, shopping and resturants. Tom was an amazing host who was kind, informative and available from the time of booking. His resources were very helpful during the planning of our trip. The only downside of this property was that our time came to end! We look forward to returning.
